«We loved the huge playground with the slide and a ball pit.
The room was very big in an open space. Bath tub, shower room and toilet were separated from 2 beds and playground. 1 bed was combined by 2 single king-beds which is huge.
The service was great having free ‘good night’ milk and free check-out luggage service.
The location was excellent, a few mins walk to the subway or cableway station. A few mins walk to Zhongyang (Central) Street.
The breakfast was good, too, having both Chinese & Western food.
High recommended, will book it again if we revisit Harbin.»

«I booked the wrong date and when I arrived to the hotel at 2 am stuff spent like an hour to change a date and let me in. Overall the room was nice, location is fine. But unfortunately this is not the 4 star hotel they claim themselves. Thanks for the workers of the hotel to resolve the issue, but they could do this on the phone. Also none of them speaks English»

I am very satisfied with everything in this hotel, that’s why I decided to extended my stay for several more days.
The room is specious , very comfortable , super quite , clean and tidy, with modern design and furniture. The electrically controlled blackout curtains are also very efficient to make the room darker even during the sunny days.
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel a lot and I would definitely come back again and again in the near future»

«Nos alojamos en el Hotel Junyi del 15 al 16 de septiembre. Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Nos recibieron los recepcionistas y el mayordomo en el vestíbulo y nos sirvieron un refrigerio al hacer el check-in (¡Echamos de menos su yogur casero!). El mayordomo fue amable y servicial, muy atento y nos ayudó a encontrar una tienda de telecomunicaciones cercana que registra números de teléfono de China para extranjeros. También nos sirvieron fruta fresca y pasteles en la habitación. Además, nos enviaron un itinerario sugerido para un viaje a Harbin como referencia por WeChat, lo cual también fue inesperado.
La habitación era igual de agradable, con una ducha espaciosa y una cafetera.
La miel y la leche caliente por la noche fueron otro punto a favor.
¡El desayuno estuvo genial! Nos dieron a elegir entre un plato principal occidental o uno chino. Elegimos un plato occidental que incluía un filete de ternera y gachas de avena. Las guarniciones eran tipo buffet.

We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem.
Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined.
The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable.
The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere.
Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

📍 La ubicación es un poco apartada, pero es muy fácil tomar un taxi a todas las atracciones turísticas, y todas están a unos quince minutos de distancia.
💁 Servicio atento: ¡El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento, y el check-in fue rápido!

👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have.
🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window.
🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

Crowne Plaza es un gran hotel situado a pocos pasos de muchos restaurantes y Sunac Mall (tiene el Guinness World Record para el mayor esquí interior, con lecciones de esquí asequibles para niños si prefieren permanecer en la zona de Harbin).
El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 20 minutos en coche del mundo de Harbin Ice & Snow y a 30 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. Situado en una zona tranquila, por lo que no había ruido ni tráfico cercano a la noche.
La habitación es espaciosa (acomoda a nuestra familia de 4 con niños de 6 y 8 años) y limpia, el mantenimiento de la casa es muy rápido. (Nota: Se requiere una tapa de baño, pero puedes comprarla antes de nadar).
Experiencia agradable en general.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio.
Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve.
El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial).
Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos.
Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.

El hotel nos dio una entrada a Harbin Ice and Snow World por cada habitación, además de un servicio de recogida en furgoneta de negocios en el aeropuerto y transporte a Ice and Snow World. ¡Estos detalles son muy considerados y merecen un aplauso! La temperatura del agua de la piscina, 28 grados, era muy agradable y no había mucha gente. En general, quedamos bastante satisfechos.

YemzyTodo nuestro agradecimiento a Sunny, quien realmente hizo que nuestra estancia valiera la pena. Es una persona increíble, muy jovial, cálida y amigable. Se esmeró en prepararnos el desayuno ese día, y estoy seguro de que se comunicó muy bien con el resto del personal para que también nos atendieran el desayuno el segundo día de nuestra estancia. Muchísimas gracias al personal de Marriott por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable. El desayuno estuvo bueno, aunque creo que deberían ofrecer más variedad para los huéspedes que no son chinos para que tengamos una gran variedad de opciones. En general, lo pasamos genial y mi familia quedó muy contenta. 😊 Gracias por su excelente servicio.

Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
