«Definitely my go to hotel when I have to transfer at Kunming airport. Contact via WeChat is easily and prompt reply. As soon as I landed the hotel provided the driver to pick me up immediately and he helped my carry with the luggage. (Unlike other hotels I had experience with) .
The room is really clean and big enough . Bathroom is huge. Free water bottle also provides in the room and each floors. Gym and laundry opens 24 hours.
Before I checked out , I spilled coffee on the bedsheets. Leaving cash and notes to apologize in the room but the hotel messages me later said that they would give me back some of my money. I am very appreciated that even though it’s my faults. Your services is beyond 4 stars rated on the app.

Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, with spectacular views. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect, very convenient for getting around Kunming. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options of great quality. Every request we had was handled promptly and with a smile. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always attentive and helpful. It truly exceeded our expectations. «Viajamos con niños a Yunnan, visitando Xishuangbanna y Pu'er, y Kunming fue nuestra última parada. Al viajar con pequeños, me tomé mi tiempo para elegir cuidadosamente este hotel antes del viaje. La ubicación es excelente, a solo 5 minutos a pie del Lago Cuihu, y los alrededores son muy cómodos para moverse. Debido a su buena ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación no es tan grande como en las dos ciudades anteriores, pero realmente está muy bien equipada. La piscina y el gimnasio son un extra, pero lo más importante es que el restaurante ofrece merienda y un tentempié nocturno, lo cual les encantó a los niños; siempre querían subir para comer helado. YYvetteRoseThe hotel was super beautiful and clean! Service by the staff were very attentive and polite, which made our stay super enjoyable. The butler service that helped to bring our clothes for laundering and sending our dry clothes back to the room was an added bonus. They also delivered a light breakfast to the room when we requested. The only thing we didn’t like was the 7am-10am breakfast at the first floor dining space as the egg tart was hard and the cake wasn’t very good. However, it’s just a minor thing, didn’t ruin our hotel stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near Kunming Railway Station next time :)

OOzb00mHighly recommended for short stay near Kunming airport. For the price I paid, the CP is very high. Location is great, many hotels in the same area hence there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Though its lobby area and carpet in common area is showing its age a little bit, the room I stayed in is impeccably clean, modern and comfortable. Room size is big, has view, bathroom is also big and water pressure is great. Only inconvenience is the lobby is not reachable directly by car, you will need to go down a few short steps to reach it. It is a small inconvenience considering it is a great value.

善善琳995 stars! wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Kunming. So good that we are already planning to return in a couple of weeks after our Yunnan road trip.
Overall, the service team was excellent—professional, warm, and consistently helpful. Everyone we interacted with was great; the few names mentioned below simply reflect the staff we had the most contact with.
A special thank you to Eric, who went above and beyond to assist us with receiving and organizing our items throughout our stay. He was attentive, professional, reliable, and a real pleasure to deal with. He took great care in helping us manage multiple deliveries, ensuring everything was properly received, safely stored, and ready for us whenever we needed it—even coordinating around our absence. His kindness, willingness to help, and attention to detail truly stood out.
Manager Isabella was also outstanding—proactive, efficient, and incredibly gentle. She coordinated our orders seamlessly and even arranged for staff to collect our parcels from the storage area, which made everything effortless for us.
There was also another lovely receptionist (I believe her name may be Audrey—apologies if that’s incorrect) who was friendly and professional throughout.
The housekeeping team deserves special mention as well. One of the housekeepers we saw daily was truly delightful—always smiling, kind, and very helpful. She added a warm, personal touch to our stay.
Communication was smooth and easy, which made everything very convenient.
Breakfast was of high quality, nutritious, and offered a good variety. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Well it’s the Hampton! The Kashgar property was our first experience with the Hampton chain and is equally deserving of high praise)

The only thing is for non chinese speaker if you need to call Didi you have to type Hulan Jien instead of Healingmind hotel.

El desayuno es delicioso, con cocina china (deliciosos fideos fritos), cocina occidental básica y café. Un agradecimiento especial a:
1. Daisy, del departamento de alimentos y bebidas del Nivel 2, quien nos recibió todas las mañanas y nos ayudó con las recomendaciones de Kunming. Al gerente Nick, por su amabilidad.
2. Ellie, del servicio de limpieza, quien se encargó de mantener nuestra habitación limpia y nos recordó que nos abrigáramos con el frío repentino.

Está a 5-10 minutos a pie de la estación de metro 白云 y a 15-20 minutos a pie del centro comercial Tongde (imprescindible la barbacoa coreana y el estofado de carne Chaoshan en la planta 4). Hay tiendas de conveniencia justo afuera del hotel. Muy recomendable.

UUsuario invitadoHad a pleasant stay at the Mercure Changshui. The hotel's design is very cute and modern, which made the room feel welcoming. Its location is incredibly convenient for airport transfers. We arrived at 3:00 AM, and the shuttle service was good we just had to call the reception, since we arrived after their last shuttle, and wait at Door 8 of the airport. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast wasn't very tasty and could be improved.
There is a laundromat available.

UUsuario invitadoEl servicio general del hotel fue bueno. Está ubicado entre las plantas 25 y 27. La zona circundante es un distrito financiero y está cerca de la estación de tren Kunming Sur.
Nos registramos a medianoche y el personal de recepción fue muy atento y amable.
La habitación era grande, limpia y cómoda. Nuestra habitación estaba en una planta alta y tenía una bonita vista de la ciudad.
El restaurante está en el sótano. El desayuno es excelente, con mucha variedad, y nos gustaron los fideos de arroz y los pasteles.
A la mañana siguiente, conseguimos transporte gratuito a la estación de tren Kunming Sur en una minivan de lujo.
