«Personalmente, creo que es el mejor albergue juvenil de Harbin en la actualidad. Está cerca de la calle central, tiene instalaciones completas, un buen ambiente en las áreas públicas, un personal entusiasta, un buen ambiente social y es adecuado para amigos que viajan solos. El gerente de la tienda, Wei Lai , es alto y guapo. La señorita que me recibió en la recepción, Tang Tang, era amable y dulce, y nació para ser una santa. Me dejó una buena impresión. El hermano Song era entusiasta, talentoso y ejecutivo. Vale la pena esperar un futuro mejor. Si sigue siendo el mejor albergue de la ciudad, no me sorprenderá.»

«I stayed there for 4 nights and I really recommend this hostel. The vibes are just really cool and every night seems to be game night :) the staff is also open to help you and give you recommendations.
Little plus : toilets and bathrooms are super clean, location is near the subway and the central street. You can also leave your luggage after the check out if you plan to leave the city a bit later.»

«El hotel que habíamos reservado originalmente fue cancelado por algunas razones, por lo que temporalmente encontramos este albergue juvenil cerca. Aunque tuvimos que subir nuestro equipaje por las escaleras, la señora del mostrador no sabía si era porque cada uno de nosotros tenía un 28. equipaje de pulgadas o algo más, así que nos dio un check-in. We are from Malaysia, and we coincidentally found this hotel after we failed to book a train to Harbin City. Fortunately, we found hard seating available to Harbinxi, which led to our journey here.
The family room in this hostel is very spacious, and the private bathroom is large with solid concrete walls, unlike many budget hostels that use tempered glass partitions.
The location is convenient, just a 9-minute walk to the station and several large shopping centers. To access other popular areas, you can take the subway for just 4 Yuan per person per trip.
This hostel is run by a couple who are very nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed; the lady owner, Mdm Wong, even told us, ”If you get bullied by anyone in Harbin, call me. I will protect you.” 😀 Lastly, there's a gray cat in the hostel that our kids loved. She enjoys being petted a lot.
The only thing I would like to mention is that some hidden areas, like under the bed and curtains, are dusty. I hope the owner can address this.»

As a foreigner traveling from afar, I was a bit apprehensive about navigating a new city in the midst of a cold snap (-10°C!). But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns.
The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night.
What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. If you're a traveler seeking a haven of hospitality, look no further.

AArad PoratThe entrance is definitely not welcoming and pretty disgusting.
Cleanliness definitely needs improvement, but it's not the worst ive seen.
Other than cleanliness the rooms are pretty fine, not a lot of space to shower but manageable. The location is nice, still not the best of the best because it's not right near a subway or bus, but still right at the train station and close to a lot of public transport.
The bed is comfortable though

UUsuario invitado숙소는 아주 따뜻했다. 추우니까 사람들이 그냥 공용공간에서 담배핀다. 침구는 1층만 잘 정돈해주고 2층은 더러움,,, 그래도 2층이 좀 덜 시끄럽고 아늑하다. 수건을 제공해주지 않으니 꼭 챙겨가거나 호스텔에서 5위안에 살 수 있다. 물도 편의점이랑 동일한 가격에 팔아서 멀리까지 나가지 않아도 된다. 샤워실 불 킬 수 있으니 어둡게 샤워하지 않기! 숙소 위치 정말 너무 좋다.
