«La habitación estaba limpia y nos cambiaron a una con dos camas dobles, perfecta para una familia de tres. Está muy cerca de la Plaza de Tiananmén, lo que lo hace conveniente para ir a cualquier parte. El metro no está lejos, a solo tres o cinco minutos a pie. También es fácil llegar a Qianmen Street, a unos diez minutos andando. Está cerca del puesto de control de seguridad número 4 de Tiananmén. Incluso nos dieron un pequeño regalo de despedida, ¡un detalle muy considerado! Me fui con prisa y no tomé fotos.»

酒店位置便利，出行和購物都很省心。工作人員專業且周到，有需求都能及時妥善處理。房間和公共區域衞生狀況良好，夜間環境安靜，能保證良好休息。早餐雖不奢華，但口味和營養兼顧。作為商務出行或短期停留的選擇，性價比很高。

La ubicación es inmejorable, justo al lado de la estación de metro Dongzhimen, lo que permite llegar rápidamente a cualquier sitio, y también tiene acceso directo al metro que conecta con el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Capital. La calle Guijie está justo al lado, así que se puede encontrar fácilmente comida deliciosa mientras se pasea. El servicio también fue excelente. ¡Muy recomendable!

Jjingcai-wangluEl colchón tenía la firmeza perfecta, se hundía lo justo sin provocar dolor de espalda. Las sábanas de algodón de fibra larga eran suaves como nubes. Volví de trasnochar paseando por Guijie y caí rendido en la almohada al instante. La habitación tiene un diseño minimalista, con un cuarto de baño con ducha y váter separados y un secador de pelo potente. El espejo de maquillaje con iluminación integrada es un detalle superatento. La recepcionista incluso me recomendó una cafetería escondida en un hutong. ¡Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, a solo 3 minutos a pie del Yonghegong (Templo de los Lamas)!

UUsuario invitadoWhat more could I want for £15 per night. I had a slightly ”smaller” room compared to others seen but it was as described matching the booking description. My stay was overall, pleasant and nothing too major that could be improved except small changes that don't take away from the value for money you get. Pictures you see beforehand are accurate representation of the hotel. Seating area in lobby was a nice touch, allowed guest to wait comfortably for Didi's or other reasons. Staff very friendly and language app makes it easy to communicate, they do their best.
Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, I will tell you why I believe it is great value for money. I would check the prices as when I booked the room prices for the different types wasn't too different, so I could have grabbed myself a bigger room for the same price. Although I didn't personally have breakfast, the space was well designed and they had good enough variety that I would have been tempted to add it on. The shower temperature and water pressure was decent, the smart mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch. You get two pillows and a duvet, which are a decent quality. Bed was perfect for me. The photos attached show the room, the space was good for me and had everything I personally needed.
Location: Convenient enough, close to several food places including McDonalds. Buses close by, airport close too, very convenient if you're only staying a few days.
Cleanliness: Standard ware and tear, Clean and hygienic, no dust and no bad odors. Was a clean environment making it enjoyable to stay.
Housekeeping: They come everyday replenishing items in the room, no need to worry about dehydration or running low on toilet paper etc. as they have you covered. They will always knock before entering.
Service: Warm welcome from staff, polite and attentive, provided good service and clear instructions. Check-in easy and smooth. Assisted me during my stay with the smart thermostat in my room as the temperature was making me feel unwell, gave me helpful tips on how to make the room cooler and when my key card had issues they fixed this straight away explaining what the issue was (Don't keep too close to phone or other devices which will demagnetize it).
Facilities:The hotel has comprehensive and smart facilities, including intelligent controls in rooms which makes the stay convenient. If you order food it gets delivered straight to your door via robot. Shampoo and body gel in shower have a nice fragrance which was lovely. Towel size was good, I am a larger in size than average and it wrapped around me. However I had small small issues with my shower head spraying/leaking this was a minor thing and my door sign flickering/not working not showing/lighting up the 'do not disturb' or 'make up room' signs. I didn't have time to tell staff this otherwise I feel like it would have been sorted straight away. Due to not staying in the room a lot this also wasn't a problem for me.
Airport Transfer: They provide airport pick-up and drop-off services via Wechat during certain times, you will have to add them prior to reservation, which was convenient for me. I arranged drop-off and although I didn't use the service in the end there was perfect communication throughout.

HHany MLa habitación está muy limpia, proporcionan toallas, una pequeña toalla desechable, tetera, zapatillas, jabón corporal y secador de pelo en la habitación. Puedes conseguir cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, peine y taza cerca del mostrador y limpian y cambian las toallas todos los días. Puedes lavar la ropa de forma gratuita y también proporcionan detergente. Cerca de la salida B del metro Pingleyuan, el hotel está al lado del banco China y también hay un supermercado al lado. ¡Excelente elección!

La habitación no estaba insonorizada en absoluto, y a eso de las seis de la mañana ya me habían despertado. Además, la habitación tenía un olor insoportable; el hedor era tan fuerte que, nada más entrar, me sentí mareado y tuve que ir directamente a recepción para quejarme. Allí me ofrecieron echar ambientador, pero me negué porque ya era de madrugada.

VVladimir KuzovnikovEs muy difícil reconocer el hotel. La foto en Trip no se corresponde con la realidad, sobre todo de noche. El vestíbulo es increíblemente austero, del tamaño de una habitación. Sin embargo, el personal de recepción es muy amable y atento.
Las reformas en el piso y en la habitación están bien.
Como punto negativo, hay un olor muy fuerte y desagradable a pescado o salsa de ostras en la habitación.
Consejo: Pida a los obreros que revisen el desagüe. Es posible que esté obstruido o que falte.
Estas fotos le ayudarán a reconocer el hotel más fácilmente, sobre todo de noche.

It is within walking distance to Shichahai Metro Station Exit A1 and A2 which both exit without escalator or lift. Upon check-in we entered our room and a very stinky smell inside the room just made us felt very uncomfortable. When we checked the bathroom the stinky smell even worst. We then asked the housekeeper to spray air fresherner in our room and bathroom. Then we left our room and went out for sightseeing. However, after we came back from sightseeing then we entered our room the same stinky smell appeared. We then complained at the front desk and was told there was no same room type available unless we pay extra to upgrade our room to different type. We were told all hotel in Beijing near the alley was considered old and having stinky smell was a norm. The room was extremely small and no space to put 2 big luggages. We have to find ways to use 1 side bed table to put one of our luggage and to get our clothing and toileterries out. The bathroom was stinky before and after we took shower. We have to ensure the glass door was closed all the time as the air ventilator inside the bathroom not really functioning. The wall of the bathroom was slimy and the one of the 2 plastic slippers was slimy too. We found mould around the corners of the bathroom and outside the bathroom that appeared at the surface of the bedroom wall. The centralised air conditioner was being controlled and only hot air came out everytime we turn on the air conditioner. Hence, the whole room was hot and humid. We have to open the window and worst still there were locals smoking outside of our hotel room window. There were also noises outside the window where we can hear the conversation of the locals who stood outside of our hotel room window. The bed mattress was very hard as if we were sleeping on the wooden bed. In the end, we couldn't sleep well the whole night. We have to put our winter clothing, the towels and the blanket at our back just to make the bed more softer for our back. After the first night, we requested to change room due to stinky smell but failed. The housekeeper proposed to help us to sanitize the bathroom with strong smell liquid chlorine when we went out for
sightseeing. Upon returning back to our room, we can smell the smell of liquid chlorine but the stinky smell had reduced. There were limited space to hang clothing especially during winter, so we have to find places whee we can hang our light clothing like t-shirt. Then we saw the air-cond vent was very dusty same goes to the hanging light bulb was full of dust. The side table underneath the TV was dusty too. We have to use alcohol sanitizer to sanitize the table and side table. Overall, the hotel is located within the tourist spot but there were few staircases at the hotel entrance and 2 small staircases along the corridors lead to our hotel room which made it a bit inconvenience when you carried heavy luggages.
