Hoteles en Macao con balcón

Es la segunda vez que visito Macao, y en esta ocasión vine con mi familia. Reservé este hotel simplemente porque me pareció que estaba muy cerca del centro cívico y de las Ruinas de San Pablo. Desde la Terminal de Ferry del Puerto Exterior, tomamos el autobús 3 durante 8 paradas y nos bajamos justo en el hotel, ¡muy conveniente! Las instalaciones del hotel son muy artísticas, y tanto la habitación como los servicios son nuevos y limpios. Especialmente nos gustó el vino tinto de cortesía, que estaba delicioso, y también las diferentes bebidas. Las maquinillas de afeitar y los artículos de tocador son de bambú, lo que le da un toque muy elegante. ¡Excelente!

Este hotel ya tenía muy buenas críticas cuando lo reservé, pero mi estancia superó con creces mis expectativas. Las instalaciones, la limpieza y el servicio son de primera, realmente dignos de cinco estrellas, ¡pero a un precio excelente! Espero que sigan mejorando. Volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez. Four Seasons Macao has been a favourite escape for my husband and I for many years. We have not been back in awhile as life got a bit hectic for us. We finally found some time to visit this wonderful property with several colleagues. Total we booked four rooms for a fun and relaxing Friday weekend. We got in touch with the hotel regarding some arrangements as I had to make sure they could make accommodations for breast milk storage. Which they did, during the stay they helped retrieve and store everything in their freezer. So breast feeding mamas can come without worrying. We had a fantastic experience. As usual we enjoyed the food, and especially the sauna/spa and the wonderful pool (one of the best in Macau). The best part of the entire experience however was the service. Especially from Victoria Pang, the Associate Director of Rooms. We've come to know Victoria through all our visits over the years and what a pleasure it has been. Whenever she receives us at reception it's always with a smile and amazing service. She is also extremely thoughtful and friendly she prepared welcome basket of snacks and a welcome gift kit as she heard about our new baby that just arrived. I absolutely recommend anyone or stay here and if you get a chance to run into Victoria during your stay even better! Christina L.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel has nice Portuguese style architecture and a really relaxing atmosphere in the entrance hall. There is a nice view. I previously enjoyed my stay enough, in particular due to the exquisite bathtub, to return a second time. Little did I know that only one room has that beautiful bath tub and I was just extremely lucky on my first stay. My room this time was fine, but it just wasn’t as nice as my first stay. There was mold in the bathtub in a few places showing that the cleanliness is just standard, but not up to par for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Macau is hot so it’seasy to have mold. Thorough cleaning is really important. In addition, because it is an older building, there are some little spiders and other little bugs in the rooms sometimes. Not any scary bugs, but still just a point. The hotel location is in a quiet area and near a bus stop. However, there are no convenience stores in the surrounding area (closest is a 15 minute walk) and the hotel does not provide many options to make up for this. The first time I stayed here I arrived at 9 pm and wasn’t even able to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. It seemed like a joke. In addition to that, there are not many restaurants open later thanthat in the area as well. So, I don’t recommend booking this hotel if you will need to eat later on in the evening. The staff is generally helpful but were never able to solve any problems I had completely. Personally, I think it is worth coming to the location to check out the architecture and design. There is a restaurant so you could come to eat a meal and enjoy those nice perks without staying in the hotel. I think I would come to the restaurant in the future, but I will most likely not return for another stay.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. La ubicación era buena, la habitación y el baño perfectos. Disfruté mucho del baño. Aunque nos asignaron la habitación contigua, probablemente debido al Año Nuevo Chino (debía estar muy concurrida), no nos importó. La vista desde el balcón era buena; tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. También desayunamos en la azotea; el desayuno estaba muy bien presentado y la comida se reponía con frecuencia. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

El recepcionista fue muy amable. Habíamos reservado una habitación doble, pero al vernos a los tres, nos la cambió por una habitación triple. El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable, es muy bonito y está limpio.
