«My stay at this hotel was excellent. The ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort were all top tier, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The reception area is beautifully designed, and the view from the upper floors, especially the breakfast area, was a highlight.
The location is very convenient, with street food, small shops, and cafés within walking distance. There is even a Luckin Coffee right next to the hotel, plus a small shop attached, which made things very easy.
The staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
The food was good, but I would have appreciated a bit more Western variety to make the experience even better.
Overall, this is definitely a do-over for me. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.»

«這次入住合肥濱湖富貿大飯店真的挺驚喜的，必須好好誇誇！
先説位置，離濱湖這邊的景點和地鐵口都不遠，出行特別方便，周邊吃飯、逛街的地方也多，晚上溜達着就能去湖邊吹吹風，體驗感拉滿。
房間更是沒話説，一進去就覺得特乾淨，床品軟乎乎的，睡得特別舒服，晚上特別安靜，完全沒被打擾。設施也都挺新的，空調、熱水啥的用着都順手，連衞生間都收拾得乾乾淨淨，一點異味都沒有。
服務也得重點表揚！前台小姐姐小哥哥態度特別好，辦理入住超快，還主動提醒了停車場的位置，怕我們找不着。住的時候有次想借個充電器，客房服務很快就送來了，全程笑臉相迎，感覺特別親切。
最後説説早餐，其實味道是真不錯，粥熬得糯糯的，包子和小菜也挺合胃口，食材看着都挺新鮮。就是品類確實稍微少了一點點，要是能多幾種主食或者水果就更完美啦～
總的來説，這次入住體驗特別棒，性價比很高，下次來濱湖肯定還選這兒，強烈推薦給大家！»

«我來認真做個點評，因為特別滿意！五一期間帶女兒和同學來玩葫蘆果音樂節，為方便就訂了2晚2間私享套房。房間很大很新很智能，有獨立化粧台和衣帽間，早上美美化個粧也不會影響老公睡覺，住着特別舒心。酒店服務很好，每天贈送樓下星巴克一人一杯飲料，去音樂節入口2公里，可以電瓶車送，晚上10點結束還有指定地點接回酒店，很貼心很省心。兩個女孩子自己去音樂節，10點半回酒店也是妥妥放心。周邊環境很好，走兩步就是綠化草坪和原來的機場跑道，清晨走路鍛鍊很棒。走5分鐘就有美食街，人潮擁擠、鬧中取靜。附近的肥肥龍蝦很好吃，連着兩天一天外賣一天堂食，很快樂！要説有啥還可以改進的，洗澡的熱水可以再大點，壓力大些就好了，另外早餐要外加油哦！»

UUsuario invitadoPor primera vez, hay muchas preguntas sobre la reserva de la estación de base una semana antes, el personal de servicio al cliente responde con cuidado y la actitud del servicio es buena.
También hay guías de personal para entrar y llevarse el equipaje. Durante el período de estancia, los problemas se resuelven rápidamente y se siente bien en general.
El cuarto, es un cuarto sin fumar según se requiere, el aislamiento de sonido también es bueno, la noche en general es muy tranquilo y muy satisfecho.

Llzi0413La experiencia de estadía en general es muy satisfactoria, el entorno del hotel es elegante y tranquilo, el ambiente es avanzado y cálido. La habitación de la tía de la habitación está guapa y limpia, la cama es suave y la piel perezosa, el cuarto es excelente, la noche está tranquila y cómoda, y el descanso es especialmente bueno. Las instalaciones interiores están perfectas, aire acondicionado, lavandería, la red son todas estables y secadoras y se separan el diseño limpio de higiene. El pequeño problema de la pantalla de la pantalla también se resuelve inmediatamente. El servicio de recepción es profesionalmente intimidad, el funcionamiento es eficiente y rentable, la actitud del servicio al cliente es muy buena, vale la pena recomendarlo! UUsuario invitadoWow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

Déjame decirte el punto primero. ¡Los amigos que necesitan pedir comida para llevar no necesitan considerar este hotel!
Porque el hotel no tiene un robot de reparto de comida, y no envía a un repartidor de comida al piso de arriba. Debes esperar el ascensor desde el piso 30 de uno de los edificios laberínticos A o B del hotel para bajar al mostrador de comida para llevar en el primer piso para recoger tu comida, y esto tendrá como consecuencia directa que el repartidor deje la comida y se vaya sin avisarte.
En segundo lugar, los amigos a quienes les gusta la tranquilidad no necesitan considerar este hotel. Porque este hotel es más como un edificio de oficinas con los bloques A y B. Estaba lleno de gente y era ruidoso y tuve que esperar diez minutos por cada ascensor.
Nunca he visto un hotel que pueda realizar cinco o seis **actividades** en el mismo día (las imágenes hablan más que las palabras), con todo tipo de gente allí, desde tíos con uniformes de baloncesto, ruidosos trabajadores de oficina, hasta *********** salvajes esperando a los huéspedes abajo.
En tercer lugar, el desayuno fue la gota que colmó el vaso para mí. El número de personas que asistieron al desayuno superó claramente el límite de capacidad. Esperé más de diez minutos para subir y salir del ascensor, que estaba lleno de gente. Los huevos para el desayuno siempre están vacíos y no rellenos. Nunca hay café.
Si los hoteles se centran en ganar dinero gracias a sus socios para conferencias, será injusto para los usuarios de Ctrip que buscan una experiencia de consumo.
En cuarto lugar, la parte buena es que las instalaciones de las habitaciones del hotel son bastante buenas, con bañera, nevera, y están todas limpias.
Pero si reserva este hotel por más de 324 yuanes, ¡felicitaciones al Hefei Fengda Hotel!
