«Este es el hotel de cuatro estrellas más decepcionante en el que me he alojado; más bien parece un hotel de tres estrellas. No me creí las reseñas que decían que el servicio era malo. «¡Excelente relación calidad-precio! Por este precio, un hotel con tan buena limpieza y ambiente es una ganga. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren de alta velocidad, ¡a solo 7-8 minutos a pie! El personal de recepción fue amable y siempre me recibió con una sonrisa. La ropa de cama era muy cómoda, las almohadas tenían la firmeza perfecta y la insonorización era excelente, así que dormí profundamente hasta que me desperté de forma natural. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed.

«We chose this hotel instead inside the miao village because accessibility ( guess its suited for the elders or tour groups) because we dont have to walk-up steps with the other hotels inside the village but I heard reviews the staff of the other hotels inside village will come pick you up and help you with luggage, anyway the impression of the hotel is very big, as with the rooms, Room is clean and the bed is comfortable, Water is quite strong in shower, Breakfast area is very big, the food is so so, due lots of dishes not hot enough, its cold may be the warmers the lids not closed, Overall its pleasant stay.»

UUsuario invitadoI would highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful experience of Miao culture and village life. Particularly compared to nearby Langde village, this village (Nanhua village) is much less commercialised with friendly locals and relaxing scenery. The bedroom was very comfortable, although I will note that the toilet was a squat toilet (not an issue for me but maybe for others).
The boss was very enthusiastic and helped me organise transport around the area as I didn't have a car, and I was even able to share a homecooked meal with his family and some locals.

酒店可以免費寄存行李，我們去鎮遠兩天行李寄存酒店還都綁上卡片，非常細心，總之我們住了四個晚上感覺非常舒服

Xiao Li, de recepción, fue increíblemente amable y eficiente, me recibió con una sonrisa en todo momento e incluso me ofreció consejos útiles sobre pequeños detalles de la habitación. La habitación que reservé era espaciosa y luminosa, con una distribución perfecta que me hizo sentir completamente cómoda. Las comodidades eran impecables: la ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, el agua caliente del baño siempre era buena e incluso el wifi funcionaba de maravilla. La ubicación es muy práctica, con una calle de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia justo abajo, lo que facilita encontrar comida y entretenimiento. Me preocupaba que mi primera estancia fuera decepcionante, ¡pero la experiencia fue absolutamente fantástica! Ahora está en mi lista de hoteles imprescindibles, ¡y sin duda lo elegiré de nuevo la próxima vez!

La habitación está limpia hasta que no se puede elegir el problema, desde la luz de la cabeza de la cama hasta los detalles de la guardería, se puede ver el corazón del hotel. La última cosa es esta vista, levantarse por la mañana para abrir las ventanas, el panorama de la montaña y el panorama de la ciudad, y tomar unas fotos enormes. La ubicación es también muy conveniente, no está lejos de la tienda, es muy conveniente viajar a comer, el servicio de la recepción de la pequeña tienda está entusiasta, fortemente recomendado!

酒店內部裝修温馨舒適，採用現代簡約風格，配色柔和，讓人感覺很放鬆。房間寬敞明亮，採光很好，傢俱擺放合理，不會顯得擁擠。衞生打掃徹底，每個角落都很乾凈，完全沒有異味。床品柔軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭高度剛好，一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，熱水充足，水壓穩定，洗漱用品品質不錯，用起來很舒服。
早餐是自助形式，中西式都有，種類豐富，每天還有不同的特色菜品。中式的粥品、包子、麪條都很地道，西式的麪包、培根、煎蛋也很正宗。水果新鮮，果汁現榨，咖啡很好喝，是現磨的，還可以自己調整濃度。服務人員會主動詢問需求，及時補充食物，收盤也很快。
服務熱情周到，有問必答。前台接待專業高效，辦理入住退房都很快，還會詳細介紹酒店設施和周邊景點。客房服務響應及時，有什麼需求很快就能解決。餐廳和大堂的服務人員都很有禮貌，會主動打招呼，讓人感覺很親切。
特別喜歡酒店的花園，晚上可以在那裡喝茶聊天。花園佈置得很精緻，有各種綠植和花卉，還有休閑座椅和遮陽傘。酒店還提供下午茶服務，可以在花園裡享用精緻的點心和茶水。游泳池水質清澈，旁邊有躺椅，可以一邊曬太陽一邊看書。健身房設備齊全，雖然不大但夠用。

Ттаня черноваСпасибо большое персоналу и англоговорящей девушке с ресепшн за заботу и внимание! Отель чудесный, кондиционер хорошо работает, напор воды хороший, рядом остановка автобусов 5, 18 и 28. С жд станции Кайлинань удобно добираться на 28, но до остановки надо немного пройтись, зато останавливается прям рядом с отелем. 5 и 18 идут в центр. Напротив отеля симпатичный парк с этническими товарами и ночью прекрасный вид на светящиеся крыши.
Номер уютный, чистый и все необходимое предоставляется.
