«He tenido una gran estancia aquí y definitivamente recomendaría este resort. En el hotel, el personal era muy amable, útil y profesional. No obstante, como estaba buscando una estancia más tranquila y relajada, pregunté si era posible cambiar mi habitación. La habitación era muy limpia, cómoda y bien equipada con todo lo que necesito durante mi estancia. La vista era hermosa y creó un ambiente tranquilo, lo que lo hizo un lugar excelente para relajarse y relajarse. El desayuno era delicioso y satisfacía mis expectativas, con una buena variedad de comidas. «We had a lovely stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. The resort was very clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.»

«El hotel es un hotel con un diseño muy elegante y un tema de trenes único. Nos hemos pedido que cambiemos las habitaciones una vez, y el personal ha manejado todo muy profesionalmente. El personal de la habitación está muy bien, muy atento y muy ansioso por ayudar en cualquier momento. La comida se preparaba bien, algunos platos se adecuaron a nuestro sabor, algunos no, pero el personal estaba muy cuidadoso y atento, incluso cuando se dio cuenta de que no comíamos mucho, preocupado por que la comida no sea lo que nos gusta. En general, este es un lugar ideal para un paseo relajado.»

«A wonderful place and trip. The breakfast is one of the best in Thailand travels. A nice assortment of foods from all regions of Thailand and a couple cheese and Italian meats. Van driver drives too fast while we are enjoying our slow vacation. You can rent a golf cart for 500 baht an hour but need to pick it up at the main suites lobby. Bikes are 200 baht as well. The pools close at 7pm too early. You can visit leaning tower of Piza for free or make a reservation for any cafe or restaurants inside Toscana Valley, no need to stay here. Rooms are spacious and worth it.»

«The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.»

«Beautiful and serene environment. Rooms are big and the sunbed at the balcony area is perfect for lounging. Free minibar snacks and drinks are a welcome touch! Breakfast was at Atta (a neighboring connected resort). As it was the weekend, the breakfast place was crowded. Kudos to the staff who attended to the guests’ breakfast needs and managed the crowds. Overall, we had a relaxing stay at Kirimaya! Thank you to all the staff at Kirimaya!»

«Esta vez, no pudimos alojarnos allí debido a problemas de viaje. Las carreteras estaban cortadas, lo que imposibilitó tomar un atajo; tuvimos que desviarnos cientos de kilómetros, lo que provocó que perdiéramos el check-in. Enviamos una solicitud de cancelación y llamamos al alojamiento para consultar las opciones, ya que teníamos poco tiempo para viajar. El alojamiento solo permitía el contacto a través de la aplicación. Enviamos una solicitud de cancelación, pero no recibimos respuesta sobre si era posible o no. Si no era posible, simplemente deberían haber dicho que no se podía hacer nada. Esperamos hasta que expiró el plazo de la solicitud, pero no recibimos respuesta. Era como si el alojamiento no hubiera leído nuestra solicitud. Muchas gracias, no pasa nada si no pueden ayudar, pero deberían haber respondido directamente al cliente indicando que la cancelación no era posible. Eso es todo. Podrían haber rechazado la cancelación cuando llamamos o respondido a través de la aplicación. Los aspectos positivos de la reseña del alojamiento se deben a que ya nos habíamos alojado allí antes y nos impresionó, por eso reservamos. Sin embargo, el servicio solo recibe una estrella porque no ofrecieron ninguna ayuda ni respondieron al cliente con un simple ”no es posible”. Esta vez, la culpa fue nuestra por no poder viajar, por lo que las demás puntuaciones se basan en nuestra estancia anterior, hace varios años.»

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The location and ambiance really help you slow down and recharge. It has a very peaceful and romantic vibe, which made the stay even more special. I stayed here with my boyfriend, and it honestly felt like the perfect romantic escape. Everything was just right. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing and intimate stay.»
