餐飲：我們訂的房間包括了下午茶和晚上的歡樂時光，都是非常豐盛且美味，飯，蔬菜，羊肉，牛肉，涼拌菜，粥，包子，水果，沙拉，蛋糕，茶，奶疙瘩，咖啡，汽水，果汁，酒……味道也都特別好，食材很新鮮，沒有預製品，很健康。早餐也很豐富，可以滿足不同口味的人，嚐到了很多美味😋特別是磚茶➕牛奶➕奶皮子，味道一絕，太驚艷了，第一次見不會搞，服務員一看到我倒茶就過來幫我配置，讓我喝到了完美比例的正宗新疆奶茶，吃到了正宗的奶皮子！涼拌雞胗，涼拌魚皮也超級好吃，很入味，味道很好，

«El ambiente exterior es bueno y las instalaciones completas. Cabe señalar que la habitación estándar ejecutiva en el Edificio 2 está en el cuarto piso. Siempre hay una máquina continua de alta frecuencia funcionando en la habitación. Le pregunté al servicio de habitaciones y la respuesta fue que el cuarto piso es el último piso. y hay ”partes mecánicas” en la parte superior ”está funcionando y no se puede apagar, por lo que el sonido no se puede eliminar.»

«酒店整體還是不錯的，蠻乾淨的，也很舒適。離伊犁河很近，可以打車10分鐘去看日出。
地理位置確實一般，去機場和車站都要差不多半個小時。
和工作人員説了想要安靜一些的房間，但是最開始還是被安排了馬路邊。窗外一整個荒地也很壓抑。後來反覆和他們要求才換了位置。
所有電話會默認接到總枱，而不是前台。感覺總枱也挺無奈的。態度不錯，但是比如外賣進度，他們也不清楚，幫不上忙。»
