La habitación es agradable. Todo completo con tamaño de cama de rey con sofá largo, mesa de oficina y sillas, y también tiene otra silla. Limpia y acogedora. El único consentimiento es el tipo de piso de ladrillo de baño es un poco deslizante. Necesita ser muy cuidadoso.

Hotel room is big, just the bed is too high for short people. After I checked in to the room, the hotel staff ring the bell and straight away open my room, luckily I got locked from inside and the door can’t fully open by the staff. I used to stay more than 30 nights in hotel every year and this was the first time I experienced this issue.

It’s a super nice vacation home, just like staying in Bali itself. Lots of eateries around the location. We love it so much!

I booked a 1-night stay in their Lux King Ocean Room at The Lisbon Melaka as I read that it’s a new international hotel that opened a year ago. The room feels very cozy when I entered. The fixtures were still new and the beds were comfortable. It’s come with a smart TV which is a plus point in this day and age. Though it will be better if the TV is slightly bigger as it’s only 32”. The balcony was dismal and the ocean wasn’t that therapeutic and was partially blocked. The breakfast buffet was a letdown as well. There wasn’t much options for selections though the hotel was proclaimed as a 5 star luxury hotel. For the room rate at about RM$337 on a weekday, it’s definitely on a higher side. I think likely also due to low occupancy. Throughout my stay, the hotel was fairly empty and not many rooms were occupied. The courtyard area was really nice, which elevates the resort feel. The pool and gym nearby was really small. So I did not use the facilities. The spa room wasn’t tenanted out too. There was no lift as well, definitely not user friendly for the elderly. Staff Shamirul and other guest relations personnel were polite too. Same applies to the security which offers good service. Will I return, it’s very unlikely.

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

Experiencia del primer día de llegada: Muy mala. El registro fue sin problemas. Al salir del ascensor en el piso 22, todo el pasillo estaba húmedo y sofocante. No había aire acondicionado. Después, entramos a nuestra habitación. Toda la habitación estaba húmeda y sofocante. Tuvimos que usar el control remoto para encender el aire acondicionado (eran de esos pequeños instalados en casas: uno para la sala de estar y otro para el dormitorio). Después de 20-30 minutos, pensamos que la habitación se enfriaría poco a poco... pero no... Todos empezamos a sudar en la habitación porque el aire acondicionado no lograba enfriarla por completo. Había dos camas individuales en la sala de estar y una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio (en la página web indicaba una cama king y dos camas individuales). Fuimos a recepción a quejarnos porque el pequeño aire acondicionado era demasiado débil para un espacio tan grande. Ni siquiera la habitación pequeña lograba enfriarse. Pedimos que nos cambiaran a una habitación comunicada. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a una habitación de lujo (2 camas individuales grandes) + una suite (1 cama king size + sala de estar). Era la única opción. Aceptamos y pagamos un suplemento de 700 RM. En recepción dijeron que pedirían al técnico que revisara el aire acondicionado del pasillo... Al final, no hicieron nada... Nos dimos cuenta de que cuando se abre la puerta del ascensor en ciertos pisos al entrar los huéspedes, ¡los pasillos están húmedos y sofocantes! Nos dieron habitaciones en el piso 15, y sí... todos los pasillos están sofocantes sin aire acondicionado. Incluso la recepción está más fresca. Lo único positivo es la actitud del personal. La habitación comunicada era mucho mejor, con un aire acondicionado más potente. Descansamos bien las dos noches. Tengo sentimientos encontrados con este hotel, ya que la ubicación es buena, con restaurantes y centros de masajes cerca. La piscina se ve bien. El hotel se ve muy anticuado y tiene servicios básicos. El servicio de limpieza fue lento; pedimos una almohada adicional que nunca llegó. No volveremos.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí. La última vez fue hace dos años. Esta vez me dieron un apartamento de dos habitaciones en lugar de una. Como siempre, el apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado al llegar. No se fumaba dentro. Aunque está ubicado en el centro, con otros apartamentos, está relativamente cerca de cualquier lugar. Perfecto para quienes conducen, ya que cuenta con aparcamiento. Gracias a su autosuficiencia, apenas se necesitan servicios ni asistencia de la administración o del personal de servicio. ¡Muy recomendable!

We had a pleasant stay at Swan Garden Resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and food spots. The only downside was the parking fee. Guests are required to pay RM5 per day for the hotel's internal parking, which I feel should be complimentary for hotel guests. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would still recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly service, and cozy rooms.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

The hotel seems to be like a service apartment converted to hotel. Abit run down, service was quite slow as well. They have very weird room number, the big numbers apparent is not the room number. I thought I went to the wrong level at first. 😆 Didn't have a smooth checked in but fortunately I met the GM whom reversed the whole experience into a good one! 👍 🫰 Location wise very close to coach pick up and jonker.
