El hotel es realmente bueno, digno de un hotel de cinco estrellas con historia. Viajamos con nuestro pequeño y el mayordomo nos contactó por WeChat para ofrecernos una mejora a una habitación con vistas al jardín y al mar. Desde el balcón se disfrutaba de un paisaje hermoso todos los días. Cada mañana, al descorrer las cortinas, el ánimo mejoraba al instante. Probamos los tres restaurantes del hotel. En la cena buffet, se podía comer cangrejo, cigalas, patas de cangrejo real y pulpa de durian sin límite. Los ingredientes eran muy frescos y la relación calidad-precio, excelente. El dim sum en el restaurante cantonés era claramente obra de un chef con estrellas. Justo enfrente del hotel, cruzando la calle, está la playa, ideal para la recolección de mariscos. Consultando los horarios de las mareas, se pueden encontrar pequeños cangrejos debajo de las rocas. Además, está muy cerca de la Plaza del Cuatro de Mayo y tienen un servicio de autobús gratuito. Cada día le daban un pequeño regalo a nuestro hijo. En resumen, la experiencia fue fantástica, ¡volveremos a alojarnos aquí!

La ubicación está lejos del aeropuerto o de la ciudad; se tarda una hora en taxi. El hotel en sí es muy bonito, la habitación es bastante amplia y el personal es muy amable, incluso si hablas mandarín. Sin embargo, las instalaciones de la habitación son un poco antiguas y el balcón está muy sucio. Al registrarme, quise sentarme, pero estaba lleno de polvo. Había una mancha incluso en el sofá. El balcón es un lujo. Vale la pena visitar la ciudad antigua por una noche o medio día.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, it was the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were simply breathtaking — the views alone made the trip unforgettable! The room and amenities were impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. Dining was a highlight — both the Japanese restaurant and the buffet served absolutely exquisite meals that we’re still talking about. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Nancy, Kitty, and Aria for going above and beyond to make our experience the best ever. You made us feel truly welcome and cared for. My family and I are already planning our return — this time for a longer stay, and we hope to try out the water sports as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Me alojé en este hotel para celebrar mi cumpleaños y, desde el momento del check-in hasta el final de mi estancia, todo fue maravilloso. La habitación con vistas panorámicas de 270 grados era justo lo que buscaba, e incluso mejor. La vista era magnífica y, sinceramente, inolvidable. Los detalles de cumpleaños me hicieron sentir muy especial. Recibí una tarta, fruta fresca, una mascota de león e incluso las sábanas estaban decoradas con un mensaje de «Feliz Cumpleaños». Sin duda, este es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado en China. El desayuno fue excelente, con una buena variedad de opciones occidentales, y el personal fue amable, atento y genuinamente cortés durante toda mi estancia. Un agradecimiento especial a Nora, quien se aseguró de que todo estuviera a mi gusto y fue increíblemente servicial de principio a fin. Este hotel ofrece lujo y una experiencia de primera clase. Si visitas Qingdao, es una excelente opción y sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

Grand Barony Qingdao Airport has an incredibly convenient location with an indoor connecting corridor leading straight to the airport terminal, so we can walk over easily. The hotel also provides shuttle service for guests carrying lots of luggage; simply tell the staff ahead, and they will make proper arrangements. Dining options inside the hotel are limited, but we could easily take Didi to taste delicious local food nearby. Every staff member is polite, warm and ready to offer helpful support. It’s an ideal pick for airport stays.

La cama de 2,7 metros era increíblemente cómoda, perfecta para dos adultos y dos niños pequeños.
