I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have. 🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window. 🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

Crowne Plaza es un gran hotel situado a pocos pasos de muchos restaurantes y Sunac Mall (tiene el Guinness World Record para el mayor esquí interior, con lecciones de esquí asequibles para niños si prefieren permanecer en la zona de Harbin). El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 20 minutos en coche del mundo de Harbin Ice & Snow y a 30 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. Situado en una zona tranquila, por lo que no había ruido ni tráfico cercano a la noche. La habitación es espaciosa (acomoda a nuestra familia de 4 con niños de 6 y 8 años) y limpia, el mantenimiento de la casa es muy rápido. (Nota: Se requiere una tapa de baño, pero puedes comprarla antes de nadar). Experiencia agradable en general.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio. Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve. El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial). Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos. Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.

El hotel nos dio una entrada a Harbin Ice and Snow World por cada habitación, además de un servicio de recogida en furgoneta de negocios en el aeropuerto y transporte a Ice and Snow World. ¡Estos detalles son muy considerados y merecen un aplauso! La temperatura del agua de la piscina, 28 grados, era muy agradable y no había mucha gente. En general, quedamos bastante satisfechos.

Nos encantó descubrir que nuestra habitación era espaciosa y ofrecía un amplio espacio para relajarnos y desconectar. La sala de lectura fue un complemento encantador, permitiéndonos disfrutar de un momento de lectura tranquilo. El baño es amplio y limpio. El personal de recepción fue amable y estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier consulta o solicitud. Su amabilidad y cortesía hicieron que el proceso de registro fuera sencillo y acogedor. Ubicación conveniente: La ubicación del hotel era realmente ventajosa, ya que se encontraba a poca distancia a pie de la calle Zhongyang, conocida como la calle peatonal más larga de Asia. Esta céntrica ubicación nos permitió explorar y disfrutar fácilmente del vibrante ambiente de Harbin. El desayuno buffet y el té de la tarde fueron un complemento encantador para nuestra estancia. El hotel ofreció una buena selección de comida durante ambas comidas, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de forma satisfactoria y disfrutar de una agradable merienda. Tong Tong, la organizadora, fue de gran ayuda para organizar un coche privado para nuestro tour por la ciudad. Se aseguró de que se tuvieran en cuenta nuestras preferencias y nos hizo valiosas sugerencias de lugares para explorar. Conductor profesional y educado: Nuestro conductor para el tour por la ciudad, el Sr. Gwu MiAn, fue excepcional en su profesionalismo y atención. Nos llevó a los lugares que queríamos visitar y se aseguró de que estuviéramos cómodos durante todo el viaje. El desayuno estuvo bueno, aunque creo que deberían ofrecer más variedad para los huéspedes que no son chinos para que tengamos una gran variedad de opciones. I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
