I rented an apartment at Vinhomes Skylake and truly found the experience exceeded my expectations. The apartment is very clean, modern, fully equipped, and meticulously detailed. The space is quiet and airy, providing a comfortable feeling, just like being in your own home. The location is extremely convenient, right in the My Dinh area, making it easy to get to the city center and other important areas. There are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and green parks nearby – ideal for both leisure and business trips. What impressed me the most was the host. The host is very friendly, enthusiastic, and responds extremely quickly. From the time of check-in throughout the entire stay, any questions or requests were handled thoughtfully, professionally, and with a very pleasant attitude. This creates a sense of security and comfort, especially for foreign guests. If you are looking for a high-end, well-located place with a reliable host, I highly recommend this apartment at Vinhomes Skylake. I will definitely return.

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

Me alojé aquí por recomendación de unos amigos chinos. La ubicación es muy conveniente para comer y moverse, lo que hace la vida muy fácil. El anfitrión es alegre y amable. Como últimamente me dolía la espalda y no podía tender la ropa, su personal me ayudó amablemente a tender mi ropa personal, lo que me hizo sentir muy cálido y cuidado. La experiencia general fue excelente y, si tengo la oportunidad en el futuro, volveré a elegir este lugar.

We booked a 3 bedroom “luxury” apartment with balcony view and unfortunately it was not anything like the pictures online. It was tolerable, so we stayed, but we were disappointed with how different it was than what we expected. A fresh coat of paint and new bedding, some basics like hand soap & hand towels, would greatly improve the place. The tub had not been cleaned well, and I’m not sure all the sheets had been washed. There was also an electricity turn off notice taped to the door, and another one inside the apartment. Some TLC and attention to detail would go a long way for this 29th floor apartment. (2912). The location is great, with small shops and a larger mall within walking distance, and the price seemed reasonable too. However, the online pictures should absolutely be updated to accurately reflect the apartment.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before flying home. Getting from the city center was very convenient and fast, and it wasn't difficult to find a hotel. We were immediately checked in, and I would especially like to mention the receptionist, a pleasant girl. She found out in detail about our plans, clarified the time of departure and even offered to take us to the airport in the morning. It was free, which made me very happy. The room is very spacious, but we noticed that it was slightly smoky, despite the presence of a no smoking sign. The next day, even her hair seemed to smell of tobacco. The room has everything you need for hygiene. It was quite noisy at night — poor sound insulation, we could hear all the passing cars and flying planes. It prevented you from sleeping soundly, so if a good night's sleep is important to you, it might be worth considering this. In the morning we were taken to the airport. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel is good for a short stop before departure.

Me alojé en una habitación mixta. Yo, una chica que viajaba sola, terminé compartiendo habitación con 5 chicos. Había una maquinilla de afeitar en el baño, el inodoro no funcionaba y había cosas tiradas por toda la habitación. Pero estas son cosas que pasan y aquí depende de la suerte que tengas con los vecinos. Sin embargo, el principal inconveniente es que hay un bar en la planta de arriba del hostal, y los vecinos (incluso de otras habitaciones) bebían hasta altas horas de la madrugada. El hostal tiene una mala insonorización y era imposible dormir en esas condiciones. La noche siguiente me cambié a otro hostal. Ventajas: + Sábanas limpias + Agua corriente en la ducha + Excelente ubicación en el centro + Buen desayuno Desventajas: - Ruidoso, mala insonorización - No dan toallas - Posible presencia de vecinos ebrios debido al bar de la azotea (aunque para algunos, el bar es un atractivo) Si eres joven y planeas divertirte y beber en Hanói, probablemente no le encontrarás ningún inconveniente a este hostal. Si necesitas dormir bien por la noche, entonces esta definitivamente no es tu opción.
