One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

Esta es una de las pocas ocasiones en las que he querido escribir una reseña, ya que el alojamiento y los servicios son realmente excepcionales. Les adelanto que si eligen este alojamiento, no se arrepentirán. Cuando llegamos, nos ofrecieron transporte desde la estación de tren (Yabulixi) hasta su alojamiento. Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad durante toda la estancia. Son muy hospitalarios y se esforzaron al máximo por atender nuestras necesidades. Los propietarios también nos ayudaron, nos dieron consejos y nos recomendaron lugares para visitar, e incluso llegaron a contratar a su personal para que nos llevara a diferentes lugares (la estación de esquí de Yabuli, la montaña Datudingzi, Snow&Ice Fantasy y Snow Town) a un precio asequible. Sin su ayuda, no creo que hubiéramos llegado mejor. Fue un viaje agradable y realmente se esforzaron por brindar el mejor servicio. Los propietarios también nos llevaron a restaurantes para comer durante nuestra estancia y nos llevaron en autobús de regreso a la estación de tren al final, algo que no era obligatorio, pero lo hicieron por nosotros. ¡Realmente apreciamos el servicio que nos brindaron! Sus habitaciones también están limpias y ofrecen artículos de aseo como zapatillas, toallas, cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, gel de ducha, champú, secador de pelo, papel higiénico. The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We communicated easily through WeChat. We dined at her nearby restaurant, and she even treated us to extra dishes and discount, which was such a warm gesture. She also offered to fetch us to and from the train station, as well as to the ski area (we bought our ski tickets directly from her, super convenient!). We even engaged her for our Xue Xiang day trip (we paid), and everything was arranged smoothly. The room itself was large, basic and simple, but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, and amenities were replenished. Overall, we had a great experience thanks to her hospitality. My in law were happy staying here too.

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

從小到大，都沒帶父母出來玩過，這段時間單位不忙，請了假帶他們出來玩，父母對這裏的環境也都是十分滿意，最重要的是這裏的炕很舒服，接地氣，軟硬適度，一向睡眠不好的他們，難得的睡了一個好覺，看着他們開心，我也是非常高興

actually i book other room but accidently book wrong date luckly can change to other room. very clean room and so nice . host also easy to deal. can just wechat. the only problem got small stair to go the room. if u bring big lugage its quite hard. but overall ok.
