La mayoría de las ventajas del hotel son aspectos que otros apreciarían, como su ubicación, ambiente y servicio. Me gustaría destacar algunos beneficios más sutiles, como un completo set de productos de cuidado de la piel de alta calidad, pantuflas resistentes y cómodas en la habitación, servicio constante de comida y bebida, excelente insonorización y aire acondicionado regulable para una comodidad óptima. Antes de mi estancia, envié varios correos electrónicos al hotel para consultar y solicitar ayuda, y siempre respondieron con prontitud y resolvieron los problemas con eficiencia, demostrando un gran sentido de la responsabilidad. Estos pequeños detalles garantizaron mi satisfacción.

Location ~ very good Room Facilities ~ very good, the room that I booked has a washing machine. Room amenities ~ not that great. Basic amenities. Hotel facilities ~ no swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, but with public bath. Hotel policy ~ very rigid. Standard check in time is 3pm which is understandable. Arrived at 2.30pm asking to check in slightly earlier but was told cannot. Then I asked the standard check out time which is before 10am. I told them I need to catch early flight so not going to stay until 10am. With that, could I proceed to check in at 2.30pm but was told still cannot. Some other hotels that I stayed in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc. are very accommodating. Some hotels in Taiwan not allowed check in early but at least they will perform the check in process, only could collect key at 3pm. However this hotel just let the guests wait at the lobby without doing anything. Finally they opened the check in counter at 2.50pm. Breakfast served at 6.30am. Told them I need to rush to airport early morning, whether I could have my breakfast slightly earlier, or pack some food for me to go airport. Again policy and practice not allowed so. Just too rigid. Not flexible. Breakfast variety okay, but not very good or excellent Would I still return next time? No, I would rather try other hotels. With that, I won't return even though the location is good.

Even better, the hotel lobby offered additional, well-known brand skincare products (like facial wash, lotion) and more oral care items for guests to take as needed. This approach minimizes waste while catering to higher needs. 3. A Pleasant Surprise – In-Room Hair Straightener: Another delightful discovery! A hair straightener was already provided in the room. This was particularly appreciated, as many hotels only offer one upon request. As someone who really needs it to maintain smooth, sleek hair (even though the provided shampoo/conditioner were decent), this thoughtful inclusion saved me the hassle of asking and added a touch of convenience I truly valued. 4. No Smoke Smell Issue: Even though we stayed in a smoking room, there was absolutely no residual smoke smell. The air was fresh, showing the hotel's dedication to thorough cleaning and ventilation. 📍 Unbeatable Convenient Location The location is another major selling point, incredibly convenient whether for transportation or exploring the city on foot: · Transport Hub: Within walking distance to Hakata Station, and conveniently situated between two subway stations, making trips to the airport or other parts of Fukuoka very easy. · Culture & Shopping Paradise: · Within a 5-minute walk to Kushida Shrine, the Old Town Museum, and the Art Center, perfect for soaking in traditional culture. · Just a 15-minute walk to Canal City Hakata and the Naka River side, ideal for shopping, dining, and sightseeing all in one go. · Super Convenient for Daily Needs: There are two convenience stores right downstairs, perfect for grabbing drinks, snacks, or a late-night bite anytime. 🛎️ Service & Facility Details · Charging-Friendly: While the number of power outlets wasn't excessive, the room came equipped with a multi-purpose charging cable. This was a very considerate touch for modern travelers, providing a backup even if you forgot your adapter or a specific cable. · Peaceful Nights: The room had good sound insulation. We only heard an external vehicle (like an ambulance) once, so overall sleep quality was undisturbed. · TV & Entertainment: The channel selection was limited, but for guests focused on exploring the city, this wasn't an issue at all. · Breakfast is a Must-Try!: Highly recommend adding breakfast! The roasted beef bowl, seafood bowl, and Japanese curry were exceptionally delicious, exceeding the standard of typical hotel breakfasts. The most surprising part was that the breakfast buffet included unlimited wine, which is quite rare and made for a perfect start to the day.

La estación de Hakata está a unos 10 minutos a pie y Canal City está muy cerca. La ubicación era estupenda, ya que estaba cerca de la estación de tren Tenjin Minami. No hace falta decir que las aguas termales fueron las mejores. ¡El helado que comes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la noche y el yogur que bebes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la mañana también son geniales! También disfruté mucho el ramen con salsa de soja gratis. El desayuno también era bueno! ¡Era un lugar donde no faltaba nada!

The location was super convenient. Few minutes walk to Hakata stations. The washing machine in the room was the best thing we have decided. We managed to clean all our clothes before going home!!!

Room was cosy and had sufficient amenities! Staff was approachable as well. However, don’t think there’s much facilities at the hotel hehe which is fine. Room was clean overall, but we noticed when we requested for room cleaning, some of the spilt bath salt on the counter in the washroom was not cleaned up. But overall, great place to stay! About 15 mins walk away from the city centre, which is just about right after a full dinner 😋🌸

Location of this hotel is excellent! Extremely easy to find - exit from the Chikushi Gate (East) at JR Hakata station and walk about 5 mins to reach the hotel. There is also a bus stop just 100 meters away (1 min walk) that you can take from the airport to reach the hotel, or from the hotel to reach the airport. Room is clean and decent size. Love the bathroom and the standing shower which has a nice rain shower, handheld shower and jacuzzi style massage shower. There’s also a bathtub for those who like to take baths. Room amenities can be obtained at hotel lobby so there is little waste - just take what you need. There is also a coffee machine that is free at the lobby. There is a self-service washing machine and dryer at level 3, level 7 and level 11. There is also a Family Mart just infront of the hotel and also a Lawson just around the corner. Great for getting late night light snacks. Overall, an excellent hotel! Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the station, and there's a small park nearby. The room itself is quite spacious by Japanese standards, has everything you need, and is very clean. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection (they even have steak!). We really enjoyed it and will be back.

El personal fue increíblemente amable, la ubicación era excelente para ir de compras y era muy fácil acceder a cualquier lugar cercano. Durante mi estancia en la habitación con doble ventana, la vista era espectacular tanto de día como de noche.🥹 La habitación y el baño eran muy espaciosos, y la bañera era bastante profunda. Mido 170 cm, pero aún así tenía espacio de sobra para estirar las piernas. ¡Muy recomendable! Si tuviera que mencionar algún inconveniente, sinceramente, sería el aire acondicionado integrado debajo de la cama. No sé si fue por eso, pero había tanta humedad que la cama estaba muy mojada. Incluso después de cambiar las sábanas y el edredón, seguía húmeda. Además, había una lámpara de techo sobre el cabecero, y se veía que tenía tanto polvo acumulado que me resultaba bastante desagradable. Si no te importan esas cosas, ¡es el mejor hotel!✨

La habitación es bastante pequeña y es un poco difícil que dos personas abran sus maletas a la vez; tuvimos que turnarnos. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien. El desayuno era abundante y variado. Había visto reseñas que mencionaban ikura, pero no estaba disponible durante mi estancia, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante. Aun así, en general, quedé muy impresionado.
