«We are a family of three from Singapore. This is our first time visiting Riyue Bay in Haikou. We love surfing and saw an advertisement for UECHAO Surfing Resort online, which looked very interesting. So we decided to visit and experience this only artificial wave pool in China during our May holiday. Our first impression of the hotel was that they were friendly, provided professional service, and were always responsive to guests' requests. The hotel's decor was novel and unique; we especially loved the coffee table designed with surfboard elements, which perfectly matched the surfing theme. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The food offered at the hotel was delicious and varied, giving us many choices. In addition, the hotel provided complimentary laundry service, which we found particularly thoughtful. Absolutely love it. ❤️ Here, I must say that this first artificial wave pool in China truly deserves its reputation as a world-class wave pool. The strength of the artificial waves is comparable to that of real ocean waves. We especially love its Malibu waves, which make us feel as if we are surfing in the sea of Malibu. This surfing experience brought us many surprises and a lot of joy. Turely enjoyable. The hotel is also about a 5-minute walk from Riyue Bay Beach. The Riyue Bay business street has lots of local restaurants and cafes, and there are street dance performances at night, making it very lively. I highly recommend UECHAO Surfing Resort to everyone.👍🏻»

«Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very spacious and super clean. The rooms have everything you need from razors to coffee and tea. The staff were super friendly and check in was super easy and fast. The hotel did Great to host the marathon athletes. 👍👍👍»

«Nos alojamos en este hotel a finales de marzo. El hotel es de muy alto nivel para quienes valoran unas buenas vacaciones relajantes. Excelente ubicación. Muy buena comida y servicio de primera. El servicio de la ama de llaves, Xiao Kuan, es excelente. Todos los problemas se resolvieron de la manera más rápida y cómoda posible. Hay muchos espectáculos y actividades para adultos y niños. La piscina y el gimnasio son muy buenos. Hay calles con restaurantes y supermercados a 5 y 20 minutos a pie del hotel. También cabe destacar que, aunque el hotel tiene su propia playa, no está permitido bañarse en el mar. «Ha sido el peor viaje de mi vida. Un tifón, cancelación de vuelos, cambios de vuelos, retrasos de cinco horas, retrasos del tren de alta velocidad, todo un caos. Las actividades acuáticas que habíamos reservado se cancelaron y reprogramaron debido al mal tiempo. La imprevisibilidad del clima hizo que muchos de nuestros planes se frustraran, y todo este desorden ensombreció completamente el viaje. La única pequeña alegría, la única luz, fue la señorita Lexie, nuestra mayordoma. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles en Hainan con mejores instalaciones que el Le Méridien, pero nunca había encontrado una mayordoma tan paciente, que te ayude a resolver todo tipo de problemas y a conseguir más beneficios. Ella se encargó de las cancelaciones del hotel, ajustes, reservas, reprogramaciones, check-out tardío, obsequios de postres en la habitación, y mucho más. Nunca la vi en persona de principio a fin, pero fue el rayo de sol más cálido de todo el viaje. ¡Gracias! 🙏»

«Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!»

«Communication is great from the staff. They sent us WeChat messages with options of things to do in the area and let us know that they would send free fruit to the room and that there was a gift waiting for us after checkout. The hotel area is big, our room was quite far away from the lobby but the pool and beach was easily accessible. The view and coastal air was outstanding. The breakfast is good and has lots of options. It was busy and we had to wait in line for 10 minutes on our second morning before being seated but it didn't feel overwhelmingly busy. Getting around the greater area is easy on foot, about 15 minutes walk to the shopping/restaurant area via the beach or roads. There was plenty of parking available for the car we had rented. Taxis are also available to book and it seems you can rent electric scooters to get around.»

«本來在網上看到很多避雷的，包括邊上裝修，酒店有黴味。一開始還是很忐忑的。但是實際入住下來真的是太滿意了！ 提前兩天酒店就有管家加微信，問需要什麼樣的房間，告知可以的話升級個海景房。一開始酒店説人多，所以沒有抱希望。誰成想到了以後還是給升了。 網上重點説的兩個問題，工地確實在邊上，但是施工基本沒有聲音，也沒有灰塵，基本是沒有影響的。 還有一個黴味，説實話確實有，靠海邊很難避免，但是基本開窗換一輪氣以後就沒了。住了3天空調一直開着後來味道也不是很重。 酒店東西很乾凈，小朋友塵蟎過敏，在陵水富力住了三天，全身發紅疹子。到了這裏一點問題也沒有。 酒店迷你吧隨時可以告知換新，還有歡迎水果。服務人員稱不上熱情但是基本的服務都是有的。 早餐也是該有的都有。 泳池真的是絕了，100多米，一口氣走不到終點。拍照一絕，游泳好了直接沖海邊，太方便了，沙灘泳池200米都不到。 總覺得那些各種挑問題的人，衹看問題，從來不看價格，神州半島500多，住一年不到的新酒店這個性價比沒人説得嗎？動不動哪裡哪裡服務好，哪裡哪裡環境好。也不看看人傢什麼價格。 最後有幾點補充，給酒店的建議。 一個是在客户入住前，可以先把門窗都打開通風一遍，然後提前開好空調，黴味問題可以得到很大的解決。 第二個就是泳池，泳池是一個很大的賣點，但是泳池邊上的所有器具都是要租賃的其實救生圈的成本也不高，呃，怕損壞的話可以提前要求按金，然後還有可以增加一些小朋友的挖沙、玩沙工具。成本其實也不高，一套也就10塊錢左右。 第三個就是通往海灘的草坪，呃，可能是風大，很多地方都已經被沙子埋掉了。那定期的話可以處理一下，呃，拍照會好看很多。»

El mayordomo añadió mi WeChat con antelación y me presentó atracciones turísticas cercanas, incluyendo distancias y si ofrecían servicio de recogida y entrega. El desayuno era similar a un ”dim sum” cantonés; la noche anterior elegíamos la hora y los platos para el día siguiente, con opciones como ”ha gao”, ”chee cheong fun” de arroz rojo y otros clásicos cantoneses. La única pequeña pega es que la ubicación quizás no sea directamente en la playa, aunque detrás del hotel hay una laguna. Las habitaciones familiares están en la planta baja y tienen un pequeño patio. Lo recomiendo para familias con niños.»
