I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

IIlia(伊莱）¡Bueno, en primer lugar, este es un lugar realmente maravilloso!
El hotel es muy nuevo y temprano, tiene un gran lugar para caminar (lo llaman el jardín de meditación). Las habitaciones son grandes y acogedoras y muy elegantes. También hay una primavera caliente, pero no me fui, porque fuimos a Yushui primavera caliente.
El desayuno es bueno. Es tipo de buffet con la mayoría de platos chinos, pero también tiene comida occidental. Para los niños también tienen playground con piscina de pelota.
La ubicación es un poco lejos de la selva de bambú y de la primavera caliente de yushui (es decir, lejos de caminar).

AAlwaysBeBirdinThe staff were extremely pleasant and quick to offer help when needed. Our room had a private hot tub which was excellent however it wasn’t set up beforehand so we had to coordinate them coming in to do so. Easy enough but I was slightly bother by them not taking off or covering their shoes while walking around our room. The public baths were absolutely lovely, biking the lake is wonderful, overall fully recommend for a quick get away.

Desde que no hablamos chino, su ayuda era absolutamente invaluable, desde el ingreso a la tramitación de cualquier solicitud. Gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron totalmente libres de estrés y muy cómodas.
El hotel también fue maravilloso, con habitaciones confortables y una ubicación excelente, pero fue la atención y el profesionalismo del asistente que realmente hizo nuestra estadía especial.
No hay comida occidental en el desayuno, principalmente comida local.

Rrjr1981可以説是一次很多驚喜的旅程。預訂了週末2晚的涵田，想寫一樣去天目湖留又增加了御水的行程，森酒店就在御水的主樓邊上，Loft的房型非常大，上面的榻榻米不誇張得説可以睡下10個人，御水温泉的服務真的是沒得説，温泉全程到處都能見到服務人員，會不厭其煩得幫你把鞋子從下温泉的方向翻轉成出温泉的方向，第一次碰到那麼貼心的服務，雖然衹是一個小小的動作，就可以反應出五星級酒店在軟件上的獨特之處，温泉的水温和水質也非常好，一直能看到有工作人員在拿測温棒測量，特別感謝管家王勤芳全程的耐心服務，第二天還特別送了小點心和溧陽白茶，晚上還有發消息問候平安到家，明年應該還會再來，忘記説了，餐廳的雞湯美味

UUsuario anónimoEl barrio es un refugio de la vida, la habitación es muy cómoda, el pequeño jardín es construido de manera delicada, hay una ruta de caminar a 100 metros de la puerta, la dificultad es moderada, pronto se puede entrar en el jardín de la selva y disfrutar de la naturaleza. El viaje debe conducir, o no es conveniente.

UUsuario invitadoFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

TTarnsA very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance.
Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).
