I recently stayed at Skype Beach Hotel in Koh Samui from 13-16 November 2025 with three of my girlfriends, and I could not be more impressed with the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. A special shout-out to Lee, the manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday celebration for two of my friends in our villa. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the event was a huge success, thanks to Lee and his team. Their thoughtful touches and seamless execution made the experience unforgettable. Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Nitty and Ross were particularly outstanding, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring our every need was met. Their hospitality truly set this property apart and made us feel like VIPs. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating more than four people. We especially loved the theatre room, which had two beds and could comfortably accommodate an additional four guests—perfect for relaxing together as a group. As for the food, we were delighted with the breakfast options offered each morning. The Thai Rice Soup and American Breakfast Set were just a few of the delicious choices that started our days off perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend Skype Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui. The service is top-notch, the staff is genuinely caring, and the atmosphere is one of warmth and relaxation. This trip was made even more special because of the outstanding efforts from Lee, Nitty, Ross, and the entire team. I will definitely be coming back for future trips and will be recommending this place to anyone I know visiting the island. Thank you agin to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable!!

Расположение: нужно сразу понимать что потребуется транспорт. В пешей доступности есть пара кафе, но мы в них не ходили, народу в них тоже не наблюдалось, ну разве что пару раз видели несколько фарангов, которые завтракали. Репорт предлагает доставку на пляж и обратно по определенным часам. Про цену не помню: то ли бесплатно, то ли за символическую платную совсем низкую. Завтраки тоже предлагали заказывать с доставкой на виллу: это конечно дороже, чем в обычном кафе, но все же доступно. Мы этой услугой не пользовались, так как пришлось бы заранее планировать время завтрака (зачем?). Пляж… мы проживали во время дневных отливов, потому ничего хорошего про море не скажу, а сам пляж чистый и почти безлюдный. Сюрпризы: бронировали виллу с тремя спальнями и гостиной + бассейн. При просмотре фото номеров ( во время бронирования) никак не мог понять расположение комнаты а также не мог понять приватность бассейна. Будет ли бассейн только нашими или его надо будет делить с гостями из какой-то другой виллы. Даже в Гугл мапс «погулял», но так до конца и не понял. По прибытию Приятно удивило то, что эта самая вилла состоит из двух отдельных домовую между которыми расположен бассейн ( не маленький, средних размеров). Один дом состоит из двух спален с отдельными входами и отдельными сан узлами, а другой дом сострит из огромной гостиной, столовой, кухни и спальни + 2 сан узла. Грандиозно! Еще патио. Из минусов: не очень стабильный wi fi, телевизор задумчивый. Пожалуй все. Еще кондиционеры не так быстро охлаждают, как хотелось бы, но это вина конструктива зданий. Огромная площадь остекления которое выполнено в одиночном исполнении из дерева. Угли в будущем поставить нормальный алюминиевые конструкции со стеклопакетами, то можно будет добиться лучшего эффекта от кондиционеров+ сэкономить на электроэнергии и улучшить звукоизоляцию. Тем не менее кондиционеры вполне справляются со своей задачей. Практически всегда было тихо. В целом все ок. Денег своих это место стоит. Хозяйка по имени Лана очень доброжелательна и безупречно говорит на русском.

Amazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆

Habitaciones amplias, limpias y fragantes. Un baño muy grande con ducha y bañera. Hay batas y pantuflas. Tranquilo, no se oye nada la ciudad ni las fiestas. El personal es de buen carácter. Desayunos muy variados y de calidad. Importante: este hotel está ubicado en un remanso, por lo que no hay oportunidad de disfrutar del mar y su profundidad (al menos durante la temporada alta, abril). Resulta que es como un baño de mar en el hotel. Para nadar en el ”agua grande”, es necesario caminar por la playa más cercana al centro de Chaweng. de 13 a 15 de la tarde happy hour: dos cócteles por el precio de uno. Y descuentos en el menú del mediodía. Me gustó mucho todo, todos contentos :) Ah, y el hotel es sólo para adultos, eso fue una gran ventaja para nosotros 🤪

Hotel muy básico. La ubicación era aceptable, pero no la mejor. La calle, que se supone que es animada, no tenía el ambiente que esperábamos. Pedimos una habitación donde no se oyera el ruido de la calle, pero no estaba disponible. Así que realmente necesitan mejorar el aislamiento acústico (aunque probablemente no lo hagan). El personal fue muy amable y servicial. La habitación estaba bastante limpia, pero la decoración era muy impersonal (¿mesitas de noche de hormigón?). Por suerte, era muy espaciosa. ¡Se necesitaba un sitio para abrir una segunda maleta! Había espacio de sobra. El inodoro del baño también era muy pequeño; apenas se podía uno dar la vuelta. La cama no era cómoda, constaba de dos partes y no parecía transpirar. A pesar del aire acondicionado, hacía calor y humedad. No dormí bien. El desayuno también era básico. Los cócteles estaban buenos, incluso un poco personalizados si se solicitaban. Fue muy agradable que tuvieran aperitivos locales en ciertos momentos, así que los probamos. El personal, sin duda, hizo que la estancia fuera más agradable. Nota: debido a la humedad y a los árboles que hay alrededor, etc., había mosquitos en el exterior. Manténgase alerta.

This hotel can be absolutely amazing, but there are a few things you should know before booking. The biggest highlight of our stay was definitely the view. We stayed in a Sea View room on the 4th floor, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. Waking up and seeing the ocean every morning never got old. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend paying extra for a Sea View room, ideally on the 4th floor. In my opinion, rooms facing the road could completely change your experience and might even ruin your vacation. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The grounds are full of tropical plants and are extremely well maintained. The beach is gorgeous, exactly what you imagine when you think of a tropical island getaway. The pool is also fantastic, with an incredible view overlooking the sea. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned very well every day, and it always smelled fresh and pleasant when we came back. Breakfast is not huge or luxurious, but everything we tried was tasty. Most of the options are Thai dishes, which we actually enjoyed. Now for the downsides. The location can be a problem if you’re not prepared. The hotel sits right next to a high-speed road, and despite what it may look like on the map, walking anywhere is basically not an option. Even if you think you’ll be able to walk to nearby places, you probably won’t. Because of that, I would only stay here if you’re renting a scooter or are comfortable taking taxis everywhere. Transportation on Koh Samui is not cheap, and taxi costs can add up quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the incredible sea view, beautiful beach, great pool, and lovely hotel grounds. Just make sure you book a Sea View room and think about transportation before you arrive. Those two things can make the difference between an amazing vacation and a disappointing one.

¡Un resort precioso con un personal increíble! Servicio 24/7, un desayuno estupendo y fácil acceso gracias al servicio de transporte que ofrecen al 7/11 junto a la entrada de la playa y al club de playa, donde suena música house fantástica, la comida es deliciosa y tiene unas vistas espectaculares del océano, además de una piscina infinita y la opción de hacer kayak gratis. ¡Una estancia de 10!

Este fue el segundo hotel en Koh Samui. Un hotel para los que quieren estar en silencio, preciosa zona. Para nosotros el inconveniente fue la playa, o más bien su ausencia; en este lado de la costa las mareas son muy fuertes y es normal no nadar. En este punto, el hotel podría haber mejorado si tuviera una buena piscina, pero ni siquiera 2 pequeñas lo compensan, son pequeñas y poco profundas para los niños; En 3 días, la toalla se cambió solo una vez y la habitación se limpió solo una vez. En mi opinión, en los hoteles de 4 estrellas esto se hace por defecto todos los días y sin cartel en la puerta. La habitación en sí es muy cómoda y espaciosa. No escuchas el ruido de tus vecinos y no te molesta en absoluto. No estaría de más cambiar los enchufes, la carga es débil, los cargadores en euros comieron para quedarse en ellos El desayuno es bastante bueno.

El parque del hotel en su conjunto es muy bonito y la piscina es muy buena; la playa no es de arena tan fina, pero puedes adentrarte en el mar y remar en barco hasta la isla de enfrente. El agua es muy poco profunda durante la marea baja. ¡Pero debes prestar atención a la seguridad! Me alojé en una villa con vistas al mar, que es puro estilo tailandés, con estructura de madera y ecología relativamente original. Sin embargo, es inevitable que haya insectos, pequeñas hormigas y algunos insectos desconocidos, las instalaciones del hotel son un poco viejas y la ducha; el cabezal para bañarse todavía está roto. El cabezal de la ducha no podía detener la tubería de agua; pero la habitación estaba limpia y el personal de servicio fue muy amable y amigable. No hay muchos tipos de desayuno, pero es suficiente para gente como yo que se contenta con el café. No está mal. La ubicación del restaurante de desayunos es particularmente buena. Puedes comer mirando al mar, lo cual es muy bueno. La ubicación del hotel no está lejos del centro de Samoui, por lo que salir a comer es más conveniente. Hay muy pocos chinos. Parece que solo nuestra familia es china, la mayoría son turistas extranjeros. La relación precio/rendimiento está bien.

Beautiful room , beautiful view from room , private and beautiful beach , they gave us early check-in . Must visit hotel and definitely the private beach .
