«Amenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.»

«Gia đình chúng tôi là người Việt Nam, sinh sống và làm việc tại thủ đô Hà Nội, cũng trung tâm phố cổ như khách sạn củ bạn Đi sang thành phố Côn Minh du lịch , ăn tết nguyên đán. Khách sạn của các bạn có vị trí rất tốt, n*** cạnh phố đi bộ Nam Bình và phố cổ Côn Minh nên đi lại rất thuận tiện Xung quanh khách sạn là nhiều cửa hàng ăn uống, cao cấp và bình dân cũng có , cảnh quan trang trí rất đẹp Các bạn nếu đến khách sạn này , đi bằng tàu cao tốc thì từ nhà ga Côn Minh, đi xe buýt tuyến K12 ( giá 2 tệ / 1 người, lên xe trả tiền mặt vào khe ) , điểm dừng cuối cùng gần quảng trường Kim Mã phường , đi bộ sang đường chỗ phố đi bộ Nam Bình, khách sạn bên tay phải , là khoảng 500 m là tới nơi Chúng tôi đã tìm hiểu trên baidu , tuyến xe buýt số 2 ở Côn Minh, đi bộ về khách sạn theo google map xa quá :( Không nên nhé , lúc về tôi mới phát hiện ra tuyến K12 là thuận tiện nhất từ ga về khách sạn Khách sạn tuy ở trung tâm ăn uống vui chơi nhưng buổi tối di ngủ rất yên tĩnh, Phòng trang trí rất sạch sẽ , gường đệm tốt Từ khách sạn đi bộ về phía tay trái n*** đường giao thông lớn có tuyến xe buýt số 90 , đi đến chợ nông sản lớn nhất quận Vũ Hoa , rất nhiều đồ ăn - rau cỏ thịt cá bản địa Từ khách sạn đi về phía tay phải, sang đường phía quảng trường Kim Mã , có rất nhiều tuyến xe buýt để các bạn đi tham quan thành phố, giá tiền 2 tệ / người , khách du lịch trả bằng tiền mặt nhé Đằng sau quảng trường Kim Mã là chợ và phố ẩm thực bình dân cho dân bản địa, giá cả từ 12 tệ / 1 suất ăn cơm bình dân chọn món Từ khách sạn đi ra phố đi bộ Nam Bình, đi thẳng phía tay phải 1km là đến phố cổ Côn Minh, đừng đi theo google map là nó chỉ dẫn đi một vòng rất xa đó :)) Nói chung khách sạn và hệ thống đặt , hủy phòng, hoàn tiền về tài khoản alipay rất tốt Chúng tôi đánh giá ngàn sao cho khách sạn này nếu trên trip.com có thang đo đấy :)) Có dịp , chúng tôi sẽ quay lại và đặt phòng ở đây, hy vọng mọi thứ đều sẽ tốt như năm 2026»

«Excellent value for money with great amenities This hotel offers fantastic value for the price. The room is well-equipped with convenient amenities like a refrigerator and air conditioning, all in good working order. The only downsides are the soundproofing and the towels. They initially provide disposable towels, but if you ask the staff, they will bring you regular ones. As for the soundproofing, it is a bit weak, but that seems to be a common issue with many buildings in the area. Overall, a great stay for the price.»
