El hotel está muy bien cuidado, con hermosos interiores de estilo europeo y un ambiente tranquilo y elegante. La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda e impecable. El personal fue amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es conveniente para hacer turismo en Harbin, y el desayuno era fresco y agradable. Very good location, hotel looks brand new, but housekeeping is a bit slack. They only changed the towels and didn’t clean the rooms or the mugs we used. It was great that they provided commercial grade washing and drying machines that are trackable on the TV. The room is very high tech. My friend got a room on level 9 which didn’t have a lift so she had to go upstairs from level 8 with her luggage. This should’ve been disclosed on the listing. Breakfast was great with mostly local delicacies. No knives were available so we had the spread butter on our toasts with soup spoons.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

This is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

El hotel está limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es estupenda. El precio es muy razonable. La relación precio-rendimiento es muy alta. El hotel es excelente por su precio. Reservé una habitación doble cuidadosamente seleccionada (puertas y ventanas insonorizadas, ropa de cama de calidad superior y aire acondicionado todo el día). Las ventanas daban al aparcamiento del hotel. Estaban sucias y opacas, pero eso es normal en muchos hoteles económicos, sobre todo porque este se encuentra en un edificio complejo. La habitación estaba limpia, las renovaciones eran recientes y tenía buen aspecto. Había agua y un menú de servicio a la habitación, que se podía pedir por WeChat, por supuesto. El traslado del hotel al aeropuerto fue puntual y a la hora acordada.

Está cerca de la Avenida Central. Es un hotel recién inaugurado, lo cual es muy conveniente para viajar. También está muy cerca de la estación de metro. La habitación es limpia e higiénica. Como traje a mis hijos, la recepcionista de apellido Sun les regaló imanes para el refrigerador y piruletas, lo cual es muy considerado. Se lo he recomendado a mis amigos y sin duda me alojaré aquí la próxima vez.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
