The employees are both so helpful and services here are top notch! We really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. Location is very convenient to the ancient town where food streets, restaurants are just minutes away.
Breakfast at our stay is very delicious, afternoon tea was served with yummy varieties of snacks and we were accompanied by owner's dog (五一) so adorable, and there is also a laundry facility to use.
Highly recommend to anyone who wish to travel to Lijiang to stay here.

«I booked this hotel simply because I love their vintage vibe. Their location is inside the old town, just walk about 300 meters from the front gate, don't worry about the baggages, they offer to pick it up, just tell the owner ahead when you'll be arrive.
The bedroom size not too spacious since we have 3 big baggages so it is quite cramped. Their amenities are standard, the toilet has heated seat but the bidet is not working. I wish they also have heated blanket tho.
What I want to highlight is the lady boss really really kind and helpful. Once we arrive, she recommend places to go in LiJiang and restaurants, even help us booked tour for JDSM also where to go for taking Hanfu pictures without getting ripped off.
When we got sick, she really took care of us, and you don't need to worry if you need anything, just come down stair and ask her.
It was a bit pitty we didn't spent much time in LiJiang, otherwise I'll definitely come back again. Thank You 🫶»

PpostcardsandstampsWe enjoyed our stay here, so when we returned from Shangri-la to Lijiang, we made a repeat booking at this place. The cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff were the main reasons for our return.
Location: This place is situated near the border of the Lijiang Ancient City. It is close to the main road (2 min walk) which makes it easy to meet your driver for airport transfer or any tour you join. It is also extremely convenient to get to the main attractions such as Mu Residence (5 min) and Zhongyi Night Market (6-8 min). You will be away from the hustle and bustle at night, and get some peace and quiet.
Room: We were lucky that we got a room on the ground floor, as we had very heavy luggage. It would be very difficult to pull them up the stairs if we were on the upper floor. Every room has a different name, and shows that the owners put some thought into giving each of their guests a unique experience. The room we got was of moderate size, with a small sofa area for you to enjoy tea and snacks. There was also a kettle and four cups, and a 5-litre water dispenser that dispensed hot and cold water - I appreciated this, which was more environmentally friendly and generous than other accommodation which gave us 2 bottles of water (500ml each) each every day. The room was also equipped with heating, for the room and the floor, and they were controlled by the front desk. There was also a humidifier. The room's interior decoration was warm and cozy.
Outdoor: We also enjoyed sitting outdoors, idling, gazing at the fish, watching the flowers bloom, while enjoying many cups of tea.
Toilet: It was of decent size, with a shower cubicle that dispensed hot water pretty quickly. They provided us with everything so there's nothing you need to bring: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, slippers for shower, towels for body and hair, one-time face towels, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, detergent.
Service: The staff was hospitable, friendly, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed chatting with them over many cups of tea, and rose pastries. They even recommended travel routes and restaurants to us, which were very good, and we even got discounts or freebies by telling the restaurants where we were staying. It was easy to communicate with the staff on WeChat, they responded promptly, and arranged free airport transfer for us as we stayed more than three nights.
Food: Breakfast was served every morning, which included a bowl of Yunnan mixian (noodles), a steamed bun, a hard-boiled egg, corn, and some spicy preserved vegetables. Every booking came with one serving of afternoon tea, which included rose pastries and a variety of fruits. We arrived after midnight and the staff prepared some rose pastries and fruit for us, in case we would be hungry, which was very thoughtful of them!

KKS LowThe accommodation is located right in the heart of the Lijiang ancient city. The location is convenient to shopping and eateries all aound the ancient city. The room is big and spacious for the four of us. One thing though is that there are drinking places with live music right next door and the music can go on till quite late at night. Other than that, it's a good place for foreigners to experience Lijiang.

The family room is extremely huge with 4 beds, a large bathroom and a projector. The staff is also very warm and helpful. He even helped to arrange for courier delivery of my luggage when 1 piece was left out on the stone bench when boarding the car! An overall very enjoyable stay. Definitely will recommend!

This hotel's kindness truly amazed us! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—they even provided free airport and train station transfers, which was a huge relief.
The lovely receptionist always asked what time we'd prefer breakfast, making sure everything suited our schedule. We also loved having access to a tea station downstairs, where we could enjoy a proper tea ceremony anytime. And after a long journey, the welcome fruits were such a thoughtful touch!
The room had everything we could possibly need—even small details like a hair tie were provided. The Dyson hairdryer was a nice bonus!
A special thank you to the receptionist (安大喜 Ann) for organizing our trip to Blue Moon Valley. When we realized we'd miss breakfast, she packed it for us the night before—so we still enjoyed a fantastic meal with a mountain view (photo attached!).
Even when we had issues with tour guides, 安大喜 Ann was available 24/7, offering advice and support. She went out of her way to help us in countless ways—this level of care is rare!
We highly recommend this hotel—their personal approach is truly outstanding and makes all the difference. Unforgettable stay—we'll be back!

PPHARNUTCHARGORNI highly recommend this accommodation, which offers excellent service and very clean rooms. The room views are stunning, and you can clearly see the ancient old town of Lijiang from your balcony. The staff is warm and friendly, making you feel welcome.
The accommodation is in an excellent location. It is also home to one of the most beautiful-view cafés in Lijiang. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and shopping spots, providing great convenience. Despite its central location, the rooms are quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.
They respond to messages very quickly, and you can communicate any requests during your stay in Lijiang. They provide free pick-up and drop-off service at the high-speed railway station. Additionally, they assist with handling all your luggage from check-in to check-out, which is especially helpful since Lijiang’s stone-paved streets make rolling suitcases inconvenient. They also arrange airport transfers and a one-day tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, including a show, at a reasonable price. The vehicles used for transportation are of high quality.
Especially Xiao Su and Xiao Yang, who provided us with professional service and excellent arrangements, making our vacation in Lijiang absolutely perfect. We received service beyond our expectations in every aspect. The internet connection was highly efficient, allowing my husband to work seamlessly while staying here.
On the day we checked out, we had the opportunity to take a photo with Xiao Su. She and her team warmly saw us off to our car, making our departure just as memorable as our stay.

1. They offer pick us from train station for free
About 30 minutes we arriving at higher ground with busy car surrounding, then suddenly there are few people took our luggage and ask us to follow them, later we know i think that’s the laoban and the hotel’s stuff who brought our heavy luggage🙏
2. The hotel itself located in old town, yet still easy to reach by didi/ taxi. We arriving at beautiful wooden house, and they offers us welcoming tea. So quite inside the house, with many stairs. They brought our luggage into our room ( so need to worry to drags your luggage all the way to old town, without knowing exactly where the place is, just sit and relax😎).
3. We love our rooftop room😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
My daughter also love to play robox outside😑. “Playing with the view,” She said.
4. The breakfast is enough for us, rice noodles, sweet potatoes, soya milk, corn👌
5. The stuff are super friendly. Even though we cant speak mandarin, they put us into we chat group so if we need anything we can ask them🙏many thanks for that, we even chat them to arrange private driver for us the at 11 pm, and they still can manage it with reasonable price. We ask them for a lot of thinga😅 we even ask for where to eat, where to buy coffee. We follow all their suggestion. We ate the rice noodle twice😍. We bought the coffee and raw honey in the shop that stuff recommend to us.
We really like Lijiang and this old town, very interesting old town. I saw some reels saying dont visit old town during the day time, visit during the night time. Since i am a morning person, i didnt understand at the beginning, but then just walk 5 minutes downhill from the hotel and you can see many clubs in the old town😜😜😜. At morning time, we can see the Yulong mountain from our roof top if not cover by clouds, veryyyyy quiteeee not many shops open, like the ghost town, but during the night time, the ghost goes to party. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay.

Llittle-cloudWe stayed at Stone Hotel 石头厝 for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! I am so glad we discovered it after searching on Trip.com for quite a while. We were looking for a hotel in Lijiang that is quiet and peaceful, with views of Yulong Snow Mountain, and has the modern comforts of a luxurious boutique hotel.
The hotel is located outside of Lijiang town, approximately 30-40min drive, and right next to Yuhu Village. If we needed to go anywhere, the hotel provides a car drop-off service in a luxurious MPV. It’s also easy to call a car on DiDi.
The room is beautifully designed with elements of copper and wood, blending modern and traditional. The bed and pillows are among the most comfortable I’ve slept in during my travels. Being a city girl, I’m delighted with the Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speaker, and Aesop hand soap! The free mini fridge is stocked with beer, Perrier sparkling water, soft drinks, and if not enough, just pop over to the restaurant where the fridge and fruit bar is open and free all day! The amazing variety of fruits are the sweetest I’ve tasted, all grown locally. Even the nuts are sweet, I think they roast them in some sweet milk. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes but we had hotpot every dinner just because the soup is so delicious and the meats so tender. At dinner, the Naxi brothers will drink a toast and sing for every guest as their way of welcoming the guests and treating them as friends. If you dare to, try their local herbal/fruit alcohol (very strong!) We also love that for breakfast, they serve a selection of local side dishes which we enjoyed trying.
Their concierge/front desk team welcomed us warmly even before arriving (via WeChat), and supported us very well throughout our stay. The whole experience of coordinating airport pickup and booking their various activities and amenities (afternoon tea, evening drink, dinner, car) was seamless and fast. Before going out, the front desk staff always makes sure that we are well equipped for the day with water, umbrella, oxygen, chocolates. All the staff are always happy and friendly, making us feel like we are friends because the service is so personalized. We chatted with many of them and had the chance to learn a little about each of them, their lives and their culture. They know that we love playing with their dogs and the little lamb DuoDuo, and gave us many chances to play with them and even feed little DuoDuo. One can feel that they love their work there.
After leaving, we are still missing little DuoDuo, the amazing staff and warm hospitality, and the comfortable room. I’ve traveled to many places, and this is one of the rare times where I miss the place and the people so much. We highly recommend Stone Hotel 石头厝 to anyone visiting Lijiang! And I hope we have to chance to come back and stay with them again.

Antes de llegar a la ciudad, me encontré con el hotel si mi madre tiene 88 años de edad y necesitaba usar sillas de ruedas. El personal que nos cuidó, xiao Juan , nos ayudó con el plan de viaje, nos escoltaron a la antigua ciudad de Dayan y Shuhe , nos dirigieron a entender la ciudad de Baisha y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. El hotel está situado en el centro de Baisha, donde se encuentra el centro de Baisha, donde se encuentra el centro de Baisha. La vista de la montaña de nieve se puede ver desde el jardín interior y más claramente desde el tercer piso del hotel. El desayuno es adecuado con un conjunto de platos chinos pequeños, junto con una selección de arroz cocido o de nodos.
