We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.

«Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions.
I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.

早餐竟然有三文魚！涼皮和蕨根粉也好吃，哈根達斯冰淇淋，奶皮子酸奶，麪條澆頭也好吃，飲食真的非常滿意！
恐龍園雖小，半小時逛完，但是很讓人驚喜的是，居然有放養的孔雀和小鹿，彷彿進入了野生動物園！羊駝也很親人，能夠近距離接觸動物小朋友真的很開心！
懸崖温泉的無邊泳池風景超絕，推薦傍晚去，可以看到絕美落日！
庭院私湯體驗也非常好，彷彿在京都。
管家周麗華從訂房後就全程在線，響應積極，專業又周到！
衹能説一分錢一分貨，這家酒店真的做到了拎包入住！提供了非常多的便利，讓我有回家的感覺。
另外提一點建議:如果酒店想往親子方面發展，需要提供小童樓梯和漱口杯，增加小童洗漱便利度。懸崖温泉更衣室也需要提供小童拖鞋。»

AAlwaysBeBirdinThe staff were extremely pleasant and quick to offer help when needed. Our room had a private hot tub which was excellent however it wasn’t set up beforehand so we had to coordinate them coming in to do so. Easy enough but I was slightly bother by them not taking off or covering their shoes while walking around our room. The public baths were absolutely lovely, biking the lake is wonderful, overall fully recommend for a quick get away.

UUsuario invitado🔆 Perfecto período de cinco vacaciones. Hasta que no viniera, había preocupación de que el precio de las cinco fuera tan caro, no podía esperar. Al llegar al hall del hotel comenzar, eliminar mis dudas, traer a nuestra familia a la habitación, el paisaje en el camino me ha permitido tranquilizar. Vivir dos días y sentirme:
1. Medio ambiente hermoso, Berlín 🎍🎍🎍 rodeado de rodeos, abrir el balcón sin rodeos, el paisaje de la bodega, el viento y el sonido de los pájaros
2. Las instalaciones están completas, arriba y abajo, la sala es lo suficientemente grande, la habitación también es muy cómoda, varios baños y baños
El caliente y privado en el balcón también puede ver el panorama de la montaña.
4. El desayuno es rico, los alimentos son frescos, el sabor múltiple, el fruto fresco es especialmente bueno y bebido, y los pequeños preparados son muy deliciosos

2. Se recomienda colocar el helado en el frigorífico, preparar el helado antes de que pueda beber vino blanco en verano
También puede aumentar el servicio de comidas
4. Si es conveniente, el cliente del hotel ha pagado ocho descuentos por el proyecto, más perfumado
