Located a bit far from the city but definitely worth the trip, perfectly splendid and candid location - double worth it for photo lovers. Plenty of things to do around. Hotel room is top notch quality in an Italian vibe. Additionally I have never had a smoother experience with the staff than here, most professional people.

The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

El servicio fue excepcional; el personal prestó muchísima atención a nuestras necesidades. Sin embargo, a diferencia de Toscana, no se nos permitió recorrer la zona residencial en bicicleta para explorar, y solo pudimos salir del complejo. Las zonas de aparcamiento podrían tener más sombra debido al intenso calor de la tarde y la temporada de lluvias. Desafortunadamente, debido a las fuertes lluvias del día, nuestro coche tuvo una fuga de agua por el techo corredizo, ya que el tubo de desagüe estaba obstruido. Sin embargo, el personal nos ayudó rápidamente, reservando un lugar de aparcamiento con sombra para cuando regresamos de explorar Khao Yai. Agradecemos mucho esto, ya que llovió el resto de la noche. En resumen, el personal y el personal de seguridad hicieron todo lo posible para complacernos.

Very cute hotel with British style garden, run by a couple. They are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very clean. If you’re looking for a place to stay in town and not further out too much, I’d recommend this place.

Esta vez, no pudimos alojarnos allí debido a problemas de viaje. Las carreteras estaban cortadas, lo que imposibilitó tomar un atajo; tuvimos que desviarnos cientos de kilómetros, lo que provocó que perdiéramos el check-in. Enviamos una solicitud de cancelación y llamamos al alojamiento para consultar las opciones, ya que teníamos poco tiempo para viajar. El alojamiento solo permitía el contacto a través de la aplicación. Enviamos una solicitud de cancelación, pero no recibimos respuesta sobre si era posible o no. Si no era posible, simplemente deberían haber dicho que no se podía hacer nada. Esperamos hasta que expiró el plazo de la solicitud, pero no recibimos respuesta. Era como si el alojamiento no hubiera leído nuestra solicitud. Muchas gracias, no pasa nada si no pueden ayudar, pero deberían haber respondido directamente al cliente indicando que la cancelación no era posible. Eso es todo. Podrían haber rechazado la cancelación cuando llamamos o respondido a través de la aplicación. Los aspectos positivos de la reseña del alojamiento se deben a que ya nos habíamos alojado allí antes y nos impresionó, por eso reservamos. Sin embargo, el servicio solo recibe una estrella porque no ofrecieron ninguna ayuda ni respondieron al cliente con un simple ”no es posible”. Esta vez, la culpa fue nuestra por no poder viajar, por lo que las demás puntuaciones se basan en nuestra estancia anterior, hace varios años.

Well I have some observations on this staycation that I will explain here in two ways. Pros: 1. Excellent natural view compared to the other resorts . 2. Lots of things to do, sunbathing, swimming, playing etc 3. Superb for children to aged people 4. Up to date television including all features like Apple TV, Netflix etc 5. Varieties of breakfast options Corns: 1. Slow service 2. Lack of amenities compared to prices

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

You have to call the reception on the phone for check in and someone will pick you up to your room. The water body outside is not clear and is greenish… Room is very very hot in the afternoon but there’s air con and fan. Breakfast is provided but can’t really communicate well

The location is close to highway, and nice to drive in. Air conditioner is also equipped to each room. My kids were afraid to sleep in tents before arriving this place, but my kids loved to stay this place’s tent. I really recommend to stay in this place.

La piscina es maravillosa y las tierras son super bien mantenidas perfecto para un paseo por la mañana. Nuestra habitación era insensata y cómoda, y teníamos todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda, es el tipo de lugar que no quieres ir. Si buscas un acantilado relajado con gente increíble y un hermoso ambiente, es esto.
