One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We communicated easily through WeChat. We dined at her nearby restaurant, and she even treated us to extra dishes and discount, which was such a warm gesture. She also offered to fetch us to and from the train station, as well as to the ski area (we bought our ski tickets directly from her, super convenient!). We even engaged her for our Xue Xiang day trip (we paid), and everything was arranged smoothly. The room itself was large, basic and simple, but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, and amenities were replenished. Overall, we had a great experience thanks to her hospitality. My in law were happy staying here too.

Hotel was on the central street! Super convenient to head down to walk the street. It's also accessible via subway, but is a bit of walk. However the walk passes by a beautiful park so I think that's ok! Room size is alright, couldn't not open 2 lugagges fully flat on the floor but we could deal with it. Room is clean, the shower shampoo and soaps smelt great. Receptionist is helpful! Will book here again :)

El hotel es un hotel muy pequeño y con un tema muy pequeño, uno de los hoteles más únicos que he estado en. Una cosa que puedo observar es que durante las horas de pico, el ascensor puede tomar un tiempo para subir y bajar, ya que el lugar está en el 30o piso. A prima, central location that is not less than 20 minutes from major attractions. Very happy with my stay here. - James, Australia

actually i book other room but accidently book wrong date luckly can change to other room. very clean room and so nice . host also easy to deal. can just wechat. the only problem got small stair to go the room. if u bring big lugage its quite hard. but overall ok.

El hotel debe redoblar sus controles rutinarios del hardware de las habitaciones. Ni siquiera comprobaron si la cerradura digital de la habitación funciona antes de emitir la tarjeta digital al cliente. Nuestra cerradura digital no funcionó y nos dijeron que no hay batería en la cerradura digital. DIOS MÍO
