Mejor en el resort de clase para diseño y hardware. Excepcional contacto personal por los gestores y el equipo de alto nivel. Terribles opciones de cena en el lugar. Amar los restaurantes italianos, chinos y japoneses. Esquí en esquí. Bellas piscinas interiores y jacuzzis. Equipado gimnasio. Estaba esperando mi estancia en Setsu Niseko pero me siento decepcionado con su desayuno. Quizás sea la temporada verde, las opciones de desayuno se basan en Ala carta y muy limitados al mismo menú; los niños tienen que comer la misma cosa todos los días, no hay otra opción. Parking: no hay aparcamiento gratuito para el huésped del hotel, tienes que pagar JPY2000/day. Pro: la habitación es espaciosa, el onsen es bueno, el hotel es muy limpio!

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

Se trata de un hotel de cadena relativamente clásico, con un estilo europeo y un interior espléndido. Cuenta con todas las comodidades que cabría esperar, así que no entraré en detalles. Las principales deficiencias son: 1. Servicio. El encargado de recepción del hotel era un extranjero bastante distante, rubio y de ojos azules. El personal japonés, en cambio, fue muy amable. 2. Las aguas termales. Está bastante lejos del edificio principal y abre parte de la mañana y parte de la tarde, cerrando solo a las 9:30. La prohibición de tatuajes es prácticamente absurda. Esa noche, un grupo de taiwaneses alborotadores, incluyendo uno con un tatuaje, estaba armando un alboroto en las aguas termales. 3. Está bastante lejos del pueblo termal principal y del muelle del lago Toya. Se encuentra en la cima de una colina cercana, a 10 minutos en coche. Esperábamos ver los fuegos artificiales del lago Toya desde nuestra habitación, pero era una vista lejana. 4. Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel son limitadas. Hay dos restaurantes japoneses y una pizzería. El bar suele cerrar a las 23:00 o 23:30. En general, es un buen lugar para una escapada de unos días, con opciones para jugar al golf y disfrutar de aguas termales, todo en la montaña. No es adecuado para una excursión al lago Toya con registro, principalmente por su incomodidad.

Overall speaking - we love the hotel! Location - its a ski in ski out resort, only 1 minute walk away from the ticket office and rental. Shuttle buses are also available to commute to other resorts. Generally speaking, its a quieter area compared to Hirafu Services - Staff were very friendly and attentive, there is a ski valet at the hotel so it makes things so much easier for us Amenities - there is a hilton shop at the lobby, that also serves as a convenience store. As there is no convenience store around Niseko Village, the shop comes in handy. Love the onsen facility as well, perfect to wrap up the day after skiing Room - hotel room is slightly smaller and worn out than expected, but the view outside the room is amazing Would highly recommend Hilton NV!

”Stunning views and incredibly spacious for the whole family!” The view from the room is absolutely unbeatable. This apartment is perfect for families, featuring three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a living area with plenty of functional space. It was very clean, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home.

El hotel es bastante antiguo y algunas instalaciones están anticuadas, pero las habitaciones con tatami son perfectas para niños o grupos. Me preocupaba que el baño no fuera grande para tres personas, pero terminé bañándome en las aguas termales todos los días. El onsen, con acceso directo desde la primera planta y con 100 años de historia, es fantástico y me dejó increíblemente a gusto. Después de esquiar incansablemente todos los días, dormí profundamente en las aguas termales. El desayuno y la cena buffet del hotel son sencillos, y la cena especial requiere reserva con tres días de antelación, que no pude probar. Trip.com ha sido siempre mi viaje para reservas de viajes. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación de la habitación era muy buena. Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
