Just got back from Dusit Princess Melaka and honestly, really happy with the stay. Got a room facing the Melaka River which made it so much better — woke up to a nice view and it's really relaxing especially in the evening with the lights along the river. Room itself was big and fully equipped, felt more like a proper holiday stay than just a hotel room. One thing to note — it's not really walking distance to Jonker Street, more like a quick 5 min Grab ride away. But no complaints there because right next to the hotel there's already 2 Chinese hawker stalls, so kalau lapar tinggal jalan kaki je. There's also a KK Mart right there for snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack, and a 24hr halal food store nearby too so late night cravings are sorted. Overall solid stay — comfy room with a great river view, good amenities, and food options literally next door even if Jonker Street itself needs a short ride. Would stay again 👍

A very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole environment is very clean, because you need to take off your shoes. The cat is very well behaved and cute, and the atmosphere is very warm. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door. The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive. The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy. Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch. There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful. No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

Just next to Courtyard Melaka and only 5-6 min driving to Jonker Street. There were 2 parking lots provided for my unit booked. Everything arranged properly by the management before arriving. I must give thumb up to the support team because they are very responsive to help in setup the karaoke set, booking of gym room.

I love the location. It was so convenient for me to explore Malacca. Having to be near great eateries too. The authentic Peranakan feel was a surprise. I did not expect to have the toilet door out of the ordinary. Will choose to stay here again when I have the chance.

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

The location is strategic if you would like to go for medical at Mahkota, it was super close but quite far away from the main area like Jonker street. The hotel has a great potential if they really take care of the condition of the room. Our room was dusty even though I have put a note for a dust free room, AC was loud at night even though we have turned it off, water heater a bit off not proper, we are not able to take any pictures but it was room 647. I believe the management can review back and take care of this seriously.

Hai, I always book this hotel if I come to Melaka due to location and easily to bring Elderly..easy check In..Near with cafe, 7e, and Restaurant for a dinner.. However, I hope can improve in term of Cleanliness and Iron in the room if possible..Thank you!

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

La buena ubicación ... está cerca de las mallas, puede caminar a lugares de patrimonio para turistas, el precio no es caro, cerca del terminal de autobús en el Hotel Hatten. Bueno para dormir y luego hacer su vista. Aircon funciona, frigorífico también a la mitad de camino. Muchas opciones de comida en todo el mundo, tiendas de conveniencia para sus necesidades. El mal ... se ha dado. Aunque todavía es relativamente limpio, las habitaciones se sientan dilapidadas. Las plantas se están deslizando, las cortinas se están rodeando, las ventanas no pueden cerrar completamente, las luces se están diluyendo. He encontrado demasiados gusanos que me he renunciado a tirarlos - en el armario, en el baño. Así que, si no te importan todas estas cosas y sólo necesitan un lugar asequible para dormir, este hotel puede ser una opción. Si usted es los tai-tai que esperan un lugar alto de congestión, mira en otro lugar. Nota: El parque de autos está conectado al hotel en el nivel 2 y 3.

Servicio por parte del personal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Solo responde rápidamente por whatsapp, el procedimiento para realizar el check-in es muy sencillo. La habitación está bien, obtienes lo que pagas. en cuanto a limpieza, siento que hay que mejorar porque el piso de la habitación en la que me quedé está sucio, con solo pisar el piso se puede sentir pegajoso 🥲 antes del check in me pedirán un depósito, es normal en cualquier alojamiento. El proceso de reembolso de Depo también es muy rápido y no tan complicado como el de un hotel, es decir, lo recibiremos el mismo día que salimos del hotel.
