An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, se puede ir andando directamente a la calle Central y a la Torre Conmemorativa de las Inundaciones. La temperatura del aire acondicionado de la habitación es agradable y cómoda, el agua caliente sale al instante, el WiFi es fluido, la televisión se ve nítida, el baño está limpio, la iluminación es suave, los artículos de tocador desechables son higiénicos y el servicio de recepción es cálido, incluso nos prepararon un delicioso café con leche de coco fresco. El té de la tarde del hotel es exquisito y delicioso. ¡Es la primera opción para alojarse cuando se viaja!

Hotel was on the central street! Super convenient to head down to walk the street. It's also accessible via subway, but is a bit of walk. However the walk passes by a beautiful park so I think that's ok! Room size is alright, couldn't not open 2 lugagges fully flat on the floor but we could deal with it. Room is clean, the shower shampoo and soaps smelt great. Receptionist is helpful! Will book here again :)

I stayed at Lizun Hua Sheng Hotel (Sophia Cathedral Branch, Central Street, Harbin) from January 26 to January 31, 2026, and overall had a very good experience. Location (4/5)
The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests. Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

La primera vez que me quedé aquí, y en general estaba muy satisfecho. Sin embargo, una vez que subí al cuarto piso, el lobby se sentía espacial y luxuoso. El hotel de 4 estrellas tiene unas habilidades muy limitadas en inglés y no tiene una bienvenida muy cálida. La habitación no era muy espaciosa, pero todavía aceptable para tres grandes maletas. Una cosa extraña era que sólo se habían proporcionado dos toallas, y hasta la salida, nunca se habían relleno a tres, a pesar de que la habitación se reservaba para tres huéspedes. El calefactor de la habitación funcionó bien.No había bidet en el baño, y el agua caliente de la ducha era a veces inconsistente, ocasionalmente se volvió frío inesperadamente. El desayuno era muy variado y sabía bien. La ubicación es excelente acerca de un 7-minute paseo a Zhongyang Street, un 2-minute paseo a la Catedral de Sophia, alrededor de un 8-minute paseo a la estación de metro más cercana, y el hotel está conectado directamente a una maldita puerta adyacente, hacerlo muy conveniente para comprar y visitar el supermercado para necesidades diarias. En general, es una opción bastante buena.Si visito Harbin otra vez, considero que me quedaría en este hotel otra vez, especialmente considerando el precio razonable para una ubicación estratégica de este tipo.

El gerente de cuentas se comunicó conmigo con un día de anticipación y me preguntó cómo llegar al hotel. Después de enterarse de que era un taxi ferroviario de alta velocidad, inmediatamente me ayudó a organizar una recogida para mañana (porque estaba preocupado por nuestro). El viaje se vería afectado por un conductor *****). En ese momento, estaba muy preocupado por la favorabilidad del 70% del hotel. 2. El hermano mayor que nos recogió al día siguiente ya nos estaba esperando afuera. Después de recogernos, fuimos directamente al hotel. El auto que nos recogió también estaba nuevo y limpio, y quedamos muy satisfechos. 3. Lo que más me sorprendió después de registrarme en el hotel fue que la clienta dijo que le agradaba y directamente me pasó a su suite. La habitación era súper grande y estaba muy limpia. 4. No reservé esquí ni otros itinerarios antes de ir allí. Leí en línea y dije que podía pedirle al hotel que me lo reservara. Luego le pregunté a la señora sobre la pista de esquí número uno del mundo y ella inmediatamente me ayudó. Me tomó media hora. Consiguieron que alguien nos recogiera y me ayudaron a reservar un paquete para esquiar al día siguiente, que era mucho más barato que la estación de esquí. Experimenté todos los proyectos que quería jugar y todos los que conocí estaban muy entusiasmados. Una tienda que merece la pena y con muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de los mercados matutinos de Central Street y Hongzhuan Street. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y el servicio es amable. Vendrá y se quedará la próxima vez.

I booked into one of the main bedrooms at the castle and was super impressed at the ornate details in this building. The extra large bath tub was a bonus. It was great having the cable cars come across the river and into the castle. The staff went beyond their normal call of duty to make my stay there a royal one indeed. I would highly recommend at least 2 nights at this place, if not for anything but for the experience of sleeping in a castle. Kesavan from South Africa.

Value for money as we have a good deal for nights ( during new year holidays). Location is superb near multiple shopping malls, eateries and huge underground mall. The metro station is just less than 5 mins walk. The hotel is a little dated and would recommend a renovation to bring back the luxury feel of the hotel.
