El hotel cuenta con una excelente accesibilidad al transporte público, ya que se encuentra a pocas paradas de tren del recinto del festival de hielo, con una estación de teleférico y una estación de metro (Youyi Gong) convenientemente ubicadas al otro lado de la calle. También se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del centro comercial más cercano, que ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones para comer. Nuestra familia realmente apreció la ubicación. A nuestra llegada, fuimos recibidos calurosamente por una oficial de servicio, una señora que nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje hasta nuestras habitaciones de hotel. Mostró un comportamiento amistoso y una actitud de servicio encomiable. Además, cuando nos íbamos, otro miembro del personal, que creo que se llamaba Geoff, nos ayudó a subir nuestro equipaje al taxi. Su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar fueron dignas de mención. A pesar de la sencillez de sus funciones, se requiere un esfuerzo considerable para relacionarse con numerosos huéspedes diariamente manteniendo una actitud positiva, y merecen un elogio por su dedicación. El hotel también cuenta con una lavandería con personal disponible para ayudar con la lavandería, lo que nos pareció un detalle considerado. Disfruté especialmente de las frutas, el té y los postres adicionales que nos ofrecieron en las habitaciones después del servicio de limpieza, lo que fue una sorpresa agradable después de un largo día de exploración. El desayuno buffet era generoso y a un precio razonable. El principal inconveniente de este hotel se relaciona con la limpieza. Si bien en general está ordenado, al ser un establecimiento antiguo, podría beneficiarse de una mayor atención a los detalles, en particular con la aspiración de las alfombras. Reemplazar las alfombras por pisos de madera de vinilo podría mitigar la acumulación de polvo y sería más fácil de mantener. En general, el problema de la limpieza no es particularmente crítico, ya que no somos demasiado exigentes. Creo que la ubicación privilegiada del hotel y el servicio excepcional brindado por el personal mejoran significativamente su valor, y no dudaría en reservar este hotel nuevamente.

Very nice hotel and facilities. The style is very nice. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast has a very huge variety of foods for both the western palate and asian palate. Also has a good varierty of specialties from tje chinese north east. Docking a few points from amenities since a coffee machine was said to be included in our room but there was none. Only the nespresso pods...

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay with Junyi 😍😍😍

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

Debido al temor de cambios en la situación epidémica, cancelé el itinerario a otros lugares y me quedé en Harbin por cuatro días más. Sigo prefiriendo el Huate Hotel. Gracias por el considerado servicio de la señora de la limpieza. Al ver el clima caluroso, Pondré dos botellas más en la habitación cada vez que limpie la habitación Agua, el hotel no está lejos de la cabina de pruebas de ácido nucleico de la antigua sala de conciertos de la iglesia, es muy conveniente, y si tengo la oportunidad de ir a Harbin de nuevo, elegiré Walt Hotel.

Todo sobre esta estancia fue sorprendente por nuestra primera vez en Harbin. El check-in fue muy agradable y nos trajeron a nuestra habitación, que estaba preparada y quedó caliente, lo que fue una agradable sorpresa. (P.S. estuvimos en Beijing Con*** y la habitación estaba fría AF cuando nos ingresamos allí.) Pequeñas cosas como estas fueron bien pensadas por Jojo y su equipo que hizo sentir que nos quedamos con la familia. La habitación era muy moderna y limpia y había un baño japonés con asiento caliente y funciones bidet. Desearía haber tomado fotos de la habitación para mostrarte exactamente lo que parece un turista, pero puedes confiar en las fotos del hotel porque realmente se parece a esas fotos. Otro punto de venta de este hotel es la ubicación - es muy conveniente llegar a todos los lugares turísticos. En realidad, mi madre y yo terminamos con el transporte público hasta los lugares el segundo día porque era fácil hacerlo y las paradas de autobús están justo abajo de la calle del hotel. Como primer día en China, me encantó este lugar aún más porque en el mismo bloque hay un par de comidas chinas para que nos elegimos. También hay un centro de vecindad que está a sólo 10 pasos de la puerta del hotel, que tiene un supermercado - perfecto para comprar todos los snacks y recuerdos antes de volar a casa. Gracias a todos en este hotel - ha hecho mi madre y mi primera viaje a China y Harbin aún más memorable con su cálida hospitalidad!

La habitación del hotel está llena ese día, necesitamos añadir camas. Hay muchos huéspedes que añadir camas ese día. No hay camas, pero gracias especialmente a Tian Ten, que trabajaba en la noche, no sólo nos ayudó a encontrar la cama, sino también a ayudarnos a añadir la cama y a añadirla de forma detallada, muy movido. El director del hotel también nos ayudó a organizar la residencia original. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, es la razón principal por la que hemos elegido volver a permanecer. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, está cerca de la calle central, el hotel está también en el borde de la pincha y es muy conveniente viajar.

The metro is just outside the hotel. Makes travelling to central street about 3 stations away. Hot tea is available at the reception especially comes in useful after returning from the cold outside in -16C. Metro line 2 also fetch you to the ice n snow world. Change over to line 3 to visit the Chinese baroque building. Room is cleaned regularly. Quiet and comfortable.

酒店房間細節滿滿，前台服務細緻，環境優雅 設施都不錯，房間也很暖和，窗外風景很美，還提供了加濕器和蒸汽眼罩，很貼心。 房間很大，衞生也做的蠻不錯的，用品都很齊全，還提供了一次性浴缸套，搓澡巾這些物品，可以放心舒服地泡個澡，開心～環境很不錯
