Hoteles en Abuta District con balcón

Esta fue mi primera estancia en Sanu Niseko. La casa estaba muy bien diseñada, amigable y equipada, pero el espacio no era muy grande, pero era muy grande y muy cómodo. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los más pequeños de los alrededores. Todo funcionó, y fue diseñado y colocado lógicamente. El diseño de la sauna era perfecto, y las luces de aire son una adición agradable. Espero volver con mi familia.

Our second day stay here. Again service is excellent. Front office staff Ponny even came in at 6:30am to drive us to the train station as she was afraid that there may not be taxis available that earlier since it was the start of Golden Week. Guess overall Niseko is still a winter place! Nothing happens after the winter season.

The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

Estaba esperando mi estancia en Setsu Niseko pero me siento decepcionado con su desayuno. Quizás sea la temporada verde, las opciones de desayuno se basan en Ala carta y muy limitados al mismo menú; los niños tienen que comer la misma cosa todos los días, no hay otra opción. Parking: no hay aparcamiento gratuito para el huésped del hotel, tienes que pagar JPY2000/day. Pro: la habitación es espaciosa, el onsen es bueno, el hotel es muy limpio!

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Niseko, pero también tiene un transbordador que puede llevarte a los ascensores y alrededor de Hirafu, por lo que no tienes que caminar con tu equipo. Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
