But unfortunately this is not the 4 star hotel they claim themselves. Thanks for the workers of the hotel to resolve the issue, but they could do this on the phone. Also none of them speaks English»

«Pasamos tres noches en este hotel y nos pareció un poco más alejado de todo lo que queríamos ver y hacer, pero eso no hizo que nuestra estancia fuera menos agradable. El personal fue atento e increíblemente amable. El hotel da a un estanque precioso que en invierno se congela y está cubierto por una gruesa capa de nieve. «Nos alojamos en el Hotel Junyi del 15 al 16 de septiembre. Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Nos recibieron los recepcionistas y el mayordomo en el vestíbulo y nos sirvieron un refrigerio al hacer el check-in (¡Echamos de menos su yogur casero!). El mayordomo fue amable y servicial, muy atento y nos ayudó a encontrar una tienda de telecomunicaciones cercana que registra números de teléfono de China para extranjeros. «the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)»

Amor de este pequeño hotel bonito saltar y saltar de Zhongyang st. Amor del personal, todos están tan excitados para ayudarnos incluso cuando no hablamos mandarín..
El regalo de Navidad es un regalo de Navidad.
Acabamos de volver a la noche final en Harbin y los niños esperaban sus camas de abajo y ver con qué juguetes suaves se les daría la bienvenida en la habitación.
El desayuno se sirve de 2 maneras - un menú y un buffet. El check-in/out es fácil. La ubicación es perfecta. También nos disfrutamos del minibar gratuito de la primera ronda y del té de la tarde.

We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem.
Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined.
The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable.
The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere.
Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable.
The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard.
The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area.
Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio.
Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve.
El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial).
Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos.
Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.

El hotel nos dio una entrada a Harbin Ice and Snow World por cada habitación, además de un servicio de recogida en furgoneta de negocios en el aeropuerto y transporte a Ice and Snow World. ¡Estos detalles son muy considerados y merecen un aplauso! La temperatura del agua de la piscina, 28 grados, era muy agradable y no había mucha gente. En general, quedamos bastante satisfechos.

Curlygirl_travelsLlegué bastante tarde la noche de la reserva. El proceso de registro fue rápido y eficiente, y el recepcionista fue muy amable. Al entrar, la habitación olía a humo, el agua estaba tibia y el aire acondicionado estaba demasiado bajo, así que hacía frío. Estaba muy cansado, así que por la mañana fui a recepción para preguntar si podían solucionar estos problemas y fui a desayunar. Para cuando regresé a la habitación, todos mis problemas ya estaban resueltos. Fue un servicio eficiente y excelente.
Si bien el agua estaba lo suficientemente caliente, no lo suficiente como para llenar la bañera para un baño. Tuve que salir en 15 minutos porque se enfrió.
El desayuno estuvo delicioso y todo el personal es muy atento y alegre. Me recibieron con una cálida sonrisa y mucha amabilidad. Realmente aprecio la calidez que mostraron a todos. La vista desde la habitación es buena. Por la noche, puedes ver las luces del festival de nieve desde la cama. La cama es suave y cómoda. Al otro lado del hotel, a unas dos cuadras (10 minutos a paso ligero), puedes bajar al río congelado y tomar fotos; es como tu propio patio de recreo. Incluso hay bloques de hielo desechados que puedes usar para tus fotos.
El hotel cuenta con servicio de transporte de ida y vuelta, pero no de vuelta. Está lejos del centro de Harbin, donde se encuentran la mayoría de las atracciones. Aun así, disfruté de mi estancia. Gracias por la buena hospitalidad.

Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
