This hotel is located at a very convenient location. But overall experience is just average because of the following main reasons: 1) check-in: the check-in area is crowded, no queue-up line for check-in/out customers and the whole area just looks chaos. When i tried to seek help, one of the staff directed me to a vacant line and when we came in front of the check-in counter, the staff was writing some sort of notes at a post card or something and didn’t greet us or even gave proper response to us. She looked at us for 1 second and carried on her writing task. We have no clue but just stood up there in front of the check-in counter and wait for the staff to acknowledge us. It was until I slightly raised my voice at her telling her I was waiting for her to finish the writing and help us to check-in, she notified I was a little bit angry and dropped her pen and took care of us!!! Shame that this famous hotel has this kind of training for staff!!! 2) Swimming pool: the swimming pool (at Bond Tower 2) is good and the staff were all very helpful. But what I suggest for the management is to include some sort of bar/snack facilities (like a small bar or something) at the pool side. It would be a nice and marvellous and chilled experience to have some cocktails or cold drinks sitting at such beautiful pool benches and sitting areas. 3) Hotel Bar: I was told that the Bard Bar was chosen to be one of the top 50 Asian bar and I have had the experience to go for a glass of cocktails with my wife after dinner. We are astonished by the “atmosphere” and “vibe” there…….. To be honest, the bar was beautifully decorated and the staff were all good and helpful. I don’t know if there was any propaganda or marketing or promotion issues, we arrived at the bar at around 9:30pm and left at around 11:30pm, we were the only customers there for the night!!! I think the management should do something on the promotion/propaganda as the place is such a nice place for hotel guests. Nice place, nice staff!!! 4) Check-out: we all understand that the normal check-out time was 12pm, however, I think it will be a definitely “turn-off” when you received a call from staff politely asking if I need an extension of stay (actually a relatively “polite” phrase for “sir, times up, you have to leave now…”) at 12:15pm!!! We had lots of experience over premium / luxury hotels and we both consider that 30 mins grace period is a “norm” and relatively appropriate period for customers to understand they are running over-time…… Frankly speaking, no offence as they did nothing wrong but we both suggest 30 mins a relatively better time period. Having expressed the above negative comments, we both want to shout out some good points of Londoner hotel. We were offered an upgrade promotion to Charles Suite at a rate of MOP500. And I must tell everybody that the cleanliness and tidiness of the room is superb, one of the best we’ve experienced. Thank you

Encontré un problema en Ctrip la noche anterior a mi reserva. El hotel me llamó de manera oportuna y resolvió el problema de manera activa y eficiente. Un agradecimiento especial a Catherine del departamento de atención al cliente. Ella es realmente profesional y amable, y a los demás. El personal del departamento de atención al cliente fue muy tranquilizador e hizo todo lo posible para ayudar a resolver el problema cada vez que los contacté. Debido a que estaba muy ansioso por viajar de ida y vuelta al Galaxy para reuniones, también me ayudaron a conseguir un automóvil varias veces. haciendo que la experiencia sea muy cómoda y cálida. El hardware del hotel también es muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. Pero lo que hace que las personas se sientan más pegajosas y quieran qued**** nuevamente son definitivamente estos servicios considerados y los momentos en que ayudan a los huéspedes a resolver sus problemas. PD: El personal de servicio que conocí en Huating también fue muy, muy amable, muy cálido y recordó muchas de sus preferencias. Definitivamente iré a The Londoner la próxima vez que venga a Macao.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Al registrarme, reservé una suite para no fumadores, pero estaba agotada. Al principio, intentó ofrecerme un tratamiento para no fumadores, pero era alérgica y sensible. Con mucha paciencia, me mostró una suite superior para no fumadores para asegurar que mi estancia fuera agradable. También me recordó los detalles del cierre de la habitación durante el Año Nuevo Chino. Sin duda, volveremos por su excelente servicio. Se lo agradezco mucho.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. The room amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurants. The cuisine was exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and impeccable presentation.
