I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The value for money is excellent, considering the quality of the accommodations. It was very cold at night, but they thoughtfully turned on the room heater before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to my messages, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is a bit off the main road, but it’s not hard to find. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and great value!

We had a great stay at this hotel in Jiuzhaigou! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot tubs, which were perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was also fantastic—just a short distance from Jiuzhaigou National Park, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall.
The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well.
On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep

1) Para los viajeros jóvenes que buscan una experiencia de estancia en casa que se siente menos comercial pero es amigable y único, puedes reservar este hotel, y no lamentarás!
2) ¡Como esta es una estancia de casa amigable con animales, mis preocupaciones iniciales sobre la higiene y la limpieza se eliminaron inmediatamente después de entrar al lobby, no había olor extraño en el interior ni en las zonas alrededor del hotel, que fue una agradable sorpresa!
3) Desde el hotel está situado detrás de un restaurante y el camino a la entrada es una rampa. Puede informar al hotel sobre su hora de llegada a través de WeChat, y saldrán para ayudar con su equipaje cuando llegue. Buen servicio y amigable de hecho!
4) Señoría, para sus servicios y instalaciones:
a) Ellos estaban contentos de cambiar/actualizar mi habitación cuando les dije que reservaba el tipo equivocado. (Sólo cuando hay otras habitaciones disponibles)
b) Además de la calefacción de suelo, su asiento de baño también tiene una función de calefacción.
c) Ellos pueden reservar el tiempo de teatro de la tarde hasta que vuelva al hotel, pero deben notificarlos un día antes.
d) ¡Hay lavavajillas y secador disponibles!
¡Estas experiencias en general son demasiado buenas para que valiera mi tiempo para dar una larga revisión con fotos.

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur.
Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour.
If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

Booked 2 nites for their 3-bed room; very clean and nice room. Front desk lady was very helpful to help us book the Jiuzhaigou tickets and even helped us to pay the money first because we had issues with our credit card. Overall, very happy with the hotel and service.

La ubicación del hotel es realmente genial, salir de 9 picos, no puede volver a la habitación durante 2 minutos. AArchibaldEl hotel está a pocos minutos de la entrada principal, pero el alojamiento ofrece transporte gratuito a y desde la ubicación. La habitación era limpia, el hotel estaba preparado para nosotros y se convirtió en 2 gatos muy amables cuando se inició el check-in. La experiencia general fue mejor en el alojamiento y no puedo agradecerles lo suficiente.

First we want to give appreciation to Nick Pan (General Manager) for helping us arrange our transportation from/to the train station. Is very nice to get a quick response email with you sir, and also your English speaking ability is very assisting. Secondly to Mina (Front Office Manager, if we are not wrong) who guided us during our 4 days stay. Your information is very supportive of us. Last, to Bryan, who took a long way to pick up and send us from/to the train station. You have good driving skills and a good attitude. Btw, thanks for the hot coffee in the middle of this year's first snow in Jiuzhaigou. Also, thanks to all receptionist staff for upgrading our room to a very nice Suite room. Is not just a huge room, but also a luxury and comfortable room. This is our first time coming to Jiuzhaigou, and you all made it an extraordinary memory. The hotel itself is in a good location. Connection with food and shop complex area. Many restaurants around so that we can taste the delicious local food. The breakfast menu is also good enough with variant cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for our China trip in Jiuzhaigou. We will recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.

the owner was nice and showed us his ******* house. although they said it will include only 1free shuttle transfer, but they gave us free ride 6 times(only to the nearby location, within 5mins) !.
the wooden structure has a warmth feeling also smells excellent.
the outdoor sitting is also included in the hallway, dinner portion sssuppppeeer big. highly recommend the 耗牛stew, yuummmmuyyyyy

Hotel seems to be newly renovated or refurbished, staff shows a lot of enthusiasm in welcoming us and checking us in with warmth (despite the cold weather). Entire hotel and our rooms were very clean, love the spaciousness, and amenities it had. The laundry room was a very nice touch, leaving us so impressed! Highly recommended to anyone who plans to stay in Jiuzhaiguo!

UUsuario anónimoComo tenía que ir a Mizoguchi al día siguiente, elegí la ubicación cerca de Mizoguchi. La ubicación del hotel es realmente excelente. Está a diez minutos a pie de Mizoguchi. Los alrededores son muy convenientes. comida en la puerta, así como un supermercado. Hay muchas ollas de sopa de carne en la recepción. El servicio también es muy atento. Sin embargo, ayudé a pedir boletos para Qianguqing y pagué la tarifa de estacionamiento. WWeibaweiba777Quería acortar mi viaje de regreso al hotel que elegí para el viaje 544 del día siguiente. Recién inaugurado, la zona verde del exterior aún está en construcción. Las instalaciones de la habitación son relativamente nuevas y la higiene es buena. Los mayores de la familia dijeron que la ducha tiene gran cantidad de agua y es muy cómodo ducharse después de un día de natación. Anja en la recepción fue muy acogedora y tomó la iniciativa de mejorar la habitación. El servicio fue muy bueno. Cuando le pregunté a otro chico de la recepción cómo encontrar restaurantes cercanos, me lo explicó muy claramente. Después de decirlo de nuevo, se dio la vuelta y lo demostró una vez. Jaja, probablemente sé que algunas mujeres tardan en responder. hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha. Lo elogié en ese momento, fue muy cuidadoso. Al dejar su equipaje cuando sale, el personal también es muy proactivo a la hora de ayudarlo con su equipaje. como. Me quedaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga a Jiuzhaigou.

NNiniPEs muy bueno que la temporada esté en nueve años, y los amigos que todavía están esperando no duden. ¡Figura 4.4 La escena del día, hay sol, nieve, hielo, el viento y el viento caen todos los días!
La habitación está satisfecha, las tres hermanas de la recepción están bien, la habitación está tranquila y la vista está abierta.

DDalen YongHotel is in a good location near to the Jiuzhai Valley entrance (10min walk) with plenty of restaurants.
Attitude of receptionist is just so so at best without going to extra mile compared to my other better experiences. When I request for taxi service to the high speed train station, I was told flatly there is no such service provided by the hotel.
Main peeve is the toilet stinks of sewage.
