Estancia estupenda, el hotel era de primera calidad y el personal nos ofreció un servicio fantástico. El desayuno y el servicio de habitaciones fueron de alta calidad. La piscina, la sauna y el gimnasio eran fantásticos y nos sentimos como en casa; la piscina en particular era muy relajante. La ubicación está un poco lejos del centro, pero hay un rápido trayecto en metro cerca y el hotel fue muy amable organizando taxis. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

Very Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself. As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time. She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

El hotel es bueno, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Llegamos al hotel a las 2 p.m. y preguntamos en recepción si la habitación estaba lista (el check-in normal es a las 3 p.m.). La respuesta fue que la habitación estaría lista para la hora del check-in (3 p.m.). Llegamos a recepción a las 3 p.m., nuestra habitación no estaba lista. La recepcionista nos pidió que esperáramos 10-15 minutos. Llegamos a recepción a las 15:30, la habitación no estaba lista. La recepcionista se disculpó y nos pidió que esperáramos 15-20 minutos como máximo. Llegamos a las 16:10, la habitación no estaba lista. A mi pregunta ”¿cuándo estará lista?”, me respondieron ”no lo sé”. Le pedí a la recepcionista que llamara al responsable de planta/supervisor de limpieza para que lo aclarara. La respuesta fue ”ya los llamé, ellos tampoco lo saben”. Me enojé porque nadie podía decirme cuándo podíamos esperar que la habitación estuviera lista. Después de preguntar a su gerente, nos dieron la llave en 5 minutos. La habitación no estaba tan mal, pero en el baño había un fuerte olor a alcantarilla que permaneció en la habitación durante toda la noche.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

La ubicación también está cerca de la estación central de Sofía, a 10 minutos a pie. Se tarda unos 20 minutos en llegar a pie hasta la calle Vitosha. También está el Museo de Sofía en el camino. La ubicación es muy buena ~ Reservé una habitación para 6 personas, pero me asignaron una habitación para 4 personas. Las habitaciones no están muy juntas, por lo que el espacio es amplio y hay una cocina compartida donde poder cocinar. También está disponible el servicio de lavandería. El gerente personalmente lo giró, lo secó e incluso lo dobló ~ Gracias ^^ La ropa de cama estaba limpia y tenía todas las agujas, así que pude cerrar las cortinas del dormitorio y estar en una habitación muy luminosa. 100% planeo usarlo nuevamente la próxima vez.

La habitación es un poco antigua. La televisión es pequeña. El transporte al aeropuerto no llegó a tiempo para mi tiempo reservado (esperé más de 30 minutos), pero no estoy seguro si esto es común. El desayuno es fantástico (teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel: una variedad de opciones calientes). Gran vista de la ciudad y estacionamiento en la habitación. Personal amigable.

Fuimos dos parejas. Una en habitación clásica y otra Executive. Reserven siempre Executive. Es una habitación al uso de hotel de negocios, mientras que la clásica necesita atención urgente y parece más la de una pensión. En la Executive el inodoro estaba mal limpiado a la llegada y siguió así toda la estancia (3 noches). Algo impensable en otro lugar. El recepcionista fue amable pese a su escaso inglés, aunque nos dio una habitación errónea se dio cuenta cuando llegábamos al ascensor. Desayuno bien. Quizá no lo esperado para un 4 estrellas pero había variedad incluyendo algún plato típico. Agua de cortesía pero solo el primer día. Vistas a una comisaría, y muy cerca de la Gobernatura y del centro de Sofía en un camino fácil y seguro. Sin ruido a pesar del casino. El agua de la piscina decía estar a 29 grados. Pero no. Estaba HELADA. En general buena experiencia para la pareja de la habitación Executive.
