My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

Our stay at the AOLUGUYA Hotel was truly fantastic. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with guests in mind and maintained to an exceptional standard. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they handled communication in English with ease, answering questions clearly and confidently. The view from around the 40th floor was very satisfying, and the bathtub was more than adequate for enjoying a private, relaxing soak. Due to our travel schedule, we did not have the chance to use additional facilities such as the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet stood out for its high quality and wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive—almost to the point of going out of their way to bring us items we were looking for. The long breakfast service hours also added to the overall comfort of the stay. At this price point, the hotel offers a truly top-tier, high-end experience. If I visit Harbin again, there would be no reason not to choose this hotel.

El hotel es muy espacioso en general. Había reservado una habitación deluxe con cama king, pero la recepción me la cambió a una habitación deluxe con dos camas individuales sin ningún problema. La habitación era muy grande y estaba bastante limpia en general. Me alojé con mi familia y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy relajante. Es un lugar ideal para viajes familiares. ¡Ojalá hubiéramos tenido más tiempo libre para quedarnos una noche más!

El hotel nos dio una entrada a Harbin Ice and Snow World por cada habitación, además de un servicio de recogida en furgoneta de negocios en el aeropuerto y transporte a Ice and Snow World. ¡Estos detalles son muy considerados y merecen un aplauso! La temperatura del agua de la piscina, 28 grados, era muy agradable y no había mucha gente. En general, quedamos bastante satisfechos.

This hotel is value for money. It is located within walking distance from Line 2 metro station, making it convenient to go to Zhongyang Street, SongJiang River and Sun Island and othe major attractions. The room is clean, spacious and has all the necessary amenities. It has central heating system in winter. The staff cleans it everyday. The view from the room is also good from 16th floor. The breakfast offers a wide varieties of food. Really spoilt for choice. The best breakfast spread among the 5 hotels we have stayed on this trip. I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
