¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este hotel! El personal fue excepcionalmente amable y se desvivió por asegurarse de que tuviera todo lo que necesitaba. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y bellamente decorada, con una vista impresionante de la ciudad. Las comodidades eran de primera, especialmente el spa y el restaurante, que ofrecía comida deliciosa. Me sentí realmente mimado y relajado durante toda mi estancia. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque una experiencia lujosa y cómoda!

Apartamentos muy bonitos. Ofrecían agua y aperitivos de bienvenida. El propietario siempre estuvo disponible y respondió rápidamente a nuestras preguntas. Contaban con todos los servicios necesarios, incluyendo lavadora y secadora en la planta baja. El transporte era fácil. Las ventanas y el balcón no están en una ubicación ideal, pero es normal aquí. Hay ruido afuera por la mañana, pero es así en casi todas partes. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Algunas desventajas: - El piso no estaba muy limpio. - Alquilamos dos habitaciones y, el día de la salida a las 11:00 (aunque la salida es hasta las 12:00), ya se habían registrado nuevos huéspedes en una de ellas, y como las cerraduras son de combinación, fue incómodo que ni siquiera llamaran. Quizás valdría la pena cambiar la contraseña para cada huésped.

Excelente atención al cliente por parte del personal. La ubicación era inmejorable, cerca de todo. A solo dos minutos a pie del lago. Reservé una habitación de lujo, pero los dos primeros días me dieron una habitación más pequeña y luego me dijeron que me la mejorarían. No estoy seguro de si fue una mejora o una reducción de categoría. Las fotos en la página web mostraban una ducha independiente, pero los dos primeros días tuve una bañera con ducha. La ducha tenía un poco de moho, pero eso ya es buscarle tres pies al gato. Aparte del problema con la ducha, todo lo demás estuvo bien. El personal es muy amable. Muy atentos y se preocupan por los huéspedes. Te conocen por tu nombre y número de habitación, lo que demuestra su amabilidad. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera. Por último, el hotel me ofreció reservar un taxi al aeropuerto. Inicialmente me cotizaron 400.000, pero les dije que Grab era más barato y me cotizaron 230.000 con descuento. Me decepcionó que me dieran el precio más alto de entrada en lugar de aplicarme el descuento automáticamente. Sin duda, me habría dado una mejor impresión. No sé si fue por la barrera del idioma y si sí me ofrecieron el descuento, ya que soy del sur de Vietnam y el dialecto es diferente en el norte. Ojalá me equivoque.

La ubicación es excelente. Está a unos 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Hanói. Hay muchos cafés y restaurantes cerca. El hotel ofrece un excelente desayuno y un café local increíble. El personal es atento, amable y educado. ¡May fue genial! El hotel también tiene una preciosa piscina cubierta con una vista espectacular de la ciudad, así como un agradable bar en la azotea. Nos dieron una bolsa de regalo al hacer el check out.

Stayed here for 5 nights recently. Overall, nothing major went wrong during our stay and the apartment itself was actually quite nice — spacious, comfortable for 2 people, and relatively new-looking. If I had gone in with neutral expectations, I would probably have rated this place 4/5 stars. However, because the property currently holds an exceptionally high 4.9-star rating on Google, I came in expecting a much more polished and consistent experience. Unfortunately, the stay did not quite live up to those expectations, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead. A few issues we encountered during our stay: 1. The soap dispensers (shampoo, body soap, and hand soap) all had faulty or rusty pump caps that barely worked. After we informed management, they provided additional bottles of soap at the counter, but the issue with the actual dispensers was never resolved. We were simply advised to remove the caps and pour the soap out manually instead. 2. The kettle in our room looked dusty and poorly maintained, so we brought it down to reception and requested a replacement. Management later explained that the marks were “calcium build-up from the water on the metal” and reassured us that it was “completely normal” and “not a hygiene issue.” While we understand mineral build-up can happen naturally, the kettle still did not appear clean from a guest’s perspective. When it was returned to our room, it seemed to have only been lightly rinsed and still did not feel properly cleaned, so we ended up buying our own sponge from the supermarket to clean it ourselves before use. 3. The TV in our room was initially not functioning, although to management’s credit, they did manage to repair/replace it for us. 4. Housekeeping missed our room entirely on one of the days. We returned around 7:30pm to find that no fresh towels had been provided. We messaged management that evening but did not receive a response until the next morning, so we had to improvise with makeshift towels for the night. 5. Housekeeping was also inconsistent overall. On 2 out of the 5 nights, our trash bins were not cleared. Thankfully we kept the room relatively tidy ourselves, so it did not become a major issue. 6. On our final night, the room lights suddenly stopped working due to a power trip. Thankfully the air-conditioning and toilet lights were still functioning. Management did respond and offered to move us to another room, but since we were checking out early the next morning, we decided not to relocate. To be fair, this accommodation is relatively affordable (about SGD250 total for 5 nights), so we were not expecting luxury-level service. At the same time, I also do not think expectations such as clean amenities, functional equipment, and consistent housekeeping are unreasonable. The apartment itself has good potential and is quite pleasant physically, but the repeated operational and housekeeping inconsistencies disrupted what could otherwise have been a much better stay.

Fui con mi pareja de viaje y pasamos 4 noches en este hotel ubicado en las afueras de Hanoi. Nos gustó mucho el desayuno que servían tipo buffet y muy completo. Los chicos del restaurante también fueron muy atentos y educados. El gimnasio fue un plus porque pudimos completar nuestra rutina de entrenamiento. Los cuartos era muy espaciosos, cómodos y apreciamos realmente la calefacción. No nos gustó mucho tener que desayunar con el humo de tabaco que entraba desde el área de fumadores y que el hotel estuviera ubicado en una zona tan fea. La sauna también fue decepcionante ya que no calentaba nada y estuvimos esperando demasiado a ver si hacía su función. Pero tuvimos que volver a la habitación. No pudimos usar la piscina porque había mucho frío.

No sé por qué el suelo es guapo cuando entra, pero afortunadamente salió de la puerta y se secó. Aunque la habitación era pequeña, debería haberlo hecho todo. La zona de la casa de la mañana era guapa para la comida. La puerta era amable con el gerente. La noche era tranquila y supervalorizada por este precio.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

Me gustaba la ubicación de este lugar en cómo está cerca de mucho comida, fruta y verduras. Me gustaba también cómo está cerca de muchas mini tiendas donde puedo ir a recoger las cosas que necesito. El propietario es muy agradable y me presta las cosas que necesito. El hotel de la señora era muy amable de estar a su alrededor. Me gusta cómo había un convección portátile para cocinar cosas con. Adoro la forma en que se han producido plata, colchones y platos con los que puedo comer mi comida. Me gustaba cómo estaba cerca de esa gran tienda Winmart. La habitación era muy limpia y me gustaba cómo tenía este pequeño espacio donde puedo colgar mis ropas hasta secar, lo cual era perfecto porque estaba directamente bajo la unidad de aire acondicionado de la habitación arriba donde se desconecta el calor que se seca más rápido. El hotel siempre tiene un conjunto limpio de toallas disponibles cuando necesito. Lo único que no me gustaba era que ahora y después, hay espigas, donde tuve que matar a dos de ellas. También tuve que lidiar con un gran espiga el último día. Soy alguien que tiene miedo de espigas. Podría volver a este hotel en agosto, septiembre o a principios del año próximo cuando vuelva a Hanoi en Vietnam y la situación me adecua.

Elegí este lugar porque estaba cerca del aeropuerto. Lo primero que pensé fue que, al estar cerca, sería muy fácil llegar después de aterrizar, pero en realidad los taxistas no quieren ir allí porque les conviene más ganar más dinero con el viaje al centro de la ciudad que llevarte cinco minutos hasta este hotel. Luego, al llegar, el personal que te recibe no tiene ni una pizca de sonrisa en la cara y te trata como si los hubieras molestado solo por perturbar su tranquilidad; el turno de la mañana, por cierto, fue exactamente igual. La habitación en sí estaba bien, tal como la imaginaba por las fotos, pero al mirarla más de cerca se puede ver que hay muchas cosas rotas y dañadas.
