One of the best things about this hotel is that they provide free airport pickup and drop-off. You just need to contact them on WeChat a few days in advance and inform them of your arrival time, number of passengers (pax), and how many bags you have. If you don’t have their WeChat, you can email the hotel to request it. The process was smooth and very helpful. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly and responsive. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, you can easily communicate using Google Translate. The amenities were good and sufficient for a short stay. Overall, it’s a great and convenient option for anyone staying near Harbin Taiping International Airport. I would definitely consider staying here again.»
