«Estuve mucho tiempo eligiendo un hotel para Jiuzhaigou. Temía que si estaba lejos sería difícil conseguir un taxi, y los que estaban cerca eran caros. Cancelé uno a última hora que decía estar a 500 metros de la entrada del valle y cambié a este, que está aún más cerca. Aunque las valoraciones no eran muy altas, resultó ser mejor de lo que esperaba.
1. Está bastante cerca de la entrada del valle, justo al lado de un KFC (que no sirve desayunos). Aunque el hotel no ofrece desayuno, los restaurantes de la planta baja sí lo hacen, y justo en la entrada hay un local de Yuanji Yundiao (dumplings).
2. La habitación es bastante espaciosa y se ve razonablemente limpia.
3. Algunas reseñas de habitaciones con ventana mencionaban el ruido, lo cual es inevitable ya que hay restaurantes y negocios en la planta baja que operan desde temprano hasta tarde. Sin embargo, a medianoche es bastante tranquilo.

«¡La mejor decisión al reservar este alojamiento! Rara vez escribo reseñas sobre mis reservas de hotel, pero este sin duda merece una excelente reseña. El servicio fue excelente y se adaptaron a nuestras peticiones. Llegamos por la noche y el alojamiento incluso organizó un mini seminario para explicarnos cómo movernos por JZG Jingqu de la mejor manera posible. Fue muy útil, ya que llegamos a Jiuzhaigou sin mucha planificación y sin saber qué esperar. Antes de la estancia, también nos ayudaron a organizar el transporte desde la estación de tren hasta el alojamiento; estábamos muy tranquilos de estar en buenas manos. «A well-run inn. The location is excellent — very close to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which saved us a lot of time. We enjoyed a nice mountain view from the room. The room was clean, and the bathroom features a well-designed dry-wet separation.
The breakfast was also good. What made the stay even better: free freshly ground coffee and a ******* costume experience (great for photos!). The staff were warm and attentive, with service on point.
Overall, you really get what you pay for — a solid, reliable choice for visiting Jiuzhaigou.»

«Este fue el hotel más satisfactorio en el que me alojé durante mi viaje a Sichuan, principalmente por las siguientes razones:
1. Transporte: El hotel se encuentra a 2 km del Área Escénica de Jiuzhaigou, a poca distancia a pie o en el autobús lanzadera del hotel (5 yuanes por persona hasta la entrada del área escénica); está a 500 m de la estación de autobuses del tren de alta velocidad, lo que facilita el acceso a Huanglong y a la estación del tren.

«Mi reciente viaje a Jiuzhaigou fue una aventura familiar inolvidable. Salimos temprano por la mañana, ansiosos por explorar los impresionantes paisajes por los que este sitio, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, es famoso. Nuestra primera parada fue el impresionante Changhai (长海), que me dejó sin aliento. Los colores vibrantes y la atmósfera serena lo convirtieron en el punto culminante de nuestra visita.
Tras deleitarnos con la belleza de Changhai, seguimos las indicaciones y nos aventuramos a descubrir más rincones pintorescos. Cada nueva vista era más magnífica que la anterior, mostrando las características únicas de la belleza natural de Jiuzhaigou.
Alrededor de las 10:30, nos dirigimos al centro del parque, donde encontramos una gran variedad de opciones gastronómicas. La comida era deliciosa y para todos los gustos. Decidí probar unas empanadillas chinas, que estaban riquísimas y fueron la manera perfecta de reponer energías para el resto de nuestra exploración.
Al mediodía, tomamos un autobús hacia el otro lado del parque, que era igualmente encantador, repleto de hermosos paisajes y tranquilos lagos para admirar.
Terminamos el día regresando a la entrada de Jiuzhaigou alrededor de las 4 de la tarde. ZZuguoyiduohuaReservé este B&B un poco a ciegas, sin saber qué esperar, ¡pero resultó ser increíblemente bueno! Para empezar, es un hotel nuevecito, inaugurado en mayo de 2026. Además, a pesar de su reciente apertura, el servicio es impecable. El encargado, un chico joven, incluso ayudó a mis amigas a sacar fotos geniales bajo la lluvia. El conductor, un señor muy amable, no se cansó de llevarnos una y otra vez entre el hotel, las atracciones y el pueblo, y siempre nos recomendaba los mejores sitios para comer, preocupado de que mis amigas y yo no tuviéramos una mala experiencia. La chica de recepción también fue muy atenta, y la cocinera nos preguntaba constantemente si teníamos suficiente comida. Aunque nuestro objetivo principal era visitar el Valle de Jiuzhaigou, este B&B sin duda nos dejó una impresión profunda e inolvidable, poniendo el broche de oro a nuestro viaje. WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

UUsuario anónimoVery modern furnishings with good amenities. They have a free laundry and dryer with detergent for guests. The snacks provided in the room are free as well. There is an entire list of extra stuff you can request for... even eyebrow pencil. The breakfast reminds me of muji lunch set which is very nicely laid out and healthy. The staff are very hospitable and helped us arranged for horse riding and the ride back. They also went the extra mile to get us superglue when our shoes were giving way. They packed breakfast for us as we needed to catch an early train. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and it is short distance to the entrance of jiuzhaigou park.

Tengo 1 punto para la mejora que es el desayuno. Para 5 hoteles de resorts de comienzos como Hilton las opciones fueron bastante limitadas. Para la parte de huevos sólo había lado sol. No hay opción para omeletas o incluso huevos abrasados. Para la sección de las verduras también, muy dulce. Ni siquiera cacahuetes ni tomates. Esta es la cosa más básica en mi opinión para un hotel de resort de este nivel. Después de pedir al director del restaurante para un poco de camarones y tomates, me trajeron una buena placa, pero creo que esto no debería pedirse, debería estar disponible para todos.

UUsuario invitadoI am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had.
Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare.
We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit.
All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes.
During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water.
They also provided very good and complete amenities.
On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable.
They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures.
They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time.
The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese.
They also gave us a late check out at 3pm
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou.
The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all.
I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay.

The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay.
We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort.
A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing.

Como era temporada de lluvias, llegué en plena noche bajo un aguacero intenso con mis hijos, como si huyéramos de un desastre. El personal nos estaba esperando. El hotel está construido en la montaña y tiene una hermosa vista en comparación con otros hoteles. Ahora que has llegado a Jiuzhaigou, si no quieres quedarte en la habitación y quieres experimentar el contacto con la naturaleza, entonces esta es una muy buena opción.
He viajado a muchos lugares con mis hijos y me he alojado en varios hoteles. Este no es el hotel más lujoso, pero es un hotel que puede brindarle los recuerdos y sentimientos más únicos.

The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, features a bathtub and highland-specific moisturizing toiletries. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning ensures the room is warm and comfortable. The Tibetan-style decor is unique and distinctive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Legends Theater and the Food Street. It is within walking distance to the scenic areas and takes about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle service available from the high-speed rail station. The small housekeeping manager, Ge Sang, is attentive and considerate, and the facilities, including a hot spring and swimming pool, are incredibly relaxing. If I were to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose this place!
