«十分喜歡這間度假屋，我一共住了三天，房間很大，燈光足夠，職員非常親切，check in時會仔細介紹房間的設施，泳池水乾淨，約1.4米深有樓梯級，還可以用應用程式了解度假村的資訊，每天8:30-9:30和13:30-14:30可以餵大象食西瓜，是免費的，職員很好會不斷切西瓜給住客，有時間的話還可以與職員聊天了解3隻大象，大象在這裡只有食、散步、玩水、睡覺等等，十分幸福，不是餵大象的時段，你亦可以在房間內見到大象，早上有大象叫聲叫你起床。 房間不時會出現小昆蟲，房內有準備蚊怕水讓你噴，整體而言，我不想離開這度假村。»

«Este hotel estuvo bien para 1 o 2 noches, aunque comparado con lo que ofrecen otros hoteles por ese precio, podría ser mejor o más barato. Tuve que comprar un secador de pelo en el supermercado más cercano, aunque en los últimos dos años que he vivido en hoteles nunca había necesitado comprar este tipo de cosas, ya que normalmente los hoteles proporcionan secadores de pelo, así que no es un problema para ellos. Además, había varios insectos en la habitación, lo cual no ha sucedido en otros hoteles en los que me he alojado en Samui.»

«Great location and easily walkable to lamai market or to nearby cafes and shops. The live band from lamai market can be heard from the rooms so if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem. The floor manager goes around to check on guests during morning breakfast and we appreciated this gesture. The AC in our room was leaking and she immediately sent someone to check on it. It never got fixed as it kept leaking every night again but it was ok and we werent very bothered by it. The mattresses need a change asap as the depressions were too obvious. I would request also for better lighting or at least the option to brighten the lights should we wish in the room. The hallway resort lights were also too dim making it a little dangerous at night as there were many steep steps and curbs. For the accessibility and staff i would stay here again»

«Excellent Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui! We drove all the way from Bangkok, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The concierge team promptly assisted with our luggage and parked our car, making our arrival completely seamless. The lobby and check-in area are absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful Koh Samui coastline. It is one of the best places to enjoy a breathtaking sunset. We were assigned Room 503, which was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. The privacy compartment doors made it ideal for families, and the sofa bed was surprisingly large and comfortable—perfect for our 19-year-old son. Pros: - A beautiful private beach with complimentary kayaking. While it may not be the best beach for swimming, it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying water activities. - The buggy service was incredibly fast and efficient. Every driver was friendly, cheerful, and always ready to take us anywhere around the resort within minutes. - Outstanding hospitality and guest service. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Mr. Ruben for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. - The concierge team did an excellent job arranging our private long-tail boat tour. We had a wonderful day visiting Pig Island, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and enjoying the beauty of Koh Samui. Everything was organized perfectly. - The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The bacon and pastries were among the best we've had, and a special thank you to Mr. Ping for serving us the sweetest, most delicious mangoes every morning. - Our housekeeping attendant, Mr. Renu from Myanmar, was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. He kept our room spotless every day, and his attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. During check-out, I had a pleasant conversation with Bernice, the Director of Rooms from Malaysia. Our chat about Malaysian food brought back wonderful memories and was a lovely way to end our stay. Three nights simply were not enough at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui. This is the kind of resort where you should stay for at least one week to fully enjoy everything it has to offer. Unfortunately, I didn't even have enough time to experience the gym, which looked excellent. Only one small suggestion: the breakfast seating area can get a little warm during the morning. Of course, that's part of the tropical outdoor atmosphere—almost like a natural sauna—but a few more cooling fans would make the experience even more comfortable. Overall, we completely fell in love with The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui. The breathtaking scenery, luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and warm hospitality from every member of the team made this an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly world-class stay in Koh Samui.»
