«Instalaciones: El baño tiene un inodoro inteligente, pero el control remoto no funciona. No hay dónde poner toallas de papel. El suelo de la ducha es de madera y hay un olor muy desagradable después de abrir el agua. Sugiero que esto podría mejorarse. «Una cosa que decir es que la ubicación es muy buena. El único KFC está justo abajo. También hay algunos restaurantes. No está lejos del lugar pintoresco.

«Coming here in mid-winter is not really recommended. The hotel is dark (they do not turn on all the lights in the common area), and with extremely minimal staffing. The room is quite big but the heater is not strong enough so it remains quite cold. The breakfast has a lot of vegetables but nothing tastes good. Cigarette smells line the hallway but the room is ok (I had to change rooms as the first one they gave me was right in front of the cigarette bin and when I told them, the guy at the front desk scolded me for not raising this earlier - i had checked in earlier in the day and ran out almost immediately to make it to the Jiuzhaigou park in time, so did not realize, but he reluctantly did give me a new room and I had to move everything myself). The rooms are very dated and not well cleaned with dusty corners, many water marks on the chrome fixtures and rust as well. On the plus side they did give a snack basket everyday.»

1. Tomé un vuelo de China Eastern Airlines de Jeju a Shanghái y llegué a Chengdu a las 20:20.
- Pasé por inmigración sin problemas, pero perdí tiempo intentando recoger mi equipaje.
- El vehículo de recogida llegó al Hotel Internacional de Tianjin a las 9:30.
- No había dónde cenar, así que cené ramen.
- El hotel ofrecía un servicio de traslado a 简阳南站 por la mañana, así que llegué a la Estación Este de Chengdu en 20 minutos.
2. Me quedaba algo de tiempo en la Estación Este de Chengdu, así que almorcé una hamburguesa y un café en KFC.

5. Conociendo a la abuela Kang.
- La tarde del segundo día, tomé una taza de té con la abuela Lee.
- Mientras hablábamos, me encontré con la abuela Kang, que tiene el mismo apellido que yo.
- Tomamos una taza de té de Cordyceps sinensis y hablamos de varias cosas. Mi hijo mayor trabaja en la oficina de administración y el menor dirige un hotel, y se comunican en inglés. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel porque es económico y no es un hotel barato, pero definitivamente vale la pena.
6. El tercer día, tomé un autobús a la estación de tren de alta velocidad a las 6 de la mañana.
Tardé 2 horas en llegar a la estación.
El paisaje es tan hermoso que parece que estás paseando por las montañas suizas durante 2 horas.
Por eso no me aburrí.
Empezó a llover cuando llegué a la estación. Llevaba una parka ligera, pero tenía un poco de frío.
Escribo esto porque quería compartir mi experiencia sobre cosas que había recopilado antes de ir, pero que no me convencieron.

«Very good room, excellent service provided by the hotel staff, free shuttle to and from Jiuzhaigou scenic park, even when we faced issues such as no WeChat/no China number, the shuttle driver is still able to recognise us and bring us back to the hotel after our trip.
The room is warm and comfortable, the hotel provided free milk for us to drink with a welcome note.
When we are leaving, we did not book any shuttle bus service to Huanglongjiuzhai station as we didn’t know we had to do it 😂, the receptionist helped us with the booking! They were all so friendly, I would totally recommend this hotel to our friends and families visiting Jiuzhaigou.»

«Estuve mucho tiempo eligiendo un hotel para Jiuzhaigou. Temía que si estaba lejos sería difícil conseguir un taxi, y los que estaban cerca eran caros. Cancelé uno a última hora que decía estar a 500 metros de la entrada del valle y cambié a este, que está aún más cerca. Aunque las valoraciones no eran muy altas, resultó ser mejor de lo que esperaba.
1. Está bastante cerca de la entrada del valle, justo al lado de un KFC (que no sirve desayunos). Aunque el hotel no ofrece desayuno, los restaurantes de la planta baja sí lo hacen, y justo en la entrada hay un local de Yuanji Yundiao (dumplings).
2. La habitación es bastante espaciosa y se ve razonablemente limpia.
3. Algunas reseñas de habitaciones con ventana mencionaban el ruido, lo cual es inevitable ya que hay restaurantes y negocios en la planta baja que operan desde temprano hasta tarde. Sin embargo, a medianoche es bastante tranquilo.

«The hotel is only 7 min from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The staff was attentive, hospitable and always willing to answer any questions. The room was clean, exactly like the photos and had smart features. It was like going home after a long day of hiking. Special commendation to the drivers who drove us to and from the scenic area for 2 days. The breakfast was basic but enough to sustain our long hikes. The spread had warm noodles, porridge, tea leaves eggs, buns and freshly brewed coffee. The hotel was also near a restaurant with very delicious fresh yak hotpot (牦牛火锅)and local stir fry dishes.»

«We have very little expectations with this hotel. It turns out not bad. The building might look a bit dated but they seem to have refurbished the interiors. Convenient to get food and short distance (15min) walk to the entrance of JZG or DD for approx (10RMB). International fast food is around the corner. The staffs in the breakfast area were super helpful with the greatest smile ever. Well done. The lady in the reception should have learned from them.»

UUsuario anónimoBecause staying inside the Jiuzhaigou scenic area can be quite expensive due to high demand, we opted to stay in the nearby town instead—about a 30-minute drive away—and chose Ji Hotel.
When we arrived, I wasn’t feeling well due to period cramps, and one of the male staff noticed. He quickly brought hot water and checked in on me. That small gesture made me feel very cared for—I instantly had a good impression of their service.
The room we were assigned was surprisingly spacious—three of us could open our large suitcases at the same time and still move around comfortably. Cleanliness was great, I had no complaints. The only downside was the lighting in the room—not ideal for girls who need to do makeup, quite dim and yellowish.
They also have a self-service laundry room with detergent provided, completely free to use, which was super convenient for travellers.
As for breakfast, I didn’t have high expectations since many hotels in China tend to serve quite simple breakfast buffets. But Ji Hotel actually surprised us with a good variety of dishes—it genuinely felt worthy of the price. Also, there isn’t much around the hotel in terms of food, and hygiene can be a concern (we had dinner nearby and I ended up with diarrhoea 🥲). So honestly, I highly recommend eating the hotel breakfast, especially if you’re planning to walk several kilometres in the high-altitude scenic area. Good energy starts with a good breakfast!
Overall — very satisfied with the stay. Comfortable, convenient, good service, and great value for money. ✨

Such a cosy place with thoughtfully designed rooms. Heated floors were incredible during our winter stay. Shower was spacious with instant hot water and strong water pressure. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Short walk to a couple of restaurants and small supermarkets/mini mart. Free shuttle to the entrance of JZG. We also used their paid pick up/drop off service from the hsr station which was very convenient with a good safe driver and car. Felt very well taken care of at this accommodation. Recommended without hesitation for all travellers visiting JZG.

LLuckyLHYMi reciente viaje a Jiuzhaigou fue una aventura familiar inolvidable. Salimos temprano por la mañana, ansiosos por explorar los impresionantes paisajes por los que este sitio, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, es famoso. Nuestra primera parada fue el impresionante Changhai (长海), que me dejó sin aliento. Los colores vibrantes y la atmósfera serena lo convirtieron en el punto culminante de nuestra visita.
Tras deleitarnos con la belleza de Changhai, seguimos las indicaciones y nos aventuramos a descubrir más rincones pintorescos. Cada nueva vista era más magnífica que la anterior, mostrando las características únicas de la belleza natural de Jiuzhaigou.
Alrededor de las 10:30, nos dirigimos al centro del parque, donde encontramos una gran variedad de opciones gastronómicas. La comida era deliciosa y para todos los gustos. Decidí probar unas empanadillas chinas, que estaban riquísimas y fueron la manera perfecta de reponer energías para el resto de nuestra exploración.
Al mediodía, tomamos un autobús hacia el otro lado del parque, que era igualmente encantador, repleto de hermosos paisajes y tranquilos lagos para admirar.
Terminamos el día regresando a la entrada de Jiuzhaigou alrededor de las 4 de la tarde. En general, la experiencia fue increíble, combinando paisajes impresionantes con comida deliciosa y tiempo de calidad en familia. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar Jiuzhaigou a cualquiera que busque una escapada inolvidable!

What we don’t like:
- SMART control mulfuction - Xiao Du can’t open the curtains, only can close.
- Terrible view : face parking lot
- location too far from the main area where there is night market and restaurants
- free shuttle bus however we didn’t get the timing right so missed it by a few mins (it would help for hotel to post shuttle schedule on the reception do guests can note during check in as well at breakfast area).
- Disposable bath towels - they are basically a large kitchen paper towel. For the price we paid, we were shocked to receive paper linen. For ladies with long hair, impossible to dry off with this.
- Bathroom tissue very small roll
- Second night of the stay, they didn’t replenish the treats.
- Breakfast starts too late at 7am. This is a destination hotel. When you have tourists leaving early to start their tour in the area, this should be modified to 6:30 or 6:45am
- The so called “western breakfast” is skeleton: plain bread, steamed sweet potatoes, dry sugary cereal, oatmeal (have to cook it yourself in the microwave), fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, some small pieces of cakes, soy and dairy milk
- Someone possibly double dipped their spoon from dishing almond toppings into the dried banana topping. My son had an allergic reaction after a bite of his oatmeal with the dried banana topping. Our morning was ruined.

RRubyT.nzsgFlowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

UUsuario invitado1. Location was within walking distance from the Jiuzhaigou park. However, taxis cannot park at the street which it's located hence I had to walk a small distance.
2. The room is shared between eight bunks, rather than four bunks which was implied in the description.
3. In my original booking, i specified my preference for smoke-free room. Unfortunately, some of the bunk mates which I was sharing accomodation with smoked in the room and the whole room constantly smelled of smoke. It affected my sleep cycle and my health. I recalled the room had a non-smoking sign, but it was not strictly enforced by the hostel management.
4. The card for the personal locker did not work, and I had to constantly approach the front desk for assistance to unlock the locker.
5. Front desk staff was approachable and helped to boil water for me when I needed to top up by bottle.
6. One time toilerties such as toothbrush and paper towels are provided.
7. Cleaniness of bathroom can be further improved. Seems a bit dusty.. The lighting is also very odd and could the bathroom illuimination could be further optimized.
8. The major plus point is the complimentary breakfast, which has a wide variety of food including noodles, fried rice, youtiao, pastries, cakes, fruits, coffee machine, etc. This is considerably better than other hostels.

Hotel facilities: Clean rooms and bed. Overall hotel is clean. We took the family room which had a nice patio with seating area. Room was big and the floor was heated. The bunker bed was a little hard to sleep on though. Breakfast spread is good with hot foo (the usual porridge, noodles, soya, etc.).
Service: Very helpful owner with very good service. Helped with our enquiries during our stay and made sure we were comfortable.

JJinnawatThe first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean.
However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for?
The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible.
In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping.
The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack.
Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

BBarbellzThis hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.
