«La habitación era bastante buena, muy espaciosa y con un balcón grande. En general, muy cómoda. El hotel está muy cerca de Sun and Moon Bay, a solo 10 minutos a pie, y también hay un servicio de transporte dentro del complejo. Nos alojamos al final de las vacaciones del Festival de Primavera e hicimos el check-in a las 5:30 p.m., pero en ese momento no sé si no había suficientes habitaciones o si no las habían limpiado a tiempo. Realmente faltaban muchos detalles: el mando a distancia estaba sucio, había pelos de huéspedes anteriores en el suelo y en la mesa, y la fruta de bienvenida no la habían puesto con antelación. Sin embargo, lo entiendo, probablemente había mucha gente por las vacaciones, así que es normal que haya pequeños problemas. El conserje con gafas fue muy amable y nos ayudó con entusiasmo a llevar el equipaje a la puerta de la habitación. Cuando le comunicamos el problema de limpieza a la recepción, lo solucionaron muy rápidamente. Si vuelvo a elegir un hotel, ¡me alojaría aquí de nuevo! Es ideal para aprender a surfear, ¡la piscina de olas es genial y muy profesional!»

«Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very spacious and super clean. The rooms have everything you need from razors to coffee and tea. The staff were super friendly and check in was super easy and fast. The hotel did Great to host the marathon athletes. 👍👍👍»

«My ocean view room was good sized and very clean. The frosted glass between the shower and the bedroom was a little weird, because you could make out someone else's body shape behind it. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, although the quality of cooked food was just okay. Clientele is almost entirely Chinese, and this is reflected in the 2 main restaurants being Chinese cuisine, and hotel notices being in Chinese without English. We tried both restaurants - Features is way more accomplished than Five Senses, and their service was also better. The two identical gyms are spacious and the equipment felt new. Staff tries to please, although the training and quality is not at international 5-star level. I wish the butler and front desk were more knowledgeable about activities and restaurants in the vicinity. Shimei beach in the Hainan winter is perfect for lounging around in, and for surfing. Signs everywhere warning about undercurrents, and consequently no one swims in the sea.»

«Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!»

El jardín de arte está rodeado de plantas verdes, piscina, hierba, cafetería y restaurantes. La sopa privada de la casa de huéspedes tiene una piscina de lavandería y la higiene es muy cuidadosa. Continuamos la limpieza como la que acabamos de hacer, y la lavandería se usa en la misma máquina de lavar Casa Time que mi familia. La sopa de lavar la noche se veía llena de la sopa de las estrellas. El servicio de la administradora es prudente, hay personas 24 horas, estaciones de alta velocidad gratuitas, la venta de la empresa de venta de la habitación, y la estrategia de viajes y juegos se compartirán de forma activa. El paseo puede realizarse en la playa de Shimai Bay y en la librería de nueve kilómetros, el surf, la selva tropical y el submarino cercanos. El entorno está tranquilo, adecuado para las personas que quieren descansar en el aire libre, experimentar el punto de entusiasmo, vale la pena recomendarlo!»
