I was there with 13 of my friends. To our surprise, the whole unit is very clean, much higher than our expectation. The beds are clean, the toilets are clean, the karaoke system is very good (according to one of my friends who sings a lot), the TV comes with different channels catering to young and old, the kitchen is in tip top with all the cutlery. Can park 3 cars inside the porch and 1 car outside, suits groups with a few cars. Service from the Management Team is responsive, even when I messaged them in the middle of the night on the day when we were supposed to check in. Location is around 20 minutes drive to Jonker Street or surrounding ”famous” eateries. 5 minutes walk to a nearby Chinese coffee shop selling Chinese food and a Muslim eatery selling Muslim food. Convenient for those who just want to have a simple coffee and food for breakfast. Will definitely book this place again if I were to go to Malacca again with a big group of friends or family. Highly recommended.

El nuevo hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de las atracciones, es limpio y ofrece un buen servicio, lo que lo hace perfecto para estancias cortas. Incluso tiene un baño inteligente y es muy tranquilo por la noche. ¡Sin duda volveré la próxima vez! ¡Jaja, muy recomendable!

The hotel is conveniently located and offers good value for the price. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Room cleanliness was better than average, and the mattress was comfortable with a clean bed. The lobby was clean, welcoming, and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch.

Cons: -Reception closed after 7PM till next day morning! Please beware if you are checking in after 7PM. I reached there around 6.45PM, but already no one there. But there is a notice at the door saying we can contact someone to collect room key. Afterall, we are able to checkin successfully. -No lift. I carried my luggage up 2 floors. I know I can't complain with the price I paid. -No hairdryer. Since the reception is closed, I gave up asking the staff for help. -Looks like this hotel changed its name, now managed by someone else. I am guessing bcs of this, there is no manpower for the reception. Pros: -High value for money, this makes me come back in the future -Spacious room, compared to other hotels with the same price, cleanliness is also good -Quiet environment for me, although it might look a bit creepy at night for someone -Coway water dispenser machine at reception, although the lights are all off since reception is closed. -Ample parking for free. Not private parking by the hotel so I guess there are some kind of small charges by the city council (MBMB) -I actually called the hotel's local line on the checkin day (apparently that time the reception is still open) to confirm my booking. The staff over the phone was nice and polite. *Sry for the messy room as I only took it during checkout

Apartamento muy limpio y espacioso. La vista es fantástica. La entrada fue temprana y fácil.

It's worth more than the price, the location, the facilities. I paid less than RM50 per night (not including the RM50 deposit). The bathroom and showers are amazing. The heaters is 5/5 stars, complete with shampoo, soap, towels. We got a window with the city view. The room is big and very comfortable, the air-conditioning is fully functioning. A lot of space for prayers. I'd definitely book this hotel again, next time.

La ubicación es muy buena y es bueno poder llegar rápidamente al centro. El recepcionista también fue amable y me ayudó mucho durante mi estancia. No hubo ningún problema con la limpieza. Sin embargo, como es musulmán, no hay personal durante la oración. Además, me dieron una habitación con baño compartido, pero este era bastante incómodo, ya que apenas había espacio para guardar las cosas. Además, fue un poco complicado porque no había agua corriente, así que usé el grifo junto al baño. Dos cuartas partes de los enchufes estaban muertos e inutilizables. Si valoras la ubicación, es la mejor, así que la recomiendo. O recomiendo una habitación sin baño compartido.

La ubicación es excelente, con el río Malaca justo detrás. Quiero avisar a todos: al salir, girando a la izquierda, hay un local de comida rápida al otro lado de la calle. ¡No vayáis bajo ningún concepto! Me estafaron: un plato de arroz con muslo de pollo frito y un café helado me costaron 27 MYR... Seguro se aprovecharon de que llevaba una mochila de viaje grande.

El ambiente es muy bueno. Me quedé en la habitación más sencilla, pero tiene instalaciones completas. El baño de agua caliente es fácil de operar y muy cómodo. Vale la pena cobrar el impuesto al patrimonio cultural. La recepción del hotel está a cargo de Corner Coffee, y básicamente hay gente allí. Regresé tarde en la noche y le pregunté al tío cómo abrir la puerta. Respondió todas mis preguntas.
