Второй момент, расположение потрясающее, всё рядом, пешком 5 минут до набережной, до Арбата, до Парка Цаолинь, до ТЦ и продуктового супермаркета. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные, я бы даже сказала ориентир на русских, еда не острая вообще. Очень внимательный, терпеливый, отзывчивый персонал. Решали, помогали по всем вопросам, вызвать такси, отпарить одежду и т.д. за такси списывали с их карты, а мы отдавали наличкой. И конечна цена, учитывая все удобства, скромная, у нас вышло с завтраками на 4-х 3500 руб./ сутки От души рекомендую этот отель.»

La habitación era muy espaciosa, bien climatizada y ventilada, y con un baño enorme con albornoces forrados de piel. Tenía un espacio adecuado para abrir el equipaje, un sofá en la habitación, té de la tarde de cortesía, cena de cortesía e incluso un pequeño obsequio al marcharnos. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.

LeianExcelente estancia en un hotel histórico verdaderamente único. La limpieza, la ubicación, el servicio y las comodidades fueron excepcionales. El hotel está muy bien cuidado, con hermosos interiores de estilo europeo y un ambiente tranquilo y elegante.
La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda e impecable. El personal fue amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es conveniente para hacer turismo en Harbin, y el desayuno era fresco y agradable. Recibimos un cálido obsequio de bienvenida a nuestra llegada y salida. Además, te incluyen en un grupo de WeChat y, si tienes alguna pregunta o solicitud, te la responderán de inmediato.

Las instalaciones del hotel son satisfactorias. Las señoras de la recepción son muy educadas. El gerente del restaurante y los camareros son muy receptivos. Los camareros en cada mesa son buenos. Sin embargo, alrededor de las nueve de la mañana, había dos. Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos.
Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada.
El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

También la señora manager hizo el esfuerzo para satisfacer mi petición de zumo de fruta de cacahuete y dragón cuando no vi que se mostraba en el contador de zumo. La comida fue deliciosa, especialmente el pan fresco cocido con queso y nueces, aunque no soy amante de la panadería. También disfruté de las nueces de carne de vacuno brasada. First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying.
Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions.
Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience.
At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!!
The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces.
Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

Your Jamaican Girl¡Lo pasé increíble! ¡Por supuesto que Sofitel nunca decepciona! 💜 Las instalaciones estaban a la altura, la comida exquisita y el servicio de primera. Our stay at the AOLUGUYA Hotel was truly fantastic. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with guests in mind and maintained to an exceptional standard. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they handled communication in English with ease, answering questions clearly and confidently. The view from around the 40th floor was very satisfying, and the bathtub was more than adequate for enjoying a private, relaxing soak. Due to our travel schedule, we did not have the chance to use additional facilities such as the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet stood out for its high quality and wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive—almost to the point of going out of their way to bring us items we were looking for. The long breakfast service hours also added to the overall comfort of the stay.
At this price point, the hotel offers a truly top-tier, high-end experience. If I visit Harbin again, there would be no reason not to choose this hotel.

Usuario invitadoEste es un hotel nuevo en el que me alojé durante un viaje de negocios a Harbin. El servicio de recepción fue excelente y muy amable cuando llegué por la noche. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-out, un miembro del personal, que parecía ocupar un puesto directivo, se mostró extremadamente arrogante y usó un lenguaje inapropiado. Se sentó en una silla y actuó con mucha altivez. Este hotel solo está a la altura de un hotel económico, pero eso no significa que todos los que se alojan aquí solo puedan permitirse hoteles económicos. Como trabajador del sector servicios, carecía incluso de la cortesía más básica. El agua caliente de la ducha de la habitación tardaba muchísimo en calentarse, unos 3 minutos. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba limpia. Me cambiaron a una habitación mejor, pero no había dónde comer ni siquiera una silla. La señora que me trajo una silla por la mañana parecía impaciente. Realmente necesitan capacitarlos adecuadamente.

Usuario invitadoI stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller, and it was honestly a great experience. The hotel is very nice and cozy, perfect for one person. I felt very safe throughout my stay, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant.
What really stood out was the staff and the hotel manager. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Even though there was a language barrier at times, they always took the initiative to communicate and assist in any way they could.
I’m especially grateful to the hotel manager, CHARLES SONG. I accidentally left my laptop at Harbin Airport, and when I asked for help, he immediately took the initiative to arrange the delivery for me without any hesitation. That level of responsibility and kindness truly meant a lot to me.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Harbin, especially solo travellers. I would gladly stay here again.

Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Danchen房間挺大的，因為第一次住這個酒店不太清楚房間環境如何，第一晚入住的時候已經零晨一點了，在前台辦理完入住後發現房間是無外窗的很悶很熱，尤其是帶小孩和長者，很不舒服！第二天聯繫前台後，有一名女性工作人員（具體有照片）態度很好的幫我連續跟近直到解決換到合適的房間為止，而且父母喜歡喝茶，房間沒有提供免費茶包，但是也是遠位女工作人員幫忙解決了，😊非常感謝她！同時也給酒店提出建議，希望及時清理淋浴間下水管道，我們住的那個房間容易堵塞，每次洗澡後都需要自己清理一下，否則後面的人洗澡就會水漫金山了！也希望水滙的價格能再優惠一些，我們住的房間帶兩個手牌，我以為是包含基本服務的（比如搓澡），但是結賬的時候告訴我衹是門票錢😢，如果想要玩水樂園的話還要額外買門票，5樓的食滙除了海鮮自助以外幾乎沒有其他選擇😮💨，可能因為是過年期間，人很多，導致排隊很長才能領到冰淇淋，幸好不限制領取數量，7樓的坐位完全靠運氣搶，有點兒累！不過服務人員態度都挺好，媽媽腿不好從禮賓部借了輪椅用了好幾天挺方便的😊，酒店早餐除了有點兒遠之外其他沒毛病！旁邊也有一個大型商場裏面各種的挺方便的！
