«I recently spent two nights at The Metro Hotel (豪爵大飯店台中館) in Taichung, and overall, it was a very practical, comfortable, and well-situated experience. Located right on Wuquan Road in the West District, this 3.5-star property strikes an excellent balance between affordability and convenience. If you are looking for a reliable base to explore the city, here is a detailed breakdown of my stay.  The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and featured a nice view of the surrounding city. The bed was on the firmer side but very supportive, providing a great night's sleep after long days of walking. A major highlight for me was the climate control. I absolutely need a cool sleeping environment and always set the thermostat to 21°C; thankfully, the room’s air conditioning was powerful and maintained that crisp, chilly temperature perfectly throughout both nights.  There are two minor caveats to the room: • Electrical Outlets: There are very few power outlets available. If you have multiple devices to charge (phone, laptop, power banks), I highly recommend bringing a small travel extension cord.  • Soundproofing: While the room itself was peaceful, the door soundproofing is a bit lacking. You can occasionally hear other guests in the hallway or neighboring doors closing.  The hotel provides all the essential basics without overcomplicating things. The bathroom was roomy with great water pressure and came stocked with standard toiletries. A huge plus for travelers is the self-service laundry room located on the 5th floor. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful with luggage storage. It is worth noting that they strictly enforce their 4:00 PM check-in time—you generally cannot get into your room a minute earlier—but they do offer a generous 12:00 PM check-out, allowing for a relaxed morning.»

«Esta fue mi primera estancia y quedé encantada con la excelente ubicación y el amplio aparcamiento subterráneo. Me informaron de que había una restricción de altura, así que cambié a un coche con menor altura libre al suelo. Sin embargo, supe que también me permitirían usar el aparcamiento exterior si preguntaba. Te dan fichas que te permiten entrar y salir del aparcamiento tantas veces como quieras gratis, lo cual me parece un servicio estupendo. El desayuno también fue fantástico. Había muchas opciones vegetarianas, y el menú cambió incluso durante mi estancia de dos noches, lo cual fue muy agradable. Sobre todo, el personal de recepción fue muy amable. ¡Espero volver a alojarme aquí la próxima vez! (*^^*)»

«We stay in Sun Hao Hotel in Taichung for two nights in n their Large King Size Bed and one night in their two double bed room. The Large King Size Bed is actually they combine the two double Bed into one King Size Bed. So the King Size Bed become very large and comfortable. The room is clean, Aircond is cold, WI-FI is good, the water pressure for shower is strong. The breakfast have good variety and the taste is good. Thelocation is in the Center of Taichung. Opposite of the Hotel Sun Hao we can find the Carefore Supermarket and their foods court. Beside the Hotel Sun Hao you can find steam food shop and their foods court chicken soup is nice. Beside the Carefour Supermarket you can find their MRT station and you can the the MRT to their High Soeed Train Station go to Taipei or Kaoshung Stationr other states in Taiwan. I would like to recommend Sun Hao Hotel to other travellers if they like to come to Taichung. I will stay in Sun Hao Hitel if I come to Taichung again.»

«El hotel está situado en una zona tranquila, a 10 –15 minutos a pie del mercado de la noche de Fengjia en un paseo relajado. La casa de la ciudad es una de las principales ciudades de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los más pequeños de la ciudad. Cuando me siguió en el escritorio delantero, me dijeron que el hotel no ofrece ningún arreglo de cumpleaños, lo cual fue decepcionante. No obstante, me gustaría destacar la bondad del receptor, Joe. «The room was really beautiful, and the hotel is rather well-situated. Supposingly a ”love” hotel but we see families staying here as well. You will be pleasantly surprised with the aesthetics of the rooms! Will definitely consider this hotel when I am back again.»
