«My stay at this hotel was excellent. The ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort were all top tier, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The reception area is beautifully designed, and the view from the upper floors, especially the breakfast area, was a highlight.
The location is very convenient, with street food, small shops, and cafés within walking distance. There is even a Luckin Coffee right next to the hotel, plus a small shop attached, which made things very easy.
The staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
The food was good, but I would have appreciated a bit more Western variety to make the experience even better.

«Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI.»

UUsuario invitadoPara ver VAC, el hotel está frente al parque Luogang. Es muy conveniente caminar y hay muchos lugares para pasar el rato y comer. El hotel es muy nuevo y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es bastante satisfactorio solo para ver el espectáculo, pero los alrededores aún no se han desarrollado, no hay muchas otras tiendas y la comida para llevar está relativamente lejos.
El check-in es muy rápido, solo 1 minuto como máximo. La señora de la recepción preparó cuidadosamente souvenirs, una pequeña bolsa de fruta y una caja de macarons. Las instalaciones del hotel son todo lo que necesito cuando viajo en negocios, y el personal del hotel es respetado y comprendido por mi horario de trabajo, ayudando con cualquier petición que tenga, incluyendo ayuda con lavandería si estoy ocupado. El personal responde rápidamente y positivamente a cualquier preocupación o ayuda que se necesite, y nada es demasiado para ellos.
El café está bien preparado y servido en el lobby que ayuda a comenzar mi día, y la selección de desayuno es buena y organizada.

I arrived in Hefei at night, impressed by China’s almost legendary punctuality — something my own country once specialised in, long ago. The airport shuttle glided through wide, perfectly straight roads lined with glowing skyscrapers. A good start.
Then I reached Hefei South Station, opened Trip.com, and was told: “Your hotel is right here.”
Technically true — but only if you know it’s directly underneath your feet.
After wandering around the huge empty square, a very kind police officer rescued me, pointed to a lonely elevator in the middle of the plaza (it looked more like modern art than an entrance), and down I went into the hidden world below.
The hotel is built inside the station itself — small clusters of rooms tucked between luggage areas and service corridors. From reception to my room it was about 300 metres of underground sightseeing. My VIBRAM-soled hiking boots even stuck to the floor at first (someone must have spilled a bottle of very enthusiastic orange soda), but the cleaning staff fixed everything with great care and many smiles.
Breakfast was the most unforgettable part: served inside a convenience store full of police officers and station staff queueing for their morning noodles. No English menu, lots of friendly confusion, and eventually I received three cold eggs and a massive seaweed-wrapped rice block the size of two fists. I decided to spare myself — life is too short for certain experiments — and found a latte upstairs instead.

UUsuario invitadoWow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare.
Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months.
There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes.
I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

Llegamos alrededor de 10.30pm a la noche. Estaba lloviendo mucho y nuestro taxista no pudo encontrar la entrada. Era lo suficientemente agradable para hacer una segunda ronda de la zona, pero todavía no lo puede encontrar. De mapa, básicamente estabamos casi allí. Al final nos dejó en la carretera con nuestras maletas bajo la lluvia pesada.
El apartamento no es tan esperado como las fotos que se muestran en trip.com.
El propietario pone las hojas de cama y toallas en el balcón. El árbol de palma se secó. La tapa de acero inoxidable como la cubierta de cenizas en el suelo (el tablero de vinilo se quemó).
No hay herramientas de cocina. No hay forro ni cuchillo. Tenemos 2 pares de colchones de desmontable. Aunque tienen cocina, un refrigerador y un bañera de lavado.
El baño es pequeño y espera que todo se moja dentro.
La cama no es cómoda.
Hay incluso un cigarrillo en una de las habitaciones.

Pero la ubicación está justo al lado del Centro de Convenciones Baihu.
