«Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes.
Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff!
Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!»

«My stay at this hotel was excellent. The ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort were all top tier, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The reception area is beautifully designed, and the view from the upper floors, especially the breakfast area, was a highlight.
The location is very convenient, with street food, small shops, and cafés within walking distance. There is even a Luckin Coffee right next to the hotel, plus a small shop attached, which made things very easy.
The staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
The food was good, but I would have appreciated a bit more Western variety to make the experience even better.
Overall, this is definitely a do-over for me. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.»

«Mi primera vez en Hefei, elegí el Langham y superó mis expectativas. Primero, el servicio fue excelente. La recepción fue profesional y el servicio de mayordomo personalizado fue muy atento. No tuve que preocuparme por nada. Mención especial a Jane. El hotel es limpio, cómodo y moderno, y el personal fue caliente y útil durante mi estancia. Mi primera habitación era un poco demasiado caliente debido al calefacción central, y una mujer en la mesa delantera, conocida como “Es oval”, fue arriba y más allá, ayudandome a moverme al otro lado del edificio y incluso me rehabilitando de una habitación de vista al lago a una suite, La habitación era tranquila, espacial y muy cómoda. Me gustaría volver y recomendar este hotel a cualquiera que visite la zona.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

sunfour根據酒店名稱發音，推測應該是德國酒店品牌。部分骨幹員工服務印象深了。中餐廳負責人熱情專業，在我們等菜間隙指引帶路，趕在落日前欣賞了園區景色。
但年輕的服務人員專業性會弱一些。提前幾個小時電話溝通，表示需要幾間房儘量在一起。工作人員電話中告知為了滿足房間靠近，建議我們全部定園景房。定好到店以後，又臨時告知選定房型不好安排靠近，將我們預訂好的兩個大床房一個雙床房，擅自改成了三個雙床房，衹不過樓層更高。因床型完全不合適，遂拒絕。
好在大堂負責人經驗豐富，態度很好，提供備選方案。最終安排在高層朝外位置，雖然巢湖也是一丁點看不見，而且還靠近一條路，但3間房能夠挨在一起了。
建議攜程頁面上的房型名稱，以及窗外實景更新精準，湖景是指園區內湖還是巢湖也備註清楚，同時加強年輕員工培訓，避免預訂訊息錯位，導致沒住到最佳位置，本身我們對價格不敏感，貴點也無所謂，衹想住得舒心和靠近一點，不知道為什麼老是推薦邊邊角角的房源。
酒店整體空間尺度和佈局還是蠻喜歡的，也有水果和小點心贈送。早餐在第一波享用，舒適度也很不錯。

La experiencia global de este hotel es extraordinaria, la ubicación es muy excelente, el viaje es muy conveniente y la calle es muy cómoda. El entorno del hotel es tranquilo y cómodo. Las instalaciones internas de la habitación están completas, decoradas y elegantes, la luz y el espacio son muy buenos. El servicio del personal de piso es entusiasta y cuidadoso, responde con intimidad y confort durante todo el proceso, es muy costoso y la próxima vez que se quede aquí, también se optará por ello.
La única deficiencia es que el personal de la recepción del hotel es muy malo. No hay cabeza para salir. La conciencia del servicio debe mejorarse, no hay buenas condiciones para el alojamiento y la salida.

The service offered by the hotel staff was very professional and pleasing. They greeted me with big smiles and were enthusiastic to welcome me. The hotel is conveniently located, with some recommended attractions and shopping malls in close proximity. The food and drinks were amazing and delicious, with a wide variety of options available, and the room was super comfy and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back again!

They had bikes to ride, the breakfast was good. Room service/ dinner had limited choices.
On trip.com it staid that the pool would be open, so we packed swimsuit and swimcaps but their pool had no water in it.
Near the hotel ther are trails to walk around, some people swim in chaohu lake and some people go fishing there. There are some nice cave tours nearby.
except the cave tours , there is not a lot to do near the hotel. The area seems like it is abandoned and few restaurants or places near it. It is good area to go for walks along the lake or cave tours nearby... The hotel is big and has a lot to look arond and free bikes to ride around.

Lives out of a suitcase.
Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet.
Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive.
Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.
