«¡Buena relación calidad-precio! La ubicación es genial. La calle de la cerveza, el teatro de marionetas, el lago, el mercado nocturno y el callejón de comida están cerca en la acera. El aire acondicionado es excelente y, lo más importante, el baño está limpio, la ropa de cama es suave, el ascensor es conveniente y el desayuno incluye 6 tipos de comida, pan, fruta, platos listos para comer (fideos de arroz, tortillas, papas fritas, huevos revueltos), café, té, leche y jugo. El restaurante de desayuno también está limpio. El ama de llaves hace un buen trabajo limpiando y el personal de recepción es muy amable. Muuuy~~~♡»

«Una estancia fantástica en el Hotel y spa Le Jardin. Reservé la suite ejecutiva Sky para mi estancia en Hanói y la habitación es espaciosa. El personal de servicio también es amable y siempre dispuesto a recomendarnos lugares por la zona. También me hice el spa y la manicura en el hotel. Además, celebré un cumpleaños en el restaurante Khue, ubicado en la planta 12 del hotel. El personal de servicio se esmeró en la decoración esa noche y también nos obsequió con un pastel.»

«Loved everything about this place. Had a washing machine most importantly so we were able to wash our clothes and also dry on the rack provided by the host. Great service and responsive host. Absolutely loved the location. The place has a mall nearby with a lot of the big brands and so many little cafe's nearby and even a pizza4p's right across the street, which many people don't know about so it's always less busy compared to other restaurants. Its a little drive away from old quarters but we felt it was a bit more peaceful away from the busy and touristy area and in a spacious apartment. I just wish the air in Ha Noi was great but that has nothing to do with the apartment.»

«Clean and comfortable stay. Newly opened hotel. The exterior rooms are perhaps better regarded than the interior rooms. Fairly large premises for a boutique hotel. Reception area is very spacious and they have 4 reception desks for the 60 rooms which is very good for efficient check in or out services … Some areas of the hotel still finishing up such as the pool bar and the spa … etc basement restaurant is very cozy with nice ambiance owing to its lower clearance height . Seems to have been a carpark previously but newly fitted with large air conditioning units that blow cool air straight out for excellent cooling effects. Breakfast spread was very tasty and generous, I loved the music. The music included Christmas hits such as last Christmas by George Michael. Also personally i feel that much of this wonderful experience might be scaled back after the initial opening phase or when the first financial review comes about. So hurry down and enjoy this newly opened hotel while you can.»

«The hotel is in a great location, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, which made everything easy. The breakfast was great. It was served as a buffet with a wide variety of food every day. The only small suggestion, The floor in the dining area could be cleaned a little more often. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of West Lake, although the pool itself could be a little cleaner. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.»

«⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Отличный хостел в самом центре Ханоя! Очень удобное расположение — рядом Старый квартал, озеро Хоан Кием и Beer Street. До многих интересных мест можно легко дойти пешком. Кровать удобная, персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Из минусов — в душе и туалете был небольшой неприятный запах. Но в целом это не испортило впечатление от проживания. В целом я остался доволен и могу рекомендовать Hanoi Silver Hostel для бюджетного путешествия по Ханою! 🇻🇳»

«/!\ Avoid this hotel. We would never recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. Stayed 18-20 April 2025: 3 days, 2 nights. 1/ Overbooking situation - cancellation the day before landing My friend and I booked two separate rooms to stay at this hotel, the day before the check in, my friend's booking got cancelled by the hotel without information. We had contacted the hotel several times in vain, then it was confirmed that they have overbooked the hotel which caused to trouble to start with our holiday. Hotel Director of sales M. Victor N. did replied by email on the checking day 18/4 few hours before that ”we don't know the fact. You can make your reservation on our website now.” The remaining option on 18/4 morning was a ”suite” 14 times higher rate than our initial booking... Therefore once arrived at Hanoi, we wanted to get a refund of my remaining booking but the hotel reception lady Mrs Ruby was not helpful at first and rude towards us. Her non hospitality professionalism and communication led us feel very unwelcomed (no smile, no thank you, speaking vietnamese with her colleague in front of us). May need to review if she really should stay at the reception as this is client facing interaction and should be solution driven. She strictly insisted that she doesn't know why we only got one room left and my booking was non refundable even tough they did cancelled my friend's one few hours ago. After negotiation, she kept saying as it is non refundable, either we stay, either we book another room. At that moment, there was an another room not the Suite one that just got available ”King room” and if we could pay the price difference which is higher than our initial paid booking and need to stay together in the same room. As we just started the holidays and to not loose the money that we could not get refunded, we paid the difference to change to that room. We paid in cash to get that room. We thought that was going to be just one off issue/misunderstanding and could start our holidays. Note: If you pay in credit card they will charge 3% additional. The exchange rate is more convenient to change at jewelry gold shop in Hàng Bac street (5 mins walk), the rate at the hotel is too high, don't change there. 2/ Cleanliness As we got this better king's room with window, we were expecting that to be at least clean and suitable for 2 pax. The bed sheets and cushions were yellowish, the floor was not vacuum (dead bees staying there whole stay), the slippers are dirty, the wall is stained and some unfinished renovation. The worst is the shower/bathtub, once you shower, it will flood to the room, we had to put towels to absorb the water in the room. You have to ask for towels if they clean your room as they will forget. 3/ Breakfast Be aware that it is from 6:30am to 9:30am, the breakfast is correct as a mini buffet Overall this hotel is average, the positive points are the location and the other gentleman receptionist allowing us to have a ”late check out” at noon instead of 11am, as if after noon they will charge one night more. The hotel should stop with overbooking rooms that will cause unnecessary stress situation for everyone and need to be renovated. To be honest, you can have much more great options nearby, CLEAN and with great hospitality service. As part of holidays and for a decent price, just book another hotel to avoid negative start for your holidays. Enjoy your stay in Hanoi and in Vietnam! PS: on some platform it is indicated there is a gym but there is none. And the hotel team is aware of these comments as we filled the same to their paper review form.»

«The hotel is absolutely excellent! They were very helpful and accommodating when I needed to modify my booking. The staff were amazing—very friendly, professional, and fast.
