Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people.
They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed.
If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10.
Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown.»

«Excellent location.Good service.Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel Provide luggage storage. Stored Luggage was just left beside the reception counter. We had an unfortunate incident. Our luggage bag lock was working perfectly fine before we left but when we returned to claim the bags, we could not open the lock with our secure code. The manager did try to help but sadly it was not successful. This is a traveller's nightmare.»

The host was incredibly welcoming and generous with his time. He shared a lot about Miao culture and traditions, and took us around the village to show us where he grew up and where he and his family live.
He kindly helped us with transportation to the station, and his brother prepared a delicious dinner made from locally grown ingredients. The accommodation itself is comfortable, clean, and has attention to details. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of hills and fields, it felt both peaceful and authentic. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this wonderful place!

1. Ubicación privilegiada: Situado justo al lado de la estación de tren de alta velocidad Kaili Sur, el servicio de consigna de equipaje es muy práctico. Además, está cerca de atracciones como el Mercado del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial y el casco antiguo de Xiasi, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y cafeterías en las inmediaciones. Es un refugio tranquilo y elegante lejos del bullicio del centro de la ciudad.
2. Servicio excepcional: Al bajar del tren de alta velocidad, el servicio de atención al cliente se puso en contacto con nosotros de inmediato, encontrándonos sin problemas a pesar del tráfico. El joven nos ayudó con entusiasmo con nuestro equipaje e incluso nos recordó amablemente que podíamos regatear en el tren, recomendándonos buenos lugares para tomar algo y divertirnos. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente: después de visitar el Mercado del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial, dejamos nuestra maleta en una cafetería, pero ya estábamos en la aldea Miao y no pudimos regresar enseguida. No pudimos contactar al propietario por teléfono, así que le pedimos a la amable señora de Leli que lo recuperara por nosotros. ¡Estamos increíblemente agradecidos! Nos hizo sentir profundamente la amabilidad, la sencillez y la calidez de la gente de Kaili. ¡Y el excelente servicio de Leli Guesthouse! 3. Ventajas ambientales: Leli presume de un diseño elegante, con una paleta de colores suaves, un ambiente cálido, una sala de estar hundida, tarjeteros y decoración de estilo Miao, y un agradable aroma en el aire; todo refleja el excelente gusto del propietario. AAmos B G LimWe booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay.
The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes.
The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars.
What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest.

The Supervisor chatted with us making us so welcomed while her staffs were busy registering us. The cleansing staff greeted us when they saw us walking to our room. The hotel is super clean and looks classy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. We regret that we had only two days stay in Kaili. We checked out with poignancy. This beautiful hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to this unforgettable Hotel again the next time we visit Kaili.

LLisa P BI felt so welcomed and comfortable at this boutique hotel in ancient Xaisi. I understood that this hotel was in an older part of Kaili. On further exploration I found it to be in an extremely historic an ancient village of Xiasi that spanned many dynasties. Within walking distance to can find architecture that represents Qing and other dynasties . Xiasi’s streets reveal layers of history where Han, Miao, and merchant cultures converge. Stone streets, wooden covered bridges, decorated eaves, bell towers, and imperial and domestic courtyards reflect exquisite craftsmanship. My room overlooked the Qingjiang River. It was beautiful appointments with indigo fabric details. I especially liked the Chinese red chair. My room also have a spacious balcony. The owner took care of me like I was her daughter. It was so sweet. The central courtyard of the hotel is a lush garden. I loved exploring Xiasi during the quiet off-season. Its enchanting alleyways and ancient architecture is extraordinary. It’s especially romantic as evenings falls and this historic village is lit by red lanterns. I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning.

Mum and I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has brand new rooms and facilities, and is clean. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Especially the front desk team. I don’t remember all of them, but team member number 26 was always smiley (they all referred to themselves in numbers, interesting practice).
The hotel location is between the city centre and the train station, close to the local art and crafts market (within walking distance).
Highly recommended activity is to visit Xia Si old town, where you can experience traditional clothes dying and painting technics that’s special to ethnic communities in Kaili.

This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on.
My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.
