Perfect location with the train station and metro in front of the hotel and airport bus station at the back. Less than 100 mtrs away. Reception staff are very hardworking and helpful. Cleaning lafies6as well

I stayed on the 8th floor (room 808) and found the hallway had the cigarette smell for the 3 days I stayed so probably there was a guest smoked in the room. Lucky that the smell did not come into my room. Despite this issue, this is a great hotel in which if I have a chance to come back, I will stay here again. All staff here including those in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. What to be improved is perhaps adding the cloth hanging rack in the shower room as the one installed is too high.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

El hotel es excelente por su precio. Reservé una habitación doble cuidadosamente seleccionada (puertas y ventanas insonorizadas, ropa de cama de calidad superior y aire acondicionado todo el día). Las ventanas daban al aparcamiento del hotel. Estaban sucias y opacas, pero eso es normal en muchos hoteles económicos, sobre todo porque este se encuentra en un edificio complejo. La habitación estaba limpia, las renovaciones eran recientes y tenía buen aspecto. Había agua y un menú de servicio a la habitación, que se podía pedir por WeChat, por supuesto. El traslado del hotel al aeropuerto fue puntual y a la hora acordada.

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

Está cerca de la Avenida Central. Es un hotel recién inaugurado, lo cual es muy conveniente para viajar. También está muy cerca de la estación de metro. La habitación es limpia e higiénica. Como traje a mis hijos, la recepcionista de apellido Sun les regaló imanes para el refrigerador y piruletas, lo cual es muy considerado. Se lo he recomendado a mis amigos y sin duda me alojaré aquí la próxima vez.

I had a pleasant stay at this homestay. There was no formal reception, but staff were present and available when needed, which made everything run smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

I initially got the floors mixed up, but then I figured it out. This is a great hotel. Large rooms, with both a bathtub and a shower. It's the first hotel where a razor was already in the room—I didn't have to ask for one at the reception. The metro station isn't far, and taxis always arrive very quickly. It's a really excellent location, with many 24-hour grocery stores nearby. I was also pleased that you can smoke in the room. Of course, I'm not a fan of smoking where I sleep, but it's cold outside, and constantly getting dressed and going downstairs is very inconvenient. So, big thanks to the hotel. Minor downsides: the bathrobes are very small (and I'm not tall myself), and all the movies on the projector are paid, with no English language options. But these are small things; overall, the hotel is excellent and spacious.

I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right. Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
