«La habitación era bastante buena, muy espaciosa y con un balcón grande. En general, muy cómoda. El hotel está muy cerca de Sun and Moon Bay, a solo 10 minutos a pie, y también hay un servicio de transporte dentro del complejo. Nos alojamos al final de las vacaciones del Festival de Primavera e hicimos el check-in a las 5:30 p.m., pero en ese momento no sé si no había suficientes habitaciones o si no las habían limpiado a tiempo. Realmente faltaban muchos detalles: el mando a distancia estaba sucio, había pelos de huéspedes anteriores en el suelo y en la mesa, y la fruta de bienvenida no la habían puesto con antelación. Sin embargo, lo entiendo, probablemente había mucha gente por las vacaciones, así que es normal que haya pequeños problemas. «My ocean view room was good sized and very clean. The frosted glass between the shower and the bedroom was a little weird, because you could make out someone else's body shape behind it. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, although the quality of cooked food was just okay. Clientele is almost entirely Chinese, and this is reflected in the 2 main restaurants being Chinese cuisine, and hotel notices being in Chinese without English. We tried both restaurants - Features is way more accomplished than Five Senses, and their service was also better. The two identical gyms are spacious and the equipment felt new. Staff tries to please, although the training and quality is not at international 5-star level. I wish the butler and front desk were more knowledgeable about activities and restaurants in the vicinity. Shimei beach in the Hainan winter is perfect for lounging around in, and for surfing. Signs everywhere warning about undercurrents, and consequently no one swims in the sea.»

«Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!»
