«Hotel is great overall, but beds are really hard surface type. The hotel feels like was last renovated / built some 20 or so years ago, which makes everything looks dated. However, in terms of cleanliness, service and location it is an excellent hotel (if you are ok sleeping on a hard bed). Staff is very helpful. We didn’t try spa or dining so cannot comment here. Location is good: it is not too far from central district yet if you’re driving (we did) you don’t have to drive through the most congested areas. There are a few excellent coffee places nearby. Many places around to eat.»

Por favor, tengan en cuenta lo siguiente: todos hemos respondido al compromiso del hotel con la protección del medio ambiente al no cambiar las sábanas y las mantas a diario, así que ¿por qué no ofrecen a los huéspedes la cortesía básica de una habitación limpia y ordenada cada vez que regresan?»

«Generally speaking, it’s good to take a comfortable rest and have a good sleep close to nightmarket. The ceiling the room is high compared to other hostels. But hot shower water is not enough and a cushion of little chair is unstable.»

«Assistance is barely available. I stayed there 5 nights and went in and out of the hotel multiple times everyday but I only saw the receptionist at the front desk once when I checked in. I called a few times the front desk from my room but it is answered also only once. I eventually complained to the receptionist when she eventually showed up knowing I’m furious at the lobby. Upon communication, I got to know that one single receptionist is responsible for assisting the entire hotel having roughly 100 rooms while serving the reception role. How stingy the management can be?! Overloading a frontline staff with frontline communication and room services?! This is especially frustrating when I need help to fix the WiFi as a business traveller staying in a business hotel. The WiFi is instable and dropped off twice within half an hour on 2 days, which is a disaster for my real-time work. The receptionist did try her best to spend 45 mins to help, which I appreciate, but the hotel needs a better router and/or network provider. Eventually I used my own internet data instead. How pricy! The plug can’t charge my phone. Overnight, the battery goes from 7% to only 40%. The mat has a lot of stain on it. It doesn’t smell but looks unpleasant.»

«El personal es amable y el hotel ofrece aparcamiento subterráneo gratuito. La habitación es espaciosa, con dos camas grandes y cómodas, además de dos baños, uno de ellos con bañera. Sin embargo, tendrás que mantener la cortina cerrada, ya que la habitación da directamente a otro edificio. Algunos pequeños inconvenientes: no hay jabón de manos ni toallas en el lavabo a menos que se soliciten, y el papel higiénico en uno de los baños está mal colocado. Tampoco hay enchufes cerca de las camas y, a pesar de haber reservado para tres personas, solo nos proporcionaron dos paquetes de café al día. Las instalaciones también parecen un poco anticuadas. Como punto positivo, hay una tienda justo al lado del hotel, aunque la estación de metro más cercana está a más de un kilómetro. En general, es una estancia decente y la recomendaría a amigos que visiten Taichung.»
