This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

Todo bien Las habitaciones son muy limpias, sociosas y muy amigables, también porque hay algunos restaurantes, así que también es el mejor lugar para tener ataycation!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Toya. The highlight of the stay was definitely the room and the view. The location is excellent, with stunning views of Lake Toya and the surrounding scenery. Waking up to the lake view and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was a memorable experience. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop onsen and sauna. The view from the top floor is simply incredible. Early in the morning, I was able to enjoy the sauna and outdoor hot spring while watching the sunrise over the lake, with Mount Yotei visible in the distance. It was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences of my entire Hokkaido trip. It’s not often that you get to enjoy a sauna, a hot spring, and a spectacular sunrise all at the same time. The service was also very good. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was enjoyable with a wide variety of choices available. The ingredients were fresh and of good quality, and there was something for everyone. While I wouldn’t describe the dining experience as luxury or fine dining, the overall quality was very good and I was satisfied with every meal. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, views, comfort, hot spring facilities, and service. It was one of the highlights of my trip to Hokkaido, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en el Hilton Hotel Village para este viaje de esquí. La ubicación es extremadamente conveniente, especialmente para principiantes. Poder salir del hotel y empezar a esquiar fue simplemente inmejorable. El alquiler de equipos, el guardaesquís, los autobuses lanzadera y todas las instalaciones relacionadas estaban muy bien organizados, y el personal fue siempre amable y servicial. Por las noches, había música en vivo, lo que le daba un ambiente agradable a la estancia. Uno de los aspectos más destacados que realmente echo de menos es el onsen al aire libre. El paisaje que da es absolutamente impresionante e increíblemente relajante, perfecto para aliviar el cansancio después de un día completo de esquí. El único pequeño inconveniente fue que una habitación para cuatro personas con cuatro camas individuales se sentía un poco estrecha. Aun así, al final pudimos organizar nuestro equipaje. Como pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo esquiando al aire libre y usamos la habitación principalmente para dormir por la noche, fue aceptable siempre que se esté mentalmente preparado para el espacio limitado. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable y una excelente opción para unas vacaciones de esquí.

Si buscas una experiencia de ryokan verdaderamente auténtica, el Spa Shiosai es una joya absoluta. Los Altos Comida excepcional: Cada comida fue una obra de arte, preparada con una increíble precisión y una flor estacional. Aprecié especialmente el servicio proactivo del escritorio frontal, que se inspeccionaron constantemente para coordinar mis horarios de comida favoritos, para asegurar que cada comida se sirvió perfectamente fresca. La zona de la ciudad es amplia y nunca se ha sentido abundante. Tiene una sauna y un baño al aire libre tranquilo (rotenburo) hecho para una experiencia profundamente relajada. Confortable Living: A diferencia de muchas estancias tradicionales, la habitación aquí estaba muy espaciosa y excepcionalmente bien calentada, que hizo un agradable retrato después de un día de exploración. Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.

El onsen y el hotel estaban en una ubicación excelente si te gusta esquiar fuera de pista. La habitación era espaciosa y bastante limpia, con camas bastante cómodas, aunque un poco duras. Está un poco lejos de cualquier servicio, así que asegúrate de llevar algo de picar y cervezas extra. El chef estaba de vacaciones mientras estábamos allí, así que tuvimos que cenar en el pueblo cada noche, lo que supuso conducir mucho con un clima bastante malo. En general, ¡nuestra estancia fue genial! Sin duda, volveríamos. Nos aseguraríamos de incluir la cena y el desayuno en nuestra próxima estancia.
