Hoteles en Shenzhen con Wifi

Me alojé en el Qiu Guo S por un viaje de negocios corto, y fue eficiente y cómodo. El check-in y el check-out fueron rápidos, sin pérdida de tiempo. La habitación estaba limpia y luminosa, con mucha luz natural. El control inteligente con Xiao Du fue muy práctico, y el servicio fue ágil. Además, hay muchos lugares para comer y taxis cerca, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La relación calidad-precio es excelente.

No me imaginaba que Huazhu tuviera un hotel de tan alta calidad. Es de alto nivel y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. La habitación es bastante amplia, y la ropa de cama es cómoda, lo que me permitió dormir muy bien. El café de goteo y el té que ofrecen son justo a mi gusto. La distribución del espacio es muy inteligente: el vestidor y el lavabo están frente a la ducha y el inodoro, formando una pequeña unidad relativamente cerrada. Así, si el baño tuviera algún olor (que no lo tenía), no se extendería al área del dormitorio. Además, ofrecen batas de baño, ¡que es el detalle que más valoro al reservar un hotel! Por la noche hay un servicio de cena ligera, y bajar a cenar en bata de baño fue una experiencia maravillosa. La ubicación es extremadamente conveniente, con la entrada del metro justo en la puerta principal. Sin duda, volveré a elegir este hotel en mi próxima visita.

La habitación estaba bonita y limpia. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Me encantaron las batatas, el maíz, los huevos cocidos, otras guarniciones y la carne. La habitación tenía té ***** y té verde para preparar. La cama era cómoda y limpia. El inodoro se descargaba automáticamente y la insonorización era excelente; no se oía a nadie hablando arriba ni abajo. El personal fue amable y nos contactó rápidamente. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo si necesito volver a Nanshan. 😊

El ambiente es excelente. Se encuentra en un complejo de apartamentos de lujo, con un jardín en la azotea en la cuarta planta donde podrá relajarse. Al ser de nueva construcción, los ascensores y pasillos son muy nuevos. Las habitaciones y los baños son estándar, y el ambiente es tranquilo por la noche. La lavadora es gratuita y tiene detergente. Hay un balcón justo al lado para secar la ropa, lo cual es muy práctico. También hay un refrigerador en la primera planta, un comedor y una tienda de conveniencia, el centro comercial Hongshan, y una estación de metro justo afuera. Es muy práctico para desplazarse, comer y comprar. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

Pros - Both our rooms at level 10 were relatively close to each other facing the Wong Tee Plaza. It might be a way of the said front desk staff allocating these rooms to us to compensate for our unpleasant check in experience (see below). Spectacular views and we managed to spectate the night light show on Saturday without needing to go to the Civic Centre. - Facilities are great including 24-hour well equipped gym and sauna (best of all hotels in China we experienced so far). - Rooms are relatively new and fully equipped with necessities, has a dyson air dryer, Toto automatic toilet, automated curtains and a steamer to iron the clothes. - Breakfast had a lot of varieties to offer (personally loved the oden and sushi section), good service too. - Housekeeping was amazing. As I was leaving my room, Joy asked if we were interested in their laundry services and we declined as we do not have much laundry to do. After the first day of housekeeping, she noticed we did simple laundry (1-2 pieces of undergarment) and offered us a complimentary mini laundry detergent. We appreciate her thoughtfulness despite the fact that we initially declined her services. - Check out was relatively seamless, I believe it was the front office manager that managed our check out and explained the deposit refund procedures accordingly. - Concierge was decent too as they suggested we are better off getting a Didi to transfer our move to our next destination, and helped us load our bags to the Didi. Cons The only downside experience was check in. We requested if it would be possible to have interconnecting rooms (all good if not, at least as close to each other as possible within the same floor). We were advised that given interconnecting rooms are not available for the same type of rooms: 1.The staff provided an offer (upgrade to one of the bigger rooms that has interconnecting room with free 3 days hotel breakfast for 2 out of 4 pax). The quote/offer was outside of our budget hence we declined the offer and we just accept our original booking via Trip.com with no interconnecting rooms. 2.After we declined, the staff informed us that she miscalculated the price (from RMB 31k down to RMB 20k) for the same offer. This is very odd/confusing to us especially with the price difference due to miscalculation, and she was trying to push this offer to us again which we declined. At this point, whatever price quoted to us of this offer lost its credibility and we proceeded to stick to our original booking. 3.The staff said that she will notify us via WeChat (she added us on WeChat) once the room is ready. Understood at that time it was before check in time (i.e. before 3pm) hence we decided to grab lunch and come back after the check in time. It was past 3pm and we heard nothing from her upon returning to hotel and had to approach the front desk to ask for an update. The same staff managed to provide us key card for one of the rooms while the other room is still not ready (it was past 3:20pm at that time). She said that she will arrange one of her coworkers to deliver the keycards to us once that other room is ready. Around 3:50-4:20pm, we heard nothing (I walked past the other room and noted the housekeeping has finished cleaning up the room and left). I had to go to the front desk to request an update and eventually obtained the keycard. I am not sure if the above stems from the individual's motivation or if this is part of the hotel's standard procedure to aggressively upsell (even if we already said no) or if the front desk is pressured to meet monthly KPIs, but that left us an unpleasant check in experience and obviously did not represent the check in hospitality standards of the hotel itself. Aside from the check in, we loved everything hence we had to give 4 out of 5.

La habitación triple fue una decepción, con una pésima relación calidad-precio. Reservamos específicamente una habitación triple, esperando tres camas de verdad, pero al entrar, solo encontramos dos camas individuales y una colchoneta muy fina. El colchón era extremadamente delgado; era como dormir directamente en el suelo. No se podía considerar una cama en absoluto, ni siquiera cumplía con los estándares de una cama supletoria de hotel, lo que resultó en una pésima calidad de sueño. La colchoneta ocupaba todo el espacio de la habitación. Ni siquiera había una silla o una mesa para dejar nuestras pertenencias, lo que hizo la estancia extremadamente incómoda. Por ese precio, hubiera sido mucho mejor reservar una habitación doble en otro hotel y pedir una cama supletoria, que nos habría proporcionado mucho más espacio y comodidad. El personal de limpieza y servicio del hotel fue muy amable. El desayuno era básico y cumplía con las expectativas de un desayuno típico. La habitación estaba limpia, pero nos preocupaba la higiene del colchón, ya que estaba colocado sobre una plataforma.

Hotel increíble con una ubicación excelente. Excelentes instalaciones. Conectado con el centro comercial Upperhills. Servicio excepcional desde la llegada hasta la salida. Gracias al conserje jefe Jason y al gerente de relaciones con los huéspedes Williams Yu, quienes se desvivieron por crear una estancia espectacular. ¡Charlie, de Mandarin Cake Shop, también nos enamoró de la marca MO! Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen es nuestro favorito en Shenzhen. ¡Volveremos! ♥️

¡De verdad que este hotel que elegí a ciegas en Trip.com durante mi paso por Shenzhen fue una excelente elección! Primero, la ubicación es un plus enorme. Está cerca de la estación de metro, a solo dos minutos a pie, lo cual es súper conveniente tanto para tomar un vuelo temprano como para visitar clientes. Además, hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores, así que no hay que desviarse para buscar un tentempié nocturno o comprar lo esencial. La habitación era más espaciosa y limpia de lo que esperaba, con un estilo de decoración sencillo y elegante, y todas las instalaciones necesarias. La ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, y el colchón tenía la elasticidad justa; después de un día de viaje de negocios, al tumbarme me relajé al instante, garantizando un sueño reparador. El baño con ducha separada estaba muy bien organizado, el agua caliente llegaba a tiempo y con temperatura estable, y los artículos de aseo eran de buena calidad, sin olores fuertes. ¡También debo elogiar al equipo de servicio, hicieron un trabajo excelente! ¡Si tengo la oportunidad, volveré a alojarme aquí!

El personal es encantador y atento, y cualquier pequeño problema se resuelve rápidamente. ¡Son muy considerados! Además, el gimnasio tiene instalaciones de alta gama, con equipos nuevos y completos, lo que hace que la experiencia de ejercicio sea fantástica. Es un placer alojarse aquí. Esta es mi tercera estancia y he notado que los artículos de aseo del hotel se han actualizado. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, con cafeterías como Luckin Coffee, McDonald's y tiendas de conveniencia justo al salir. Coco Park está al lado y la estación de tren de alta velocidad de Futian está a poca distancia a pie. ¡Volveré!

Lu Muo is a one of a kind customer service agent. She is super fast to answer, very polite and shows that she cares about the customer. Pillows are very fat 😁, blankets are very cozy, beds have brand new outlet sockets, LED with warm and cold options, vending machine inside the hostel with snacks, meat, drinks. Incredible location. Very safe building and super safe area. literally more than 30 places to eat/coffee in 300 meters radius. some open until 3 am, so 24 hours. Super safe neighbourhood. 🇨🇳⛩️♥️
