Nos alojamos recientemente en este hotel y quedamos impresionados con muchos aspectos de nuestra experiencia. La habitación es muy espaciosa y está bien equipada con todo lo necesario, excepto, quizás, una tetera para preparar té. Sin embargo, las bebidas de cortesía en la nevera compensaron con creces esta pequeña incomodidad. Cada día, el personal del hotel nos sorprendía con un pequeño obsequio, lo que nos hizo sentir realmente cálidos y bienvenidos. Durante nuestra estancia, nos deleitamos con la preciosa decoración navideña que le dio un toque festivo al ambiente. Si bien la ubicación puede no ser ideal para quienes dependen del metro, el hotel ofrece un cómodo servicio de recogida desde la estación. Además, hay paradas de autobús cerca, lo que permite un fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad en 20 minutos. El desayuno buffet es excepcional, con una amplia variedad de platos occidentales y chinos, incluyendo platos calientes, platos fríos e incluso postres. Tardamos tres días en probar todas las deliciosas opciones disponibles. Lo que realmente distingue a este hotel es su excelente servicio. El personal es increíblemente amable y proactivo para atender cualquier necesidad. En general, nuestra estancia fue fantástica y recomendaríamos este hotel a otras personas.

Overall the hotel staff and service are 4 star. What makes the hotel 5 Star are the rooms and facilities. It is clean, safe, and well maintained. To be fair, I did arrive in early April during the off-season but I was not impressed with the service provided. Staff was consistently difficult to find, or would be crowded all in the lobby. Check-In and Check out was easy and the staff are very nice. International guests be aware, few to no staff speak English or communicate in any other language. The breakfast was not good. Cold and hard food, empty plates, drinks and foods not being refilled, and then having the lights turned off after breakfast was finished being served. Few selections, mainly cheap foods and breads. There are no staff outside, during my time there. No bell hops, no one to guide you to the front desk (Because it is not easy to find at first), no one to help with your luggage. A single staff member stands at the front of the lobby after you enter to greet you. Positives - The room was spacious and very clean. It had most things I needed and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The balcony looked over the courtyard and the ocean which people can see you if you go out but was a nice addition. The island the hotel is on has everything close by and most taxis/Didi’s will pick you up within five minute The area has been developing for many years and is getting better each year. The Qingdao Beer Festival ground are close by (about 30 minutes drive) during the summer, but most activities are in the city about one hour drive away for the rest of the year. For this hotel, the room and facilities are the focus as they are well taken care of and maintained. I am not sure if I would return.

Este hotel me lo recomendó un amigo antes de venir a Qingdao. Está justo al lado de la playa Shilaoren. Cuando llegamos en taxi, el conductor nos dijo que tenía vistas de primera línea al mar. Al llegar, todo fue realmente impresionante y satisfactorio. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, y el baño también era grande, con tres zonas separadas. Tenía piscina y gimnasio, y se podía acceder directamente a la playa desde el hotel. El desayuno, tanto occidental como chino, ofrecía mucha variedad y estaba delicioso. El hotel también ofrecía un servicio de fotografía de viajes. Cada habitación recibía tres fotos gratis que se podían hacer en el interior, en el césped o en la playa. El proceso de selección de fotos al día siguiente fue muy fluido y las fotos quedaron genial. Descubrimos que se llamaba Jinghong Travel Photography, y la verdad es que fue excelente. El servicio en todas las áreas fue muy bueno. Al salir, un empleado nos ayudó con el carrito de equipaje hasta el taxi. En resumen, si tengo la oportunidad, definitivamente regresaré.

Me alojé en este hotel para celebrar mi cumpleaños y, desde el momento del check-in hasta el final de mi estancia, todo fue maravilloso. La habitación con vistas panorámicas de 270 grados era justo lo que buscaba, e incluso mejor. La vista era magnífica y, sinceramente, inolvidable. Los detalles de cumpleaños me hicieron sentir muy especial. Recibí una tarta, fruta fresca, una mascota de león e incluso las sábanas estaban decoradas con un mensaje de «Feliz Cumpleaños». Sin duda, este es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado en China. El desayuno fue excelente, con una buena variedad de opciones occidentales, y el personal fue amable, atento y genuinamente cortés durante toda mi estancia. Un agradecimiento especial a Nora, quien se aseguró de que todo estuviera a mi gusto y fue increíblemente servicial de principio a fin. Este hotel ofrece lujo y una experiencia de primera clase. Si visitas Qingdao, es una excelente opción y sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Gao Xue（高雪） at the front desk for her exceptional service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Her attitude was genuinely friendly and patient, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. What impressed me the most was her kindness in offering me a complimentary room upgrade. It was such a pleasant surprise and truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was wonderful, and I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture. It clearly shows her dedication to guest satisfaction and her strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Throughout my stay, Ms. Gao Xue was always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Her positive attitude, efficiency, and professionalism reflect very well on the hotel as a whole. Thank you again, Ms. Gao Xue, for your outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I chosed to stay here because the location is closed to the airport. And supported with shuttle bus every 30 minutes in the morning. Check-in & check-out so fast . The room was cleaned comfortable quite quiet in the corner.I didn't have breakfast but had to try dinner that wasn't right for me. Overall I'm o.k and will to stay next time.

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

El hotel no está mal para ser de 3 estrellas. Hay comentarios sobre la limpieza de las alfombras de la habitación y la calidad del servicio. El personal de recepción no habla inglés. El bufé está pensado principalmente para los amantes de la cocina china, pero también hay opciones para quienes prefieren la cocina europea.

La recepción está bien equipada y rápidamente, puede caminar a la clientela, muy conveniente, muy cerca de tiendas de conveniencia, 24 horas por día.
