The location of this hotel is excellent. Located right in the central area of Hakata. There is even direct access from the hotel to the Hakata subway station and from there, just a short subway ride to attractions and only 2 stops from the airport station. The breakfast standard was also good. The room while quite new, but was very small. Difficult to put luggage with any room to move around.

the hotel location is super super convenient, right next to the mtr akasaka station 1 minute walk. specially in fukuoka it made everything easy. room was consider roomy compared to the others and the bathroom is very nice too. Surrounding the hotel many restaurants and convenient stores so you can get walk you need within walking distance. however i found that the hotel staffs are kinda cold when they speak to the hotel guest (like robot). they just read you the rule and any request you made you will be like talking to the wall. they will tell you NO and read you the hotel policy. not so friendly to overseas guest in my opinion given that i spoke and ask them politely. i will book this hotel again for the location only but not for the hospitality.

Great location and very close to station. For road trip, you can easily find car parks nearby. Hotel is quite new and the staff is helpful with efficiency (p.s. I left the card key in my room and they instantly issued a new room key for me). Nice experience for this round and I will definitely select this hotel as my first prority mext time.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, ie near the JR Train Station. Everything works at the hotel. Only issue was not being able to park the car for 5 mins to unload luggage. Other than that everything else was good.

Hotel room size is decent for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Location is great, sub-way opposite the hotel. Very clean and staff is friendly. Near canal city mall. Public bath was great too.

Room is clean and room size is decent. Although the beds are comfortable, both I and my wife do not feel the pillows are not that comfortable. One big problem is that there is only a single switch controlling all lighting in the room including bathroom, corridor, sitting area and the lights over beds. Hence, if you want to go to toilet during the night, you have to switch on all the lights in the whole room. Location is okay which requires around 5 - 7 minutes walk from Hakata station. Quite a few coffee shops around the hotel that breakfast is available. Will I come to this hotel again? Probably not because I will choose to stay in Tenjin next time, not because of the hotel quality.

Croom hotel is a SUPERB 👍🏼hotel! The receptionists were accommodating and helpful, and the room itself was warm and cozy. All of the facilities in the room were kept very clean too. EXTREMELY good locations surrounded with cafe/24hr Aeo supermarket/convinient store/ few minutes walks to Kushida shrine/Canal city mall and many more!

A forest themed newly built hotel, every things well cleaned, very new and well designed. The rooms are big in Japanese standard, in which I mean you can easily open 2 large suit case and still manoeuvre around the room with ease. They offer multiple breakfast option, go for the buffet one, it’s better. They also give travellers tokens where it can be exchanged to drinks and snacks in the bar.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the onsen, it is very modern and I encourage everyone visiting this hotel to try it out, there is also a resting area outside the onsen where coffee and ice sticks are being offered.

UUsuario anónimoThe room we took was very big for Japan standards! Location is truly amazing! It is near all the shopping malls and the main Hakata Station. Food and restaurants can be found everywhere. There's the famous Ichira at Sun Plaza which is just next to the hotel. It's also within walking distance to several popular shrines and shopping malls. They have a laundry room on our floor. Not sure if available on every floor but we had it on our floor. They are very strict with what you throw away though. I think it's because they are usually the last stop for many travelers and alot of people throw away luggage, clothes etc and it makes it inconvenient for the hotel staff.

UUsuario invitadoBest hotel features are the convenient location, 24 hour great jazz music playing on the sound system throughout the hotel, and the onsen. Room is small but comfortable. Food in the restaurant was good quality. Housekeeping neglected to include a floor mat on 2 occasions when replacing towels. Laundry machine did not dry most of my clothes after 1 hour 20 minutes. Some silly hotel rules: Guest can not stay in room while cleaning is done; scissors borrowed from reception can not be brought to the room. Finally, staff ignorance about where to find a traditional gift in Fukuoka. Three receptionists did not know, one suggested Hakata old town. Not one gift shop in Hakata old town! All of them should know where to go. Finally, English language improvement with staff would be helpful. Hotel has international clientele, English is the international language.

올올리비아80La estación de Hakata está a unos 10 minutos a pie y Canal City está muy cerca. La ubicación era estupenda, ya que estaba cerca de la estación de tren Tenjin Minami. No hace falta decir que las aguas termales fueron las mejores. ¡El helado que comes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la noche y el yogur que bebes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la mañana también son geniales! También disfruté mucho el ramen con salsa de soja gratis. El desayuno también era bueno! ¡Era un lugar donde no faltaba nada!

UUsuario invitadoI had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the subway and JR station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a good mix of both Japanese and Western options—healthy and delicious, with the cheesecake being a standout treat each morning.
As a solo traveler, I found the bed spacious and extremely comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, the hot springs were the perfect way to relax and ease my tiredness.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

EE HuangI posted earlier because i have already booked 2 nights before and 2 nights after my drive in Kyushu and UNFORTUNATELY chosen this hotel as my base in Fuk. BIGGEST mistake of my entire trip. In summary, while the location is excellent, the rooms for 2 adults and 1 child are tiny with no space to unpack and pack luggage. They only hv heater for winter and makes the room super stuffy to sleep. We ended up opening the window to the massive street noises the entire night. The 4 nights of sleep were torturous and we didnt rest well. Worst hotel in my entire kyushu trip. I couldnt change rooms, as expected, because they claimed all rooms are fully booked. Such a disappointment and i should have spent my money on other hotels in Fuk. My entire holiday is ruined because of the lack of sleep. The beds are hard and forget abt wearing their yukatas as they are super stiff like starch. Please read my review and look at my photo before deciding on this hotel. I was misled by all the other glowing reviews.

UUsuario anónimoDisfrutado de mi estancia con Tenza Hakata durante 7 noches, la ubicación del hotel es muy estratégica (en 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Hakata), y lo más importante es que el hotel ofreció lavandería y secador gratis (sólo tienes que traer tu propio detergente / compra en el lobby a 50 JPY por paquete) - el viajero puede considerar traer menos ropa al permanecer con Tenza Hakata.
La habitación también tiene una silla de masaje que es un salvavidas (especialmente después de un largo día de caminar), no se preocupe de que el hotel sólo proporcionará servicio de limpieza cada 3 días, sin embargo, proporcionan un saco de reciclado para que ponga su toalla usada y colgarla en la puerta (antes de las 10:00 del día siguiente).
El hotel también está rodeado de un montón de restaurante / cafetería / tienda conveniente.

AAahBoyEl hotel está limpio tanto por dentro como por fuera. Hice una reserva porque se parecía más a una residencia que a un hotel, tenía un gimnasio y pensé que sería bueno quedarse solo considerando el rango de precios.
La habitación era más grande de lo esperado, y la bañera estaba embaldosada y ordenada. El suelo también era de madera, por lo que estaba limpio. Miré debajo de la cama y estaba polvorienta.
Todo el personal fue amable, fue agradable porque era un edificio para no fumadores, fue agradable poder registrarse y tomar café y agua en el segundo piso, y había un área de descanso, por lo que se sentía como un salón. . El gimnasio es pequeño, pero fue bueno tener un press de banca. Fue agradable poder guardar el equipaje libremente por mí mismo. La ubicación requiere caminar un poco cuando se usa el transporte público.
