«I went with my family to experience this new luxury hotel in Macau. The room comfortably accommodated all four adults, two children and a baby. It's actually a suite with two beds and a large living room. One bedroom has a door, but the other bed is just a sleeping area with a curtain. The hotel is really majestic and beautiful, and the pool is impressive with its golden statue. There are also smaller pools and jacuzzis. Breakfast was a little disorganised as the room is small and guests have to wait for a seat to become available. The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing.»

«This hotel is so underrated!! This is a 100/10!!! We really loved this hotel, it is too bad we just stayed here for 2 nights as I really loved the place here. It is just 3mins walk away from Ruins of St. Pauls, and there are a lot of stores there — like stores where you can buy pasalubongs such as the famous peanut cookies, egg tarts and such… There are also luxury stores, uni qlo, pop mart, cosmetics stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and many more… Basically everything you need is just reachable… We were actually from HongKong prior to staying at Macau for 2 nights and we rode a bus going here to I Fu Hotel and it was so convenient since the hotel is just like 30 steps away from that bus stop! The rooms were veryyyy niceeee too, the room space were really maximize and designed very well! It is very clean too! The receptionist is very accommodating, helpful, knows how to communicate with us! There is free wi-fi, mini bar and complimentary water — where you can ask for one everyday! Our only problem here was that we were shocked of the deposit fee that was asked to us, it was 2000MOP around 16,000 pesos (500MOP per room), and it we were not prepared since we only withdrew 2000MOP for our transpo and such since we’ll use card… But it’s understandable since they really make sure that you don’t violate the rules like no smoking… Also as a family of 10, all our 4 rooms were just nearby which made it more efficient. Overall I would really comeback here!!»

«Esta vez he traído a mi bebé a Macao para ver el musical de La Bella y la Bestia de Disney y nos hemos alojado en el Grand Lisboa Palace, ¡la tercera vez que me quedo aquí! La habitación es muy espaciosa, y el sofá se puede abrir para convertirse en un sofá cama, ideal para viajes en familia. También proporcionan barandillas para la cama y artículos de tocador para niños. La piscina del hotel también es grande y el agua está muy limpia. El personal fue muy amable e incluso nos ascendieron a una habitación con vistas al jardín, donde pudimos disfrutar de hermosas vistas. El desayuno buffet también estaba delicioso, con una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. En la segunda planta, se puede pasear por las tiendas de juguetes y comer. El transporte también es conveniente. Esta vez, coincidió con el gran parque de trampolines Jumptopia, donde pudimos jugar durante una hora. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel para viajes familiares! ¡La próxima vez que venga a Macao, elegiré de nuevo el Grand Lisboa Palace!»

«Para ser sincero, no tenía muchas esperanzas antes de llegar. Solo pensaba pasar una noche, ya que las habitaciones familiares son difíciles de encontrar y suelen ser más caras. Pero el hotel superó mis expectativas. Aunque es un poco antiguo, está limpio, ordenado y no es agobiante. Carece de un estilo moderno, pero está perfectamente bien para una estancia. La ubicación es práctica y fácil de encontrar. Compararlo con otros alojamientos en Macao depende de tu perspectiva; personalmente, creo que vale la pena el precio.»

«This is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel has nice Portuguese style architecture and a really relaxing atmosphere in the entrance hall. There is a nice view. I previously enjoyed my stay enough, in particular due to the exquisite bathtub, to return a second time. Little did I know that only one room has that beautiful bath tub and I was just extremely lucky on my first stay. My room this time was fine, but it just wasn’t as nice as my first stay. There was mold in the bathtub in a few places showing that the cleanliness is just standard, but not up to par for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Macau is hot so it’seasy to have mold. Thorough cleaning is really important. In addition, because it is an older building, there are some little spiders and other little bugs in the rooms sometimes. Not any scary bugs, but still just a point. The hotel location is in a quiet area and near a bus stop. However, there are no convenience stores in the surrounding area (closest is a 15 minute walk) and the hotel does not provide many options to make up for this. The first time I stayed here I arrived at 9 pm and wasn’t even able to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. It seemed like a joke. In addition to that, there are not many restaurants open later thanthat in the area as well. So, I don’t recommend booking this hotel if you will need to eat later on in the evening. The staff is generally helpful but were never able to solve any problems I had completely. Personally, I think it is worth coming to the location to check out the architecture and design. There is a restaurant so you could come to eat a meal and enjoy those nice perks without staying in the hotel. I think I would come to the restaurant in the future, but I will most likely not return for another stay.»

«I enjoyed staying at the Wynn Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent, the room was clean, and the location was strategic. When I walked out of the hotel and returned to it in the evening, I felt calm, like I was back home. I would definitely stay at the Wynn Hotel again.»

«La habitación era espaciosa, con instalaciones interiores refinadas y bien pensadas, incluyendo un adaptador de corriente. El colchón y las almohadas eran muy cómodos, y la ropa de cama se sentía mucho mejor que el satén de algodón de otros hoteles. La ubicación es excelente, ya sea disfrutando de las vistas al mar desde la habitación o bajando a la playa para sentir la brisa marina, todo es maravilloso. El transporte es conveniente, ya que está justo al lado del MGM y se puede llegar en el autobús lanzadera del MGM después de cruzar la frontera. En esta ocasión, mi viaje fue rápido y no tuve tiempo de disfrutarlo a fondo, pero aun así pude sentir la tranquilidad y serenidad que este lugar ofrece, a diferencia de otros hoteles que carecen de ella debido a sus lugares de entretenimiento (incluso el aroma del vestíbulo es mucho más sutil y elegante que el de otros hoteles y casinos). La próxima vez que venga a Macao, definitivamente volveré a alojarme aquí. Quisiera agradecer especialmente al apuesto caballero de recepción (lo siento mucho, olvidé su nombre) que nos atendió la mañana del 28 de enero. Su servicio fue muy atento y detallado. Al ver que viajábamos con un niño, nos ofreció un ascenso a una habitación con vistas al mar y nos obsequió con fruta, zumo y pequeños aperitivos. El niño se sintió muy valorado y feliz, e incluso escribió una nota de agradecimiento.»
