«We chose this hotel for its location inside the Liuxing Street Scenic Area, and the location was indeed perfect. For a property that advertises itself as 2 stars the accommodation is impressive. The rooms are big, the ceiling is high, the bed is comfortable and the floor heating is warm. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property for its simple but direct service, good ambiance and fantastic location. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit on the low side. «Pluses: the design of the room is good. There’s ample storage space. There is a communal kitchen where guests can use to cook something simple.
Minuses: other than the bed linen which was clean, there was visible dirts in the room. What I find most unacceptable is that the glasses (those in the bathroom and in the room) have not been cleaned properly.»

«五一來伊寧先住了兩晚感覺很好，後面去草原玩了兩天回來後又選擇這裏住一晚，第二天再出發去賽里木湖。優點之前説過不多説了，再補充幾點：
1️⃣這次入住發現工作台椅子有點污漬（後面發現是材質色差）提出換房，二話沒説給換了隔壁房間，後面還回訪是否滿意，態度很好👍
2️⃣酒店電源插口很多特別方便，現在出來誰沒有一堆電子設備，特別是像喜歡拍攝的，插口少還得排着輪流充，這邊隨處可見插口。
3️⃣佈局很合理，雖然房間不算很大，但利用率很高，有掛衣服的掛鈎，有工作台可以放電腦，門口枱麪可以放出門要帶的東西。
4️⃣離店送了當地特色杏皮茶，雖然東西本身不貴，但贈送當地特產感受很好。
唯一不足就是酒店停車場沒有車輛充電樁，現在來伊犁旅遊基本都是自駕的，新能源車也越來越普及，不能充電確實還是會有些不方便。»

«網上經常看到新疆有一些特價住宿，以為這邊物價也不貴，來了才發現特價的要麼很差很舊，要麼很偏很不方便。這一家是我盡全力，能夠找到的性價比最好的了。雖然知道更貴的酒店性價比更高，但是還是想省點錢多去幾個地方。前台態度很好，人就睡在那裡，幾乎24小時都在前台。我這間大單間，1米2的床，獨衞，空調，密碼鎖，熱水器都是不錯的，當然我是沒用空調的，77一晚，而且在三樓，隔音也還可以，還可以免費寄存行李。我這間房唯一的缺點就是他的燈有點問題，無緣無故自己關了，又無緣無故自己開了，已經跟老闆反饋了，他那個燈的開關跟別的不一樣，不長時間在這裏待也發現不了。這邊-1樓也有房間，住3樓，還是比較讓人心安的。當時晚上燈自己開了又開，並沒有覺得害怕，衹是覺得有點煩，需要起床去門口關燈，沒睡好。»

In our 伊利 part of our trip, we chose this Homestay based on good reviews. The owners are friendly and helpful during our stay.
The room is clean and is within walking distance to the famous 六星街 which has a lot of food and shops to visit. We can also walk to the bus terminal which we took to go to the 那拉提草原.
Highly recommended for visitors to 伊宁。

UUsuario invitadoHad a great stay at the hotel. Service was superb. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing was the toilet door had difficulties opening and closing. There was some road works outside the hotel and the staff was kind enough to help us carry our big luggages to and from the hotel to the car area. It was a big help that we very much appreciate. Staff was also kind to happily give us all the information we needed which included reccommendation of places to eat. We also had fun with the 2 free dress up and taking photos in their unique and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel.

PPeregrine CThe beautiful pictures of this homestay caught my attention and I was determined to check it out. It did not disappoint me, the actual property looks just as beautiful, though the garden would probably need more plants. The vicinity was quiet and I enjoyed hanging out at the patio at night. Yining is quite small so taking a cab to get to the tourist spots is not a problem at all. The staff were helpful with my luggage. I will not hesitate to recommend this homestay.
