El hotel es muy recomendado, y el personal estaba muy bien alojado y hasta me ha mejorado la estancia a una villa, que era fantástico. La comida del bar de la playa de Horizon era excelente, y el personal estaba atento, siempre previendo mis necesidades. La cocina del restaurante occidental también era excelente. Arrived a day after Yagi .. hotel was open though still cleaning up after high tide left beach sand in pool. Otherwise all good - staff courteous and very helpful. Restaurants were not all operating during time but breakfast was fantastic.
Nearby township many place to eat and wander along the beach.
Locally some good attractions.
The only negative - you go to a private hotel wirh beachfront access and prohibited from swimming in sea.
Get some lifeguards ..set up properly even in selected morning and afternoon time .. the pool was good, but I went to the beach to swim in the sea!
The local Sunset bar was nice to also enjoy in the warm evening.
Would consider again or at least a Sheraton Resort again sometime.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula and was truly impressed by the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. My experience, especially during the latter part of my stay, exceeded all expectations and deserves recognition.
From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable.

各方面基本符合四星級左右酒店定位，但是需要吐槽一下前台某服務員的態度，本來就是簡單的溝通一下電視機畫面問題和反應慢的問題，能解決就解決，不能解決就算了，是很簡單的事情，但是我話都沒説完，服務員就直接打斷找理由説在海邊天氣潮就這樣沒辦法，這就讓我很惱火，海邊酒店那麼多怎麼就沒有人出現這樣的問題？我前幾天住的全是帶沙灘的酒店怎麼沒問題？這種事情懂得都懂，現在大家都很成熟，也沒有必要用這些話來逃避問題，衹能適得其反，能解決就解決，不能解決，説個不好意思就行了，就這麼簡單。把人當成第一天住酒店的小白來忽悠浪費時間就讓人很惱火，不過後來我換了套房裡麪的電視是新換的，這一點還是要點贊

UUsuario invitadoI absolutely loved my stay here! I was upgraded to a lovely super big room overlooking the pool garden! It really had everything, and I mean everything. A big comfortable bed, a couch with a projector and a TV (I didn't use either, but they were there), a fridge filled with water bottles and a ton of amenities (even mouthwash - bigger hotel chains didn't even offer that). The shower and toilet are separated, so no wet floor either. Nice balcony. There was no smoke smell whatsoever and smoking is forbidden in all rooms.
The whole team was super nice! There's a shuttle to the beach, that is really convenient (you can message them up to 10 p.m. and they come pick you up). 艾伦even went to show me some food options in the village and later picked me up from there. 谢谢艾伦! There was also a delicious breakfast. And the pool is perfect for a quick swim :) The whole vibe of the house was nice and I would definitely stay again.

YyanxintyaThe location is really near the shenzhou train station, hence good for a short stay at Wanning. There's a scenic swimming pool available with nice view! Staff are friendly and service are good. They served us fruit platter upon arrival and milk at night before bed night.

CChloeThe vibe at Surfers Garden is chill and cool but a little bit too much. My room had no towels, no toilet paper. Cabinet to store my things in the shared room couldn’t lock. The room itself can’t lock from the outside as well and too often when I was looking for someone at the reception there were no one …
When you finally catch someone to give you a towel, be aware that it’s a disposable towel. So better bring your own.
In the morning, don’t hope to get a coffee at their bar before 9am or 10am. The whole place looks a bit messy and the reception space looks unfinished. Staff is friendly tho.
The guesthouse is surrounded by many little shops and local restaurants. You can reach the Ri Yue Wan beach where you will find bar/coffee, clubs, shops, surfing clubs etc. in 15 min walking or 5min by e-bike. Ri Yue Wan beach area is definitely the place to be to enjoy a good “beach/surfer” vibe sipping a cocktail in front of the beach. At night, this place turn into a music festival area where everyone display live show music and DJ and expect fireworks on the beach almost every 15min. If you are looking for surfing club in this area, I would recommend to check Shaka surf club. Good service, good price, and so far the most professional to me at Ri Yue Wan.

VVanessaNice little hostel in the village. Close to the local village restaurants and quick drive/scooter ride directly to Riyue Bay beach. Much more affordable place to stay compared to beach front.
Hotel was good for what it is which is more resembling a youth hostel. Private rooms were small and facilities were reasonably clean. Showers were not great, water pressure was incredibly weak and after a day on the beach the showers were not good enough to wash off the day. Walls are thin so it’s easy to hear what goes on outside the doors. But generally the space was quiet. There were children on the first few nights and we could hear them at night running up the stairs.
A bit expensive for what is offered to be honest. They don’t provide real towels to use, just disposable paper ones. This was a disappointment. At 460rmb a night one would expect towels at the very least. No room cleaning provided, but can request an ayi to come in to take out the trash.
Great skate park at the front. Good for young people.
