«La habitación era bastante buena, muy espaciosa y con un balcón grande. En general, muy cómoda. El hotel está muy cerca de Sun and Moon Bay, a solo 10 minutos a pie, y también hay un servicio de transporte dentro del complejo. Nos alojamos al final de las vacaciones del Festival de Primavera e hicimos el check-in a las 5:30 p.m., pero en ese momento no sé si no había suficientes habitaciones o si no las habían limpiado a tiempo. Realmente faltaban muchos detalles: el mando a distancia estaba sucio, había pelos de huéspedes anteriores en el suelo y en la mesa, y la fruta de bienvenida no la habían puesto con antelación. Sin embargo, lo entiendo, probablemente había mucha gente por las vacaciones, así que es normal que haya pequeños problemas. El conserje con gafas fue muy amable y nos ayudó con entusiasmo a llevar el equipaje a la puerta de la habitación. Cuando le comunicamos el problema de limpieza a la recepción, lo solucionaron muy rápidamente. Si vuelvo a elegir un hotel, ¡me alojaría aquí de nuevo! Es ideal para aprender a surfear, ¡la piscina de olas es genial y muy profesional!»

«這次住民宿體驗如下： 1、民宿預訂以後，民宿這邊就電話聯繫溝通入住事宜，並表達給我升級到海景房，這個細節是讓我有所感觸，也是我沒有想到的。[微笑] 2、根據雙方的溝通結果我到達入住小區大門之後，民宿管家已經在等待中，然後用觀光車把我們送到單元門樓下，並幫我們把行李拿到房間裏面，住的是高層海景房，視野實在太棒了。 3、從陽台望出去，海面和遠處的小島盡收眼底，陰雨天也很有氛圍感。 4、房間整體乾淨整潔，客廳和卧室的採光都很好，還配了温馨的原木傢俱（因為我比較喜歡這種顏色，溝通的時候我也提出這點）。 5、廚房設施齊全，自己買點海鮮回來簡單做一頓很方便。 6、樓下小區綠化很好，出門就是滿眼的熱帶綠植，負氧離子滿滿，特別適合放鬆度假。 這一次很舒服的住宿體驗，性價比也超值，希望有機會再次入住。»

«Siendo sincero, no está a la altura de su categoría. La ubicación es excelente. El paisaje y los restaurantes de los alrededores son excelentes, con una calle llena de bares. Sin embargo, francamente, no es apto para personas mayores ni familias con niños, ya que la insonorización es deficiente. Los bares son ruidosos hasta las 2 de la madrugada. El desayuno del hotel es bastante mediocre. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. El servicio del hotel es aceptable.»

«I had the best time at the Goodtiming. The location is directly in the village with so many options for food, drinks and shops. I just stayed for two nights but I enjoyed it so much! Moreover the room was outstanding! The view is extremely beautiful and it was enormous. Also the service was perfect! They were so kind and always tried to help with everything! They also have an outdoor gym area as well as washing machines and dryer. Also the pool looks soo great! I would totally recommend to stay here if you are searching for an hotel. You can also easily rent a scooter next door and even if you can’t speak Chinese they’ll make it work for you. They also offer a shuttle service! All in all I will definitely come back here! I had an amazing time! Thank you so much for this amazing time and the outstanding service!»

«The hotel room is clean, views are superb, the facilities are sufficient for the guests. We had a comfortable stay, assisted by a hotel staff - Luna. She is very helpful and always check on us if we have any needs. Thanks to Luna who are so accommodate to our request, she also upgraded our room. Will come back and stay again !!»

«設施、衞生都非常好，位置方便好找，尤其是自助早餐，品種豐富、質量上乘、乾淨衞生，僅雞蛋一項就有煎蛋、茶葉蛋、水煮蛋三種，水果品質也非常好（黃蘋果非常好吃），看得出在食材採買和品控上是很用心的，就衝著它家的自助早餐已值得來住，更何況還有舒適乾淨乾爽雪白的床品暖榻。推薦來萬寧就住這家全季，雖然比旁邊一百多的酒店貴，但物有所值。可惜衹拍了一張照片。»

«春假帶孩子出來玩，前幾天住的星級酒店，出門就是海，最後一天就住的這家店，本來沒有太多期待，結果一到店太意外了！首先店家看我們帶着小朋友就免費升級了房間，房間面積大，又是智能控制，大投影，還有會員，孩子們開心的不要不要的～，甚至覺得比之前住的還要好。大廳裏面的貼心設計太多了，有小零食、咖啡、茶水等都是免費的，另外還有波西米亞風的帽子、包包供大家選擇打卡，也是免費的哦，太貼心了。前台小姐姐温柔又漂亮😍還很貼心哦（我是女性）。另外，我發現這裏的交通也很方便，到景點走路、小電驢、公交車都可以，當然也很好打車的。總之，這是一家值得大家放心來的店，尤其是帶娃，真的很nice哦👍👍👍👍👍👍»

El jardín de arte está rodeado de plantas verdes, piscina, hierba, cafetería y restaurantes. La sopa privada de la casa de huéspedes tiene una piscina de lavandería y la higiene es muy cuidadosa. Continuamos la limpieza como la que acabamos de hacer, y la lavandería se usa en la misma máquina de lavar Casa Time que mi familia. La sopa de lavar la noche se veía llena de la sopa de las estrellas. El servicio de la administradora es prudente, hay personas 24 horas, estaciones de alta velocidad gratuitas, la venta de la empresa de venta de la habitación, y la estrategia de viajes y juegos se compartirán de forma activa. El paseo puede realizarse en la playa de Shimai Bay y en la librería de nueve kilómetros, el surf, la selva tropical y el submarino cercanos. El entorno está tranquilo, adecuado para las personas que quieren descansar en el aire libre, experimentar el punto de entusiasmo, vale la pena recomendarlo!»

«My ocean view room was good sized and very clean. The frosted glass between the shower and the bedroom was a little weird, because you could make out someone else's body shape behind it. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, although the quality of cooked food was just okay. Clientele is almost entirely Chinese, and this is reflected in the 2 main restaurants being Chinese cuisine, and hotel notices being in Chinese without English. We tried both restaurants - Features is way more accomplished than Five Senses, and their service was also better. The two identical gyms are spacious and the equipment felt new. Staff tries to please, although the training and quality is not at international 5-star level. I wish the butler and front desk were more knowledgeable about activities and restaurants in the vicinity. Shimei beach in the Hainan winter is perfect for lounging around in, and for surfing. Signs everywhere warning about undercurrents, and consequently no one swims in the sea.»
