We’d like to express our deepest appreciation to the team at Hidden Village for making our anniversary truly memorable! We were impressed by the exceptional service and outstanding quality of facilities. The location being near Khao Yai national park was a bonus. The property and its surroundings were well maintained, creating a peaceful environment to help us recharge. The generous breakfast spread and choices of breakfast were commendable and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner room service. We are already looking forward to returning with our family to this special place!

Un hotel con temas blancos, nuevo en 24 años, parece limpio, la ubicación geográfica es también muy conveniente, el camino a jugar a los lugares cercanos es muy cercano. El estilo de decoración del hotel es muy compatible con el tema del viento de vacaciones local de Caowei y se encuentra fácilmente y agradable. El hotel es un hotel con un diseño muy elegante y un tema de trenes único. Nos hemos pedido que cambiemos las habitaciones una vez, y el personal ha manejado todo muy profesionalmente. El personal de la habitación está muy bien, muy atento y muy ansioso por ayudar en cualquier momento. La comida se preparaba bien, algunos platos se adecuaron a nuestro sabor, algunos no, pero el personal estaba muy cuidadoso y atento, incluso cuando se dio cuenta de que no comíamos mucho, preocupado por que la comida no sea lo que nos gusta. En general, este es un lugar ideal para un paseo relajado.

A wonderful place and trip. The breakfast is one of the best in Thailand travels. A nice assortment of foods from all regions of Thailand and a couple cheese and Italian meats. Van driver drives too fast while we are enjoying our slow vacation. You can rent a golf cart for 500 baht an hour but need to pick it up at the main suites lobby. Bikes are 200 baht as well. The pools close at 7pm too early. You can visit leaning tower of Piza for free or make a reservation for any cafe or restaurants inside Toscana Valley, no need to stay here. Rooms are spacious and worth it.

El servicio fue excepcional; el personal prestó muchísima atención a nuestras necesidades. Sin embargo, a diferencia de Toscana, no se nos permitió recorrer la zona residencial en bicicleta para explorar, y solo pudimos salir del complejo. Las zonas de aparcamiento podrían tener más sombra debido al intenso calor de la tarde y la temporada de lluvias. Desafortunadamente, debido a las fuertes lluvias del día, nuestro coche tuvo una fuga de agua por el techo corredizo, ya que el tubo de desagüe estaba obstruido. Sin embargo, el personal nos ayudó rápidamente, reservando un lugar de aparcamiento con sombra para cuando regresamos de explorar Khao Yai. Agradecemos mucho esto, ya que llovió el resto de la noche. En resumen, el personal y el personal de seguridad hicieron todo lo posible para complacernos.

The service was amazing. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast selection was good as well. However, I wish there had been more pork options. Since the hotel already serves several pork dishes, I was a bit confused why they used chicken ham instead of pork ham and did not include bacon. The only major issue during my stay was the air conditioning in room 404, which had a noise problem that kept me awake all night. It was too late to contact the staff, so I ended up putting in my earphones and trying to sleep.

Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

En general, la estancia era buena, excepto para el baño. Después de la ducha, el agua se bañaba y se llevó bastante tiempo para drenar. La puerta también no podía cerrar completamente, causando el flujo de agua. Tenemos que seguir pedindo que el baño se limpie porque había una stench persistente.

ประสบการณ์สำหรับที่พัก (จากประสบการณ์โดยตรงของเรา) คือ เข้าที่พักเช็คอินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เห็นห้อง สะอาด ที่สำคัญกลิ่นหอมในห้องประทับใจมากๆ ลงมาเล่นสระน้ำของ รร พอกลับขึ้นห้อง กลับพบว่าฝักบัวอาบน้ำ น้ำไหลแบบเบามากกกกๆๆๆๆ มากถึงขั้นหงุดหงิดว่าอาบน้ำจะสะอาดยังไงได้ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานอีก !!! จึงโทรติดต่อให้ พนง เข้ามาดูให้ สรุปแก้ไขเบื้องต้นให้เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นทำงานได้ สามีกับลูกอาบน้ำเรียบร้อย หลังจากนั้นเกิดน้ำม่ายอุ่นอีกจึงเรียก พนง มาอีกรอบ เค้าเข้ามาเช็คแล้วแจ้งว่าขอไปเอาเครื่องมือมาซ่อม ทีนี้เหลือเราที่รออาบน้ำ แล้วตัวเราเปียกจึงไปนั่งรอที่ระเบียง พนง หายไปพักใหญ่มากๆ เกือบชั่วโมงได้นะ ช่วงนั้นฝนตกด้วย เรานั่งรอจนไม่ไหวที่ระเบียงมันหนาวด้วย จึงให้สามีโทรตาม พนง อีกรอบ แจ้งกลับมาว่า พนง ออกไปซื้อฝักบัว สักพัก พนง แจ้งว่าขอทำการเปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ เลยย้ายจากชั้น 5 มาชั้น 4 เราก้อยังเจอปัญหาเดิม น้ำไหลเบามากกกกกก+เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นก้อขัดข้อง เหมือนเดิมเลย ประสบการณ์โดยรวม สำหรับที่พักไม่ประทับใจ 1. เรื่องน้ำไหลเบามาก ไม่เคยไป รร ที่ไหนแล้วเจอแบบนี้มาก่อน 2. เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น (เกิดปัญหาตลอด 3 วันที่พัก) 3. อาหารเช้า จริงๆเราตามดูรีวิวใน ตต รีวิวจุดเด่นของที่นี่คือ แซลมอนเราคาดหวังมากๆที่เลือกมาที่นี่ เพราะอยากมาทานแซลมอนบุฟเฟ่จึงจองมาพัก 3วัน2คืน แต่กลับได้ เช้าวันแรก แค่ Alacarte เช้าวันที่ 2 คาดหวังบุปเฟ่แซลมอนซาชิมิ กลับได้อะรัยที่ปกติทั่วไป ไม่มีแซลมอนเลย 4. เรื่องสระน้ำ ดูตามรีวิวมาว่าสระน้ำอุ่น แต่ความเป็นจริงที่เราได้ไปใช้ ค่อนข้างเย็น ไม่ค่อยอุ่นตามที่ดูรีวิวมา อยากแจ้งให้ปรับปรุง หลักๆคือเรื่องของน้ำ อยากให้น้ำไหลได้แรงกว่านี้ ตรวจสอบห้องพักเรียบร้อยพร้อมใช้งานหรือไม่ ก่อนให้ลูกค้าเข้าพัก **โดยรวมสำหรับพนักงาน ให้การต้อนรับที่ดี พูดเพราะ ดูแลดีมากๆๆๆ มีมารยาท ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ใส่ใจลูกค้าดีค่ะ

The location is close to highway, and nice to drive in. Air conditioner is also equipped to each room. My kids were afraid to sleep in tents before arriving this place, but my kids loved to stay this place’s tent. I really recommend to stay in this place.
